Our commitment to your safety
We have experienced the enthusiasm of returning to live in-person events this year, having safely and successfully hosted more than 10,000 executives to date. While we are thrilled to convene together to propel growth within CRE, COVID-19 remains a worldwide concern and Bisnow is committed to practicing safe protocols at our events. You can expect the following:
In accordance with CDC guidelines, we are recommending that all participants wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status. Masks will be made available at the door.
Temperature checks will be conducted at entry.
Attendance at the event will be capped and no tickets will be sold at the door.
Contact tracing procedures will be employed for any reported exposure.
Socially distanced seating will be available in the main event space.
Enhanced sanitization protocols will be adhered to throughout the event space including regularly disinfecting surfaces throughout the event and hand sanitizer provided to all attendees.
As local regulations and guidance evolve, the CRE industry continues to lead the way forward. We look forward to gathering safely to do what we do best: network, connect, and engage to do more business. We look forward to hosting you soon.

WHY THIS MATTERS
What You'll Learn:
The factors that are driving the major uptick in land prices.
Latest trends to prepare and optimize current assets, increase operational and management capabilities, and the innovative approaches to last-mile delivery.
Site Selection: The next land sites and opportunities for investment.
The types of type of industrial space most in demand: light industrial, last-mile distribution, cold storage, manufacturing or biopharma, etc.
How the intense demand for warehouse and distribution space will impact developments and rental prices in the next 3-5 years.
How You'll Do More Business: Houston delivered 30.3M SF of industrial space in 2020, more than any other U.S. market. Consequently, land prices have skyrocketed, the result of more competitors entering the industrial development space and creating more competition for quality sites. Hear from the biggest leaders in the industrial space on the industrial market at large, why Houston is primed for an industrial boom and the deals worth investing in.
Who You’ll Meet: Owners, developers, investors, brokers, city and government officials, business consultants, architects, engineers, lawyers, accountants, bankers and technology companies.
What Does Your Ticket Get You: Bisnow events bring together the biggest power players in the industry to identify opportunities, build your network and expand your business. With the largest audience of commercial real estate professionals in the world, no one knows how to help your business more than us. Questions about your ticket purchase or interested in sponsoring? Reach out to digitalsummits@bisnow.com for customer support.
