Richard Campo is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Camden Property Trust. Mr. Campo has served in this capacity since May 1993. As the Chairman and CEO of one of the nation’s largest multifamily Real Estate Investment Trusts, Mr. Campo holds strategic roles within the real estate industry. He is currently a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts ('NAREIT') where he serves on the Board, the National Multifamily Housing Council ('NMHC') where he was past chairman, and the Urban Land Institute ('ULI'). Mr. Campo began his real estate career after graduating from Oregon State University in 1976. After working for a private Houston real estate company, Mr. Campo co-founded Camden’s predecessor companies in 1982 and has spent almost 30 years building a company of great people that are renowned for their management proficiency, their development and construction capabilities and their savvy in the areas of technology, training and marketing. He has led the development, management, acquisition and disposition of real estate properties valued in excess of $20 billion; and under his leadership, Camden has grown from a Texas-based real estate firm with assets valued at $200 million in 1993 to an industry leader with a national footprint and assets valued at more than $10 billion. Mr. Campo serves on the Board of Directors of several organizations that focus on the economic development, business outlook and future growth of Houston, including Central Houston, Inc., the Greater Houston Partnership, and the Super Bowl LI Host Committee. Mr. Campo is also the past Chairman of the Houston First Corporation, a local government corporation that facilitates the city's economic growth through the business of conventions and the arts. Mr. Campo is a frequent speaker on real estate and development related topics for both industry- related and non-industry conferences and associations and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Reid Ryan enters his fifth season with the Astros after being named the club’s President of

Business Operations on May 17, 2013. Reid, 45, is one of the youngest team presidents in the game

and brings enthusiasm and energy to the organization, while also providing a wealth of experience

working in professional baseball.

From day one, Reid has emphasized the importance of the fan experience and has made it a

personal mission to openly engage with the Astros fan base. At nearly every home game, Reid can

be found in the stands, speaking with Astros fans. Within a few weeks of starting his new position,

Reid used fan feedback to open the ballpark earlier in order to give fans access to Astros batting

practice, which is now stadium policy. He was also instrumental in the Astros efforts to secure the

new Spring Training facility in West Palm Beach, Fla. and new High A affiliate in the Carolina League.

Additionally, Reid has played a critical role in the major renovations to Minute Maid Park over the past

three years, including the main concourse and Club Level, new state-of- the-art sound system, new

playing field and, most recently, new center field area. The center field renovation project is the latest

effort to make Minute Maid Park one of the most modern and entertaining venues in Houston, year-

round. Whether he’s in the ballpark on game days, at one of the Astros Community Leaders ballparks

participating in youth baseball and softball clinics or finding new ways to make Minute Maid Park one

of the top destinations in baseball, Reid takes pride in being an active member of the Houston

community.

Before joining the Astros, Reid was the founder and CEO of both the Corpus Christi Hooks and the

Round Rock Express minor league franchises, both of which are perennially lauded as two of the top

franchises in minor league attendance, stadium satisfaction and franchise value. Shortly after coming

on board in Houston, Reid helped to bring the Corpus Christi Hooks into the fold as an owned and

operated affiliate of the Houston Astros. The Round Rock Express remains the Triple A affiliate of the

Texas Rangers.

Reid’s history with Texas baseball goes back decades. During the 1980s, Reid was a bat boy for

the Astros while his father and Hall of Famer Nolan was an All-Star pitcher in the Astrodome. He later

pitched at the University of Texas and TCU, playing a part in two Southwest Conference Titles (Texas

’91, TCU ’94). Reid went on to pitch in the minor leagues for two seasons (1994-95) in the Rangers

system after being selected in the 17th round of the June 1994 Draft.

A long-time respected member of minor league baseball’s leadership group, Reid has maintained

his ownership interests in the Pacific Coast League’s Round Rock Express. He currently serves as

the Texas League (Corpus Christi Hooks) Board of Trustees representative and is the Finance

Chairman for minor league baseball. Recently, Reid has become active with the Major League

Baseball Game Presentation, Marketing and Youth Programs Committee.

