Susan Powers is President of Urban Ventures, LLC, a Denver real estate development company that has

built multiple mixed income and mixed-use projects in and around downtown Denver over the past 24

years. The focus is to build communities which provide opportunities for residents and commercial

tenants to live and work in a healthy environment. Urban Ventures has led the redevelopment of a 17

acre former convent in northwest Denver into a model mixed income, neighborhood called Aria Denver

that will include 540 residential units and commercial space. She is also leading STEAM On The Platte, an

adaptive reuse of a former industrial property on the Platte River south of Mile High Stadium. It includes

the renovation of a 100 year old warehouse into office space for creative businesses and a separate

building that was renovated for the city’s first Latino owned and operated craft brewery, Raices

Brewing. Urban Ventures is currently involved in various roles with 4 affordable housing developments

in Colorado. Prior to creating Urban Ventures, she was Executive Director of DURA (Denver Urban

Renewal Authority) for 11 years (late 80’s and 90’s) and participated in the redevelopment of downtown

Kellie Jenks is the Principal of Investments for TRC Capital Partners, LLC and TRC Ventures, L.P. She is responsible for sourcing, analyzing and executing real estate investments. Prior to joining Redstone, Kellie was a Vice President at Rockspring Capital and focused on developing institutional equity relationships. She also held positions as Investment Manager of a $400 million office portfolio at the Lionstone Group and an Associate at Goldman Sachs within the Whitehall Funds where she helped manage a $1.2 billion hotel investment platform.

Kellie serves on the board of Buffalo Bayou Partnership, Hope Stone, Inc and previously served as the Investment Treasurer for the Junior League of Houston. She received her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M and her M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Jan is a founding member of Transwestern’s Structured Finance platform and she has over 25 years of experience in real estate finance including origination of debt, underwriting of real estate portfolios, due diligence, and structuring of complex debt and equity transactions including EB5 equity transactions. Prior to joining Transwestern, Jan was a principal of Sparks Financial Group, Inc., a Houston mortgage banking firm. She has successfully negotiated billions of dollars of real estate debt nationally and internationally for existing properties and for new construction of office, retail, industrial, multifamily and hotel properties. Prior to her career in the real estate lending industry, Jan was a partner of a Government Securities firm and a Certified Public Accounting firm.

As President and Chief Executive Officer of The Richland Companies, Edna Meyer-Nelson directs all business activities for

Richland’s many divisions. Since founding The Richland Companies in 1993, she has amassed a portfolio of 35 properties

in five states representing more than 2.5 million square feet of commercially owned and managed property throughout

the Southwestern United States valued in excess of $250 million. She began her career in the banking industry where she

served as Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer, and Marketing Director for several of the larger banks in Houston,

such as: Great Southern Bank, Fondren Southwest Bank, American National Bank and Charter Bank. During her tenure,

Meyer-Nelson’s duties included initiating commercial, small business and real estate loans, as well as executive lines of

credit. While managing over $50 million in assets, she also assisted in the buy-outs of several independent banks,

initiated and incorporated new, cost effective programs, and actively encouraged executive women to enter new business

ventures.

Meyer-Nelson is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with post-graduate degrees from the University of Houston

and the University of Colorado. She is an active member of the National Association of Professional Women, CREW and

the American Business Women’s Association as well as a frequent guest lecturer for a variety of graduate, undergraduate

and continuing education courses at Rice University and University of Houston, where she sits on the Executive Advisory

