Microsoft, AIG, Citi Group, Morgan Stanley, BBVA Compass, Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, Fred Hutch Medical Research, Seattle Children’s Hospital, and retail franchises; Nothing Bundt Cake, KFC, Taco Bell, LJ Silver, A&W, Zale’s, and Kay’s Jewelers.

Hunter is a Co-Managing Director for the Houston office where he brings more than 30 years of experience, including seven years as a principal in the Santa Monica and Las Vegas offices and nine years as an executive with MGM Resorts International. With extensive work in large-scale projects worldwide — including CityCenter in Las Vegas, the largest privately funded mixed-use project in the United States — Hunter contributes invaluable experience and global perspective to the firm’s leadership team. In addition to extensive hospitality design work, Hunter has substantial experience in aviation design, including work on the Dubai International Airport and the Narita International Airport in Japan. He is a USGBC LEED-Accredited Professional and holds degrees in architecture and construction management from the University of Houston and Texas A&M University, respectively.

As President of Boxer Property Management Corporation, Justin Segal oversees operations, marketing, leasing, and technology for a portfolio of commercial property across the country. Justin takes the lead on analytics, enterprise data and process engineering. Thanks to his contributions, Justin was instrumental in the creation of the company's reputation as a national leader when it comes to the use of tech for designing, implementing, managing and supporting business decisions, operations and goals.

Justin is associated with a number of affiliated entities, acting as director or principal. Among them are Boxer Finance (commercial real estate lending), CasAlegria (residential sales and lending) and Tidewell Energy (natural gas). Before joining Boxer, Mr. Segal founded a real estate financial accounting software company, Stemmons Software. He also spent several years offering counsel to early-stage venture-funded startups in Silicon Valley.

Justin serves on the boards of the RealComm CIO Advisory Council, the Houston Education Research Consortium, the Governing Body of the Houston CIO Leadership and YES Prep Public Schools, where he chairs the Technology & Operations Committee. He is also a member of the International Academy of Digital Arts & Sciences, which manages the Webby Awards. Justin attended the University of Pennsylvania, graduating with a Bachelors. He received a Juris Doctor from the New York University School Law.

Jacob has a passion for the future of work and shaping tomorrow's workplace and

leaders. He has 20 years of experience leading global enterprise corporate real estate

portfolios, and workplace solutions. He has directly lead portfolios consisting of 5 to 20

million square feet for Nike, Cigna, Unity, and CBRE. Jacob provided the executive

leadership for these Fortune 500 multinational companies, providing direction on global

real estate operations, location strategies, design, construction, and workplace

experience initiatives. Throughout his career, Jacob has directly led the opening and the

operations of thousands of locations throughout the US and in more than 70 countries

globally.

Jacob holds degrees in Business Management & International Finance. At his leisure,

Jacob enjoys long-distance running, horseback riding and spending time with his family.

Scott Crain, a Vice President at E.E. Reed Construction, has 19 years of demonstrated experience in corporate real estate, construction management, property management, tenant & supplier relations, international purchasing, supply chain, safety, and sustainability programs. Scott’s responsibilities at E.E. Reed include solidifying E.E. Reed’s positon in the corporate interiors market, overseeing business development and growth opportunities for the organization in respect to interior build-outs, tenant renovations and capital improvement projects, as well as operational oversight.

Scott is an expert in the corporate interiors market and has worked on projects ranging from 2,000 square feet to more than 150,000 square feet. His experience has been throughout the greater Houston area including the Central Business District, Galleria, Greenway Plaza, Energy Corridor, The Woodlands, La Porte, and Greenspoint.

Scott is actively involved in the community. He currently serves on the Executive Board for A.C.E. Houston. For 10 years, ACE Mentor Houston has devoted its energy to passionately mentoring High School Students to find their way into the Architecture, Construction and Engineering industries. For 16 years, Scott has been an ordained Deacon and Adult Bible Study teacher at Woodridge Baptist Church in Kingwood. In addition, Scott and his wife are passionate supporters of the American Heart Association as their son has a congenital heart defect.
