Matteson Hamilton joined Stream in 2009, and currently serves as Executive Managing Director & Partner for the firm’s Industrial Capital Markets division in Texas. Created in 2022, Stream’s Industrial Capital Markets division offers a full range of services including investment sales advisory, equity placement, and consulting. The team provides best-in-class service for clients by applying a powerful combination of data-driven strategies and focused industrial industry experience to each assignment. Matteson co-leads the Industrial Capital Markets team in partnership with Seth Koschak, and is responsible for strategic direction and oversight for Texas markets.

Prior to launching the Industrial Capital Markets division, Matteson led Stream Houston’s industrial division, overseeing all leasing, tenant representation, and brokerage activities. Matteson has represented many of the top institutional real estate owners in North America and played an integral role in growing the Houston office’s industrial leasing and management portfolio to more than 30 million square feet. Since Matteson assumed leadership responsibilities in 2014, the Houston industrial team has completed over 1,800 lease transactions exceeding $2 billion in value.

Since joining Stream, Matteson has consistently been a top producer in the firm and has been consistently recognized in the Partners Club (company-wide top 10 producers). He has been recognized for his performance across the industry repeatedly being named a CoStar Power Broker and Houston Business Journal Heavy Hitter.

Matteson is active in the real estate community and currently serves on the NAIOP Houston Board of Directors. Previously he was the Chairman of NAIOP Houston’s Developing Leader Committee.

Christen Vestal

Christen joined Provident Realty Advisors in 2022 as the Director of Development & Acquisitions. She is

the first women Development Partner at Provident and one of the only women developers in the industrial

sector of Houston.

Christen has developed over 8 million sqft of Class A Institutional industrial facilities. She is a career

industrial developer with experience in projects that range from extremely specialized manufacturing

facilities to Speculative big box developments. Career highlights include a build-to-suit project for one of

the largest e-commerce companies in the country, speculative distributions projects ranging from 100,000

sf to as large as 1,000,000 sf buildings under one roof. Her career consists of development of over 700

acres and $1B worth of transaction value.

Christen is the 2022 RedNews Emerging Leader of the Year, RedNews Finalist for Woman of the Year

and Bisnow Developing leader for 2021. She holds an MBA from the Freeman School of Business,

Tulane University.

Christen is a mother of two and wife to a successful real estate entrepreneur. Her and her family are

members at Second Baptist Church. Christen is dedicated to giving to Sky High for Children, a very

special charity that raises money to fund cancer treatments for kids.

David Rasch is a Houston native who has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years. He enjoys the high-activity, fast-paced style of construction management and feels tremendous accomplishment when his projects reach completion. During his tenure at Harvey Cleary, David has had the opportunity to work on the teams that erected several of our most notable projects, including Sugar Land Town Square, Anadarko Tower, and the Woodlands Waterway.

While working in a variety of market sectors, everything from hospitality to commercial office buildings to warehouses, David has learned the importance of perseverance. He believes that all projects have their own unique challenges, but with a good owner, designer, and construction team, most of these challenges can be overcome. David is also passionate about his community and has served as a member of the Spring Branch Memorial Sports Association and other community organizations.

When he’s not working on projects or serving his community, David cherishes spending time with his wife of 20 years and their four children. David also enjoys the great outdoors. He loves hunting, fishing, water skiing, and snow skiing in the mountains.

Having attended business school before going to law school and devoting his career to real estate, he understands his clients’ business goals and sees his role as not only managing risk but being a catalyst for their transactions.

Anthony sees himself not just as a part of his client’s team, but a part of their company and invested in their success. When it comes to real estate deals, clients appreciate the skills he has honed from having worked with clients on both sides of the closing table. His experience in negotiating with some of the largest institutional companies in the real estate industry, coupled with his ability to develop creative and personalized solutions to complex business problems, adds value for his clients.

As a native Houstonian, Anthony fully understands the competitive and rapidly evolving real estate landscape in Texas, and clients are well served by his intimate knowledge of the risks inherent in the industry. Anthony’s commitment to his clients goes well beyond expectations. For example, the firm has incubated several start-up real estate companies in the law firm's building.

Anthony assists clients in the areas of acquisition, financing, construction, development, leasing, unimproved land, apartments, condominiums, office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses, industrial developments, and mixed-use projects. He is board-certified in commercial real estate law by the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of Texas.

As Wilson Cribbs + Goren’s Managing Shareholder, Anthony also helps the firm’s founders provide strategic leadership and direction. He also oversees client development, attorney recruitment, and community initiatives. Under his leadership, the firm’s client-first culture and singular focus on real estate continue to flourish.

Rives joined CenterPoint Properties as Senior Vice President, Investments in August 2020, to oversee the growth of the company’s central region portfolio. He is responsible for executing CenterPoint’s central region investment strategy, sourcing and managing local acquisition transactions, and collaborating with the entire regional team to identify new investment opportunities and add value to the existing portfolio. Before joining CenterPoint, Rives was Senior Vice President with InSite Realty Partners, a Houston-based commercial real estate firm, where he was involved in industrial leasing, development, investment, and brokerage over nearly two decades. He’s a Developer Associate Member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and serves on NAIOP’s Development and Construction Committee. Rives earned an MBA from Rice University in Houston, Texas, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts.

George Farish serves as a Senior Vice President in the Houston office of Trammell Crow Company, focusing on the industrial sector. He is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and originating ground-up development and value-add investment opportunities. Additionally, George is engaged in market analysis, underwriting, due diligence, financial modeling, capital structuring, leasing, and asset dispositions. George holds a Master of Business Administration in real estate finance from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Tufts University.

George brings more than 10 years of real estate development and investment experience to Trammell Crow Company. He most recently served as the Senior Director of Development at Laguna Development Group, a South Texas-based commercial real estate firm specializing in land investment, residential development, and asset management. George has also worked on a wide range of real estate assignments for companies including Trademark Property Company, AT&T, and Invesco Real Estate.

Warren Hitchcock

Warren currently serves as senior vice president/senior director in the Houston, Texas office for

NorthMarq Capital. With 2 decades of experience in commercial real estate investment banking, he is

responsible for managing a team originating, underwriting, marketing, and closing debt and equity

financing. Throughout his career he has completed the capitalization of a broad array of assets including

multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, data, storage, and medical properties, ranging from

suburban apartments to downtown office towers.

Warren has a long history of successfully structuring highly complex capital. He has been involved in

several of Houston’s most iconic and challenging transactions.  As an example, he successfully originated

the financing for some of Houston’s most challenged assets, specifically transacting and financing the 2.1

million sq. ft. Former Exxon Mobil office campus which was less than 30 percent occupied at closing.

Transactions have included arranging permanent long-term life company financing, agency multifamily

debt, short-term bridge financing, mezzanine debt, and equity joint ventures with various institutional

capital sources. The capital relationships he has forged bridges all real estate investors including life

companies, Fannie, Freddie, FHA, banks, pension funds, bridge funds, and private equity funds.

Warren is a Top 10 Producer Nationally on an annual basis at NorthMarq and currently serves on the

Equity Advisor Board and Northmarq Producers Council, an appointment reserved for NorthMarq’ s top

originators. In addition to his responsibilities at NorthMarq, he is an active member of a number of

organizations including: Association of Commercial Real Estate Professionals (ACRP) as past President

& Chairman, CCIM, a NAIOP committee member, and member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) serving

on numerous committees. Warren was born and raised in Houston, Tx but holds an undergraduate

degree from The University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona.
