Kyle Bateman serves as a Senior Vice President in the Houston office of TCC. In this role, Kyle is responsible for the site identification, market analysis, due diligence, underwriting, and execution of industrial real estate investments. Kyle was previously with the TCC Capital Markets Group where he worked on capital structuring and sourcing debt and equity for TCC development projects. Prior to joining TCC, Kyle worked as an associate on the Finance & Investments team at TRT Holdings in Dallas, Texas. During his time at TRT Holdings, Kyle was responsible for all areas of investment evaluation, financial modeling and analysis, and transactional due diligence. Over a five-year period, Kyle was involved in over 20 transactions across a wide range of industries including energy, financial services, real estate, and healthcare. Kyle holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Professional Accounting, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.

David Rasch is a Houston native who has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years. He enjoys the high-activity, fast-paced style of construction management and feels tremendous accomplishment when his projects reach completion. During his tenure at Harvey Cleary, David has had the opportunity to work on the teams that erected several of our most notable projects, including Sugar Land Town Square, Anadarko Tower, and the Woodlands Waterway.

While working in a variety of market sectors, everything from hospitality to commercial office buildings to warehouses, David has learned the importance of perseverance. He believes that all projects have their own unique challenges, but with a good owner, designer, and construction team, most of these challenges can be overcome. David is also passionate about his community and has served as a member of the Spring Branch Memorial Sports Association and other community organizations.

When he’s not working on projects or serving his community, David cherishes spending time with his wife of 20 years and their four children. David also enjoys the great outdoors. He loves hunting, fishing, water skiing, and snow skiing in the mountains.

engineering firms in Texas. He is a sixth-generation civil engineer and surveyor who started in the business at age 13

carrying the surveying bag for his family’s firm. He has over 27 years of civil engineering experience in Greater Houston.

His primary role is in project and client management.

at night. Having attended business school before going to

law school and devoting his career to real estate, he

transactions.

Anthony sees himself not just as a part of his client’s

success. When it comes to real estate deals, clients

appreciate the skills he has honed from having worked

with clients on both sides of the closing table. His

experience in negotiating with some of the largest

coupled with his ability to develop creative and

As a native Houstonian, Anthony fully understands the

competitive and rapidly evolving real estate landscape in

Texas, and clients are well served by his intimate

knowledge of the risks inherent in the industry.

Anthony’s commitment to his clients goes well beyond

expectations. For example, the firm has incubated several

start-up real estate companies in the law firm's building.

Anthony assists clients in the areas of acquisition,

financing, construction, development, leasing,

unimproved land, apartments, condominiums, office

buildings, shopping centers, warehouses, industrial

developments and mixed-use projects. He is board-

certified in commercial real estate law by the Board of

Legal Specialization of the State Bar of Texas.

Hans Brindley joined Prologis on October 2, 2019 as Market Officer

of the Houston office. In this role, Hans oversees operations and

strategic direction for Prologis’s 30 million square foot Houston

portfolio.

Prior to joining Prologis, Brindley served as Market Leader of Liberty

Property Trust’s 10.5 million square foot portfolio. In addition to

overseeing the operations of the Houston office, Brindley also led the acquisitions and development efforts for the portfolio. In total, during his 12-year tenure, was actively involved in over 5 million square feet of prime

industrial developments. Additionally, Brindley has completed roughly 20 million square feet in lease transactions.

Prior to joining Liberty, Mr. Brindley was a leasing and marketing director Houston office of First Industrial Realty Trust, where he was responsible for managing all leasing and marketing efforts for the company’s 6.5 million square foot industrial portfolio.

Mr. Brindley serves on the Board of directors of the Houston chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He’s a member of the Greater Houston Partnership, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and the LaPorte Chamber of Commerce. Brindley received his Bachelors of Arts in Economics from the University of Texas, in Austin. Brindley resides in Houston with his wife, Lauren. Together Hans & Lauren are busy raising twelve-year-old triplet sons.

Michael Plank

Michael Plank is Chairman/CEO of three operating companies: National

Property Holdings, Rail Logix and Speed Shore Corporation, entities

engaged in Industrial Real Estate Development, Rail Services and

Construction Equipment Manufacturing. Mr. Plank has overseen the

development of over 10 million square feet of prime industrial projects, with

a strong focus on the area surrounding the Port of Houston. With a current

portfolio of more than 7.5 million square feet, much of which is rail served,

National Property Holdings is one of the largest property owners in the

Houston region. Plank was appointed by Lt. Governor Dan Patrick in 2016

to serve as Chairman of the Transportation Advisory Board’s Port

Subcommittee, which he continues to lead today. Mr. Plank is a Mechanical

Engineering graduate of Texas A&M University, where he recently

completed a six-year term on the Board of Regents, was recognized as a

Distinguished Alumnus in 2023, and was inducted into the Corps of Cadets

Hall of Honor in 2024. Plank was also a recipient of the Ernst & Young

Entrepreneur of the Year for the Gulf Coast Region in 2019. Mr. Plank

brings a unique perspective to these discussions, as one of the largest

industrial property owners in the region, and one of the largest independent

rail operators on the Gulf Coast.