Reid is involved in several other business ventures including R Bank, a Texas-based community

bank chartered in Round Rock, Texas, for which he serves as a founding board member and

organizer. Reid is an active member in the Houston chapter of Young Presidents Organization, on

the board of the Greater Houston Partnership, a board member for the Spring Spirit Baseball and

recently served as Honorary Chair for the Covenant House executive sleep out. Ryan is also a

member of Second Baptist Church Houston. His passions include spending time watching his kids

play youth sports and spending time at the Ryan family ranch. He and his wife Nicole are the proud

parents of one son, Jackson (17), and two daughters, Victoria (15) and Ella (12). The Ryan family

lives in Houston.

2016 marks Chris Canetti’s 17th season in Major League Soccer and his 23rd year in the professional sports business. Canetti joined the Dynamo in May of 2006 as the team’s Chief Operating Officer and was promoted to President in November 2010. He oversees all aspects of the Dynamo organization.

In 2008, he was honored with the league’s Doug Hamilton Executive of the Year award, Major League Soccer’s top executive honor. In 2010, he was named to Sports Business Journal's prestigious Forty Under 40 list of influential sports executives.

Canetti’s leadership has helped the Dynamo become one of the most successful clubs in MLS. He managed the development of BBVA Compass Stadium and the club’s relocation from Robertson Stadium. He has worked alongside Dominic Kinnear on the technical side and been a part of six MLS playoff appearances, five Conference Finals, four MLS Cup Finals, and two MLS Cup titles.

David’ real estate practice includes development, leasing, financing, acquisition, and sale of hotels, office buildings, multi-family residential properties, shopping centers, mixed-use developments, airports, convention centers, and sports and entertainment venues. His public law practice includes public-private partnerships, economic development, public information, entitlements, grants, and other local government matters. His practice focuses on the travel, convention, and visitor industry. This includes developing, leasing, operating, managing, and marketing of convention, sports, and entertainment venues and airport facilities. He serves in leadership positions with several professional organizations, including as a member of the Urban Land Institute’s national Travel Experience and Trends Council.

As Chief Executive Officer, Brandt Bowden oversees Capital, Development and Construction efforts for Hanover Company. He is integral to the planning and execution of Hanover’s corporate strategy. Brandt joined Hanover in 2002 as a Development Partner covering the East Coast. In 2009, Brandt headed Hanover’s Capital Markets division and soon took on the role of Chief Investment Officer. As CIO, he oversaw the investment and financing of approximately $5 billion in apartment development. Brandt is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the Multifamily Gold Council. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College, and currently serves as the Houston-area District Enrollment Director. In addition, Brandt serves on the Board of Trustees at The Kinkaid School.

Paul Wasserman (Houston) joined KKR in 2014 and is responsible for KKR's real estate asset management and portfolio management activities. Prior to joining KKR, he was with Och-Ziff Capital Management, Inc. in New York where he was head of asset management, responsible for establishing and running asset management and for asset-level operational oversight of the firm's real estate funds as well as spearheading certain acquisition opportunities. Previously, he was an acquisition and asset management professional at Time Equities, Inc. where he acquired and managed a diverse portfolio of office industrial, retail, residential, and development assets in the U.S. and Canada. Mr. Wasserman has also held real estate positions with Workspeed, Jones Lang LaSalle, and the NYC Department of Design and Construction. He is a council member of the Urban Land Institute and received his B.A. with honors from Trinity College.

Dan Dubrowski is a co-founding partner of Lionstone Investments. As Head of Capital Formation, he leads capital efforts across the firm’s investment strategies, with primary responsibility for investor relationships, fundraising, marketing and communications, new business generation, and the structuring of new investment products. Mr. Dubrowski is a voting member of the Investment committee. Prior to Lionstone, he was a senior officer with Hines for ten years. Before that, he was an auditor and consultant with Arthur Andersen LLP in New York. He received a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University and an MBA from Harvard University.
