Lindsay is a co-founder and leader of the Transwestern New York office. She also

co-leads its Nonprofit Advisory Group and directs branding services within

Transwestern Consulting Group.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Lindsay’s experience exceeds 15 years and includes over five million square feet

of transactions. She specializes in a broad range of industries including finance,

technology, and nonprofit, successfully representing clients such as Robin Hood,

JPMorgan Chase, Children’s Aid, Mitsubishi, and Goodwill. Her extensive Landlord

advisory work includes buildings such as 2 Wall Street, 830 Third Avenue, 570

Lexington Avenue and 16 East 34 th Street.

Lindsay began her career in real estate at The Staubach Company in 2003 initially

as a director of marketing and subsequently as a broker. Before joining

Transwestern in 2011, Lindsay served as Principal of Centric Real Estate Advisors.

Before joining the real estate industry, she worked in marketing and public relations

for Nike Communications, Camdens.com and Ads on Tags.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS/RECOGNITION

Lindsay is a member of the Transwestern Board of Directors and co-founder of the

Women's Leadership Council. She's also a member of YMREA, previously serving

as Chairman and on the Board of Governors. She is a mentor for Trailblazers, and

serves on the NY Advisory Council of Dream Foundation.

She has received the Bisnow Power Women destinction, the Young Real Estate

Professional of the Year Award from the Real Estate Board of New York, Women

of Influence by Real Estate Forum, Women in Real Estate Spotlight by New York

Real Estate Journal, Female Leader of the Year by Commercial Property

Who Dared honoree by the NCJW. Lindsay also helped lead the company to earn

EDUCATION

Lindsay graduated Summa Cum Laude and top in her class as a communications

major from the University of Pennsylvania where she founded the Penn Women’s

Varsity Golf Team.

Michael McNamara leads the development and implementation of the North American real estate strategy in support of our mandate to expand the external private asset management business.

As a key member of the Manulife/John Hancock real estate leadership team, Michael supports the company’s strategy to develop Asia real estate investment capabilities in the markets where Manulife operates. Prior to joining Manulife in 2014, Michael was with Brookfield Office Properties in New York as Senior Vice President and Head of Acquisitions and Dispositions. In this role, he was responsible for all acquisition and disposition activity on behalf of Brookfield Office Property’s 55-million-square-foot portfolio.

Michael is a graduate of St. John’s University with a BS in Accounting. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and former board member of the National Multi-Family Housing Council.

Arnold Levin is Director of Strategy for the Southwest Region at Gensler where he seeks to combine his experience in design strategy and organizational design to help clients solve the right problem.

Jim brings extensive capital markets experience to Transwestern completing many of the market’s largest and most complex transactions. As Executive Managing Partner, Jim has a capital markets focus while supporting landlord leasing services, sourcing opportunities in office, land, build-to-suit and development. Jim uses his deep relationships in the institutional space to pair capital with operating groups. Jim also works closely with Transwestern’s City Leader, Mark Stratz, to expand the firm’s brand, grow all service lines, recruit rising talent and enhance client service.

Jim has 35 years of commercial real estate experience and has provided his clients the opportunity to draw from his experience to ensure the best possible results to their transactions. Over his career he has negotiated ±120 million square feet in transactions with an aggregate transaction volume in excess of $14 billion. Jim has obtained record per square foot pricing in every submarket in the Phoenix area.

Mark serves as senior vice president and city leader for Transwestern Phoenix and is responsible for growing operations, elevating client services, attracting new talent and creating new business opportunities. Mark and his team specialize in agency and tenant representation in office properties for both existing and ground-up developments throughout the Metro Phoenix region.

Before joining Transwestern in January 2018, Mark’s 20-year career spanned two separate and distinct markets in Seattle and Phoenix, where he developed a unique and highly diverse perspective on the marketplace. He most recently served as Director in the office group at Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix. In his more than 12 years with the firm, clients praised his creative and entrepreneurial approach. Mark has represented both landlords and tenants, advised property owners in site selection and dispositions, negotiated joint ventures, and provided leasing advisory services and strategic planning across multiple asset types. Mark previously worked at CBRE.

Mark is co-creator of the FlagHi™ & FlagHi Pro™ golf apps, a patent-pending technology that calculates golf shot and carry distances based on changes in temperature, elevation and humidity. He is co-founder of 655 Maple LLC, which developed and markets the FlagHi products.

Mark is passionate about spending time with his family. He and his wife, Heather, have two daughters and live in Paradise Valley, Arizona. Mark craves adventure, and in his spare time you can find him participating in long distance cycling, climbing the many sky islands throughout Arizona, hiking the Grand Canyon or playing golf.

Kim was born in Flushing, New York and come from many generations of New Yorkers. It was a culture shock when she first moved to Houston, Texas in the late 70's but can now say Y'all with the best of them. Kim graduated from the University of Houston with a BBA in Marketing and has worked in media her entire life. Kim played and coached soccer for many years and even spent a summer in England playing in tournaments. The oldest of three girls, she now has two sons (the first born Texans in her family), a husband and three male rescue dogs.