Stephanie Sides-Sembera

Port Houston

Stephanie Sides-Sembera is the Director of Real Estate at Port Houston, where she leads the

administration and strategic management of the port’s industrial property portfolio. Her

responsibilities include industrial leasing and property management, land acquisition and

development, long-term land use planning, and ensuring regulatory and environmental

compliance across all real estate assets.

Sides-Sembera brings more than 16 years of experience in commercial real estate, operations,

and organizational leadership. She previously served as Associate Managing Director of Platform

Operations at Cushman & Wakefield, where she supported national real estate initiatives,

developed training programs, and guided the rollout of a national tenant experience survey.

Before that, she spent over a decade at Transwestern, progressing into senior leadership roles

overseeing large commercial portfolios, managing multidisciplinary teams, and supporting

national and international clients. She also gained additional client and development experience

through her work at Always In Season.

At Port Houston, Sides-Sembera directs real estate transactions, oversees asset and financial

performance, develops administrative standards, and works closely with operations and

infrastructure teams to guide property improvements. She also maintains strong relationships

with industry, development, and regional stakeholders to support the port’s strategic growth.

Sides-Sembera holds a Master of Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Adler University and

a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Sam Houston State University. She holds CPM and

ACoM designations from the Institute of Real Estate Management, is a licensed Texas Real

Estate professional, and has served in leadership roles with BOMA and IREM.

Shawn Anderson

With 18 years in the construction industry and a decade at E.E. Reed Construction, Shawn Anderson serves as Project Director, leading projects from preconstruction through final completion. He is responsible for business development, client relationship management, and overseeing Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to ensure operational excellence across all phases of delivery. Shawn brings extensive experience in large-scale industrial, tilt-wall, and build-to-suit developments across Texas. His portfolio includes multi-building logistics parks, high-volume distribution centers, manufacturing expansions, and LEED-certified facilities. Throughout his career, Shawn has successfully delivered complex renovations, tenant improvements, and ground-up industrial projects ranging from 100,000 SF to over 1.2 million SF. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Houston and maintains a 30-Hour OSHA Certification. Shawn is actively involved in industry organizations including AIA, ABC, ASA, and NAIOP. Known for his leadership, accountability, and commitment to client partnership, Shawn approaches every project with a focus on schedule integrity, financial stewardship, and delivering high-performing industrial environments that support long-term operational success.

Andrew Raish is known in the Houston real estate industry as an effective deal maker who prioritizes straight talk in objectively analyzing clients’ current opportunities in the face of their long-term goals. Andrew represents developers, landowners, investors, and other real estate professionals in all stages of their transactions: preparing entity formation documents, drafting and negotiating contracts for sale, addressing title and survey issues, reviewing loan documents and due diligence materials, and facilitating the closing. Nate Newman leads a team of highly qualified advisors specializing in the sale of retail shopping centers, office buildings, industrial business parks, and single-tenant net leased assets. Nate began his career in commercial real estate in 2007 with a small commercial real estate brokerage company in The Woodlands, TX. His timing coincided with The Great Recession, which taught Nate valuable lessons in humility, determination, and how to hustle. After five years and 65 transactions of various sizes, Nate joined Marcus & Millichap in 2013 to open The Woodlands office. During his tenure at Marcus & Millichap, Nate was very successful in representing some of the largest investors and developers in Houston. Nate has sold in excess of $400,000,000 of properties and he and his team have personally underwritten/valued billions of dollars worth of assets as a service to their clients.

Nate also has extensive experience as a developer, specializing in build-to-suit development and working through entitlement challenges for large land tracts. Since 2014, Nate has successfully developed three retail build-to-suits, one medical office building, and one large scale mixed-use development of 107 acres. Nate is currently developing three industrial business parks totaling 400,000 square feet and 5 mixed-use projects on 200+ acres totaling over one million square feet. Nate’s approach to investments is unique because he is able to leverage his transactional investment brokerage experience to generate capital, source deal opportunities, and have the knowledge base to work through challenges.

Nate is a graduate of Baylor University and is happily married to Marifer Newman. Marifer and Nate have two children. When not working, Nate enjoys spending time at his ranch, playing golf, serving in church, sailing, reading, and traveling with his family.

The team provides best-in-class service for clients by applying a powerful combination of data-driven strategies and focused industrial industry experience to each assignment. Matteson co-leads the Industrial Capital Markets team in partnership with Seth Koschak, and is responsible for strategic direction and oversight for Texas markets.

Prior to launching the Industrial Capital Markets division, Matteson led Stream Houston’s industrial division, overseeing all leasing, tenant representation, and brokerage activities. Matteson has represented many of the top institutional real estate owners in North America and played an integral role in growing the Houston office’s industrial leasing and management portfolio to more than 30 million square feet. Since Matteson assumed leadership responsibilities in 2014, the Houston industrial team has completed over 1,800 lease transactions exceeding $2 billion in value.

Since joining Stream, Matteson has consistently been a top producer in the firm and has been consistently recognized in the Partners Club (company-wide top 10 producers). He has been recognized for his performance across the industry repeatedly being named a CoStar Power Broker and Houston Business Journal Heavy Hitter.

Matteson is active in the real estate community and currently serves on the NAIOP Houston Board of Directors. Previously he was the Chairman of NAIOP Houston’s Developing Leader Committee.
