As Executive Vice President and Director of Leasing for PM Realty Group’s (PMRG’s) Houston headquarters office, John Spafford oversees leasing and marketing initiatives for a portfolio consisting of over 12 million square feet of office space located in 90 buildings throughout Houston. The Houston headquarters office is the Company’s largest market and holds the largest office leasing portfolio in the city.

With more than 28 years of experience in the Houston real estate market, Mr. Spafford has been consistently named one of the top 25 “Power Brokers” and has been recognized throughout the community as a real estate “Heavy Hitter.” He has been responsible for leasing office buildings throughout Houston for M-M Properties and the General Electric Pension Trust, Kan Am, KBS Realty Advisors and ING Clarion. Mr. Spafford previously served as Leasing Manager for the First City Texas Houston office portfolio which included three office buildings in Downtown Houston comprising two million square feet, and has acted as consultant for firms such as Credit Suisse First Boston, JPMorgan Chase and Bank One Texas.

Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Spafford served as Vice President and Partner for The Murphree Company, a national development firm headquartered in Houston.

Mr. Spafford is a graduate from The University of Texas and currently serves on several office leasing committees for the Central Houston/Downtown Management District.

Extensive experience representing public and private companies, major law firms, financial institutions and not-for-profits with regard to their material real estate obligations. In each of the past several years Mark has completed several of the largest headquarters lease transactions in Houston and the Texas region on behalf of clients such as Statoil, Bechtel, Invesco, Aker Solutions, AMEC Paragon, Norton Rose Fulbright, Baker Hostetler and TXU Energy. Mark's experience extends outside Texas having recently completed several major transactions around the country that range in size from 50,000SF to 500,000SF on behalf of clients such as San Diego Gas and Electric, Chevron, Aker Metals and Jones Walker.

Scott joined Triten in 2014. As President and COO, he directs the overall strategic direction of the company by assisting with corporate development, management oversight, and M&A, with an emphasis toward its real estate platform. Since joining the company, the firm has acquired or is developing over $150M of real assets. Additionally, Scott has been involved in shaping the strategic framework for Triten’s EPC subsidiary, IAG, a global engineering and project management company focused on hydrocarbon processing plants. Since its start in 1996, IAG has executed over 200 projects totaling over $3B total installed cost. Prior to Triten, Scott was a Vice President with Stockbridge Capital, a San Francisco private equity firm focused on opportunistic investments and distressed workouts. From 2010, until leaving in late 2014, he directly sourced, executed and managed over $600 million in assets across a variety of strategies, including core & repositionings. Prior to Stockbridge, Scott worked in Dallas at Goldman Sachs (Whitehall/REPIA funds) where he worked on over $4 billion of new acquisitions. Scott graduated with a bachelors in Finance and Entrepreneurship with a minor in Accounting from Texas Christian University.

Michael Sieger

As Vice President in the Houston Leasing Division, Michael Sieger is responsible for leasing a portfolio of office properties within the PMRG Houston office. Mr. Sieger brings over 15 years of experience representing both owners and tenants in the Houston area. Prior to rejoining PMRG in 2010, Mr. Sieger spent over eight years at CB Richard Ellis and Newmark Knight Frank as a Tenant Representative; representing tenants on a local, national and international basis. The insight and knowledge that Mr. Sieger gained as a Tenant Representative will help his clients to better understand what tenants are looking for, as they engage the marketplace. Mr. Sieger holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Trinity University.
