Summary

1. Is it time Houston puts more capital and resources behind other industries? Is our dependence on oil hurting more than helping us?

2. With an upswing in the near future, will Houston's Class A office space, which currently stands at a 21% vacancy, see some leasing up?

3. What is the impact on all asset classes, not just office?

4. What is the role of the port & other distribution centers?

5. Freight mobility plays a big role in the import of goods, and the export of oil. How will freight mobility improve in the next 5-10 years?

6. What could the impact of off-shore drilling resurgence mean to Houston's job growth, economy, and real estate activity?