Lauren Rottet is one of the most-celebrated interior architects in the world today with an extraordinary record of awards, publications, lectures, juries and honors. Rottet is the only woman in history to be elevated to Fellow status by both The American Institute of Architects and International Interior Design Association. She also holds the coveted titles of Interior Design Hall of Fame and Interiors (now Contract) Designer of the Year and Lifetime Appointee to the U.S. General Services Administration’s National Register of Peer Professionals for Design Excellence. In 2006, Rottet was inducted as an Inaugural Member of the Women in Design Hall of Fame. In 2010 she served as a juror in the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Award and in 2012 was named Boutique Design Designer of the Year. Most recently, in 2014, Rottet was inducted into Hospitality Design magazine’s legendary Platinum Circle, the magazine’s highest honor for design professionals. Rottet’s furniture and product designs have earned her four gold medals for Best of NeoCon and a Chicago Athenaeum Award. After graduating with a bachelor’s of Architecture degree from the University of Texas with Highest Honors, Rottet began her career in San Francisco, where she practiced with the accomplished residential design firm Fisher Friedman Associates. Rottet relocated to Chicago to join Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) and focus on high-rise office design. Her work with SOM took her back to Texas where she was Senior Designer on several major high-rise buildings, museums and planning projects. When the building boom stopped, Rottet focused her creative energies on interiors and was soon asked by SOM to start an Interiors practice in Los Angeles. After successfully building that practice, Rottet and several SOM partners joined forces to create the architecture and interiors firm, Keating Mann Jernigan Rottet. After expanding from a staff of six to sixty in only four years, the partners joined Daniel Mann Johnson & Mendenhall (DMJM) to further expand their growing practice. Rottet was Principal-in-Charge of the interiors practice, DMJM Rottet, for fourteen years. In 2008, she left DMJM to form the privately held, WBE-certified, Rottet Studio with a team of architects and designers she has worked with for as many as 25 years. Rottet is known for her expertise and leadership in the Design of Office Environments and has created offices for many of the Fortune100 Companies including Goldman Sachs, Disney and GE as well as the top International Financial Service and Law Firms. In particular she is sited for her expertise in advancing office design to reflect a current approach based on technology and contemporary methods of working. Years ago, her furniture designs set the standard for the Law Office work wall and she is currently developing furniture to accommodate the new way of working. With over 40 million sf of built office and Law firm experience, Rottet continues to lead the industry in innovative thinking and design.

While working a summer job at an art supply store during college, Diana became fascinated by the architecture students who frequented the shop. After seeing the materials and hearing about the projects, she returned to school with a piqued interest in the creative potential of architectural design. She took just one course on modern architectural history and was hooked.

The child of scientists, her artistic inclinations have always been grounded in a deep appreciation of the natural world. Having focused her career on healthcare design, Diana has seen how quickly facilities must change to support new technology and innovation. She likes to think about giving buildings “good bones” that will elegantly support their growth. Her interests in streamlined planning and the use of scientific data to inform the way spaces are designed further these objectives, making Diana a go-to resource for healthcare institutions.

Lispah Hogan joined Newmark Knight Frank as a principal in 2002 to

play a pivotal role in the firm’s national expansion and direct its Houston

office. Ms. Hogan is a 35-year commercial real estate veteran,

specializing in tenant advisory. Ms. Hogan has completed more than

23 million square feet of transactions in her career and has extensive

experience in numerous regions throughout the southern United States,

particularly in Texas and Louisiana.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Hogan has represented many

prominent corporations in their occupancy needs in Houston and

internationally. In addition to the partial list below, she was also retained

by Phillips 66 to assist in the development of its 1.1 million square foot

headquarters. In addition to leasing, she has executed 34 building sales

and land in excess of 451 acres including a mixed-use site in Austin,

TX.

Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Ms. Hogan was affiliated for 18

years with Julien J. Studley, Inc. as vice president and branch manager

for the real estate brokerage firm’s Houston office. Before her tenure

with Studley, Ms. Hogan served in the commercial lending field, initially

with First Freeport National Bank, and later as interim commercial loan

supervisor for North American Mortgage Company.

Ms. Hogan is a committee member of the Houston Livestock Show and

Rodeo and a member of the Houston Aggie Club. She has also held

the position of secretary and treasurer of the Houston Office Leasing

Brokers Association (HOLBA) and past president of the Association for

Commercial Real Estate (ACRE). Ms. Hogan is an active member of

As Chief Executive of Lionstone Investments, Jane Page leads the firm in effectuating strategy and managing real estate investing. Lionstone Investments a private equity real estate firm managing over $8 Billion in AUM. The firm invests across the risk spectrum and focuses on a strategy of providing real estate for the highest productive segment of the US economy. Ms. Page joined Lionstone in 2012, serving as the firm’s first Chief Operating Officer prior to being promoted to Chief Executive Officer in 2014. Ms. Hill is a Senior Managing Director in the Houston office of HFF with more than 29 years of experience in commercial real estate. She is primarily responsible for originating debt and equity placement transactions throughout the southern United States across all property types. During the course of her career, Ms. Hill has completed in excess of $8 billion in commercial real estate transactions.

Ms. Davis is co-founder of Fidelis Realty Partners, Ltd. (Fidelis) where she currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Leasing and Development. She oversees the leasing of Fidelis’ entire retail portfolio, which is one of the key revenue-producing activities in the company. Stephanie Burritt is a Principal and Managing Director of Gensler's Houston office. Stephanie's career with Gensler began in 1989 when she joined the London office. Six years later, she transferred to Houston and has since had the opportunity to manage workplace projects ranging from 1,000 to 1 million square feet in size. During her time in Houston, she has primarily focused on designing for energy and professional service firm clients, many of whom are long-term and global relationships.
