Mr. Mooz is a senior managing director and Houston/Austin/San Antonio market head responsible for the development and financing of projects in the Southwest region of the United States. Since joining Hines in 1989, Mr. Mooz has contributed to the development, acquisition and financing of more than 10 million square feet of commercial, medical, and institutional real estate representing approximately $5 billion.

Mooz earned his BA in Political Science from the University of Connecticut. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the University of Houston Bauer College of Business Graduate Real Estate Program, Uptown Houston District, Central Houston – Downtown District, and the Buffalo Bayou Partnership.

Kyle Noonan is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of FreeRange Concepts,

a Dallas-based hospitality and entertainment company built on one

core idea: Create Remarkable Memories.

Kyle’s journey began with a simple belief—that great hospitality starts

with exceptional quality, genuine connection, and an environment

that makes it worth getting out of the house. That belief became the

foundation for a portfolio of experience-driven brands including The Rustic,

MUTTS Canine Cantina, Bowl & Barrel, The General Public, Joe Leo Fine Tex

Mex, and Birdies Icehouse.

He has built a reputation for creating concepts that go beyond traditional dining,

blending culinary quality, thoughtful design, and emotional connection to create

destinations that resonate with guests and drive strong performance. Under his

leadership, FreeRange Concepts has grown into a multi-market platform known for

brand relevance, operational excellence, and strong unit economics.

Today, Kyle is focused on expanding the company through strategic growth,

acquisitions, and innovative capital strategies.

A Houston native and born into a family of entrepreneurs, Dan Zimmerman

quickly discovered his passion for design, art, hospitality, and real estate. After

two years at Rice University, a football injury sent Dan to Dallas where he

graduated with a degree in advertising from Southern Methodist University.

Dan began his career as a development associate at Trevi Luxury Hospitality

Group where he continued to explore his passion for hospitality and hone his

unique perspective.

A move back to his hometown of Houston led Dan to pursue a career in

commercial real estate with Hankamer & Associates. Following his exploration

and interest in commercial real estate, Dan became an independent

commercial real estate broker. With over a decade of real estate experience

and Dan’s passion for artful real estate curation, he launched NewForm Real

Estate—a full-service real estate development firm specializing in the

acquisition, sale, leasing and marketing of select commercial properties.

At the center of the firm, Dan and his team work to develop unique real estate

opportunities and build strategic relationships with lasting value. Dan pursues

additional investments in areas he is passionate about including hospitality,

contemporary art, technology and more.
