Jim Crane is Chairman and CEO of Crane Capital Group, Inc.; an investment

management company he founded in 2006. Jim has extensive experience in the

transportation, logistics, and energy industries and is the proud owner of the

Houston Astros and Floridian National Golf Club. Jim currently serves as Chairman

of the Houston Astros Major League Baseball team and Crane Worldwide

Logistics, a premier global provider of customized transportation and logistics

services with 105 offices in 30 countries. Jim has over 35 years of accolades in the

transportation industry. He is a director of three public companies: Nabors

Industries Ltd., Cargojet Inc., and Western Gas Holdings LLC. Jim founded Eagle

Global Logistics, now CEVA Freight LLC, serving as Chairman, President and CEO

for 23 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Safety from Central

Missouri State University, now University of Central Missouri, where he was a 2-

time All-American baseball player.

Jonathan Brinsden

Jonathan Brinsden serves as chief executive officer of Midway and guides the company’s overall business strategy and operations. Jonathan is a member of Midway’s leadership team and investment committee.

Jonathan joined Midway’s development team in 2001, was named chief operating officer in 2008 and chief executive officer in 2013. Prior to joining Midway, Jonathan served as president and chief operating officer of Hamm Corporation, a Houston-based development company.

He is a member of the Urban Land Institute Global Board of Directors, Board of Trustees and the Governance Committee, and past Chair of ULI Houston. He is also a board member of NAIOP and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Jonathan is active in a number of civic leadership and charitable organizations including the board of Central Houston, Vice Chairman of Buffalo Bayou Partnership and Chairman of the Board of SEARCH. Jonathan is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Houston Bauer Graduate Real Estate Program and serves on the Executive Advisory Board.

Jonathan holds a Master of Science in Land and Real Estate Development, a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design, all from Texas A&M University.

Tim Relyea is Executive Vice Chairman of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc. (C&W) and has been on the board of C&W, served on the Compensation Committee and currently serves on the Global Management Committee.

Mr. Relyea is one of the nation’s top real estate professionals. His real estate career began in 1978, and since that time Mr. Relyea has complete in excess of 60 million square feet of transactions for a total aggregate rental of more than $47 billion.

Mr. Relyea was one of the first employees hired by twin brothers Louis B. Cushman and John C. Cushman, III, following the formation of Cushman Realty Corporation in 1978. Located in the Houston office, he became Executive Vice President and the #1 producing broker in the 200-person firm. In 2001, Cushman Realty merged with Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., with Mr. Relyea being named Vice Chairman. Mr. Relyea has been Cushman & Wakefield’s top global office broker four times and its top overall broker on a global basis for three different years.

Mr. Relyea won the “Office Leasing Broker of the Year” award from the Houston Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) in both 1991 and 2002. He is also in the Houston (NAIOP) Hall of Fame.

Nathan Lenahan

As the Head of Operations for WeWork’s Southern region, which includes Texas, Georgia,

Florida, Missouri, North Carolina and Tennessee, Nathan Lenahan manages Facilities, Security,

IT, Hospitality and Business Operations. He came to WeWork in 2016 after launching and

selling a real-estate and property management company, Redleg Property Group. Before

launching his business, Nathan served as a Facility Manager at Lockheed Martin. Nathan

Lenahan also serves in the Texas Army National Guard in Austin, Texas, as a Field Artillery

platoon sergeant and has completed two combat tours to Iraq with over 13 years of service.

Nathan graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with an MBA and received a B.S. in

Facility & Property Management from BYU. Nathan now lives in the DFW area with his wife and

the next generation of entrepreneurs, his four children.

Craig McKenna

Craig McKenna joined Stream in 2012 and serves as a Vice President for Stream’s Houston office division. His primary responsibilities include identifying strategic investment opportunities for the firm and its clients, as well as marketing and leasing commercial properties. Craig currently leases a portfolio totaling 2.5 million square feet on behalf of clients and partners including DRA Advisors, Alliance Bernstein, Lone Star Funds, SilverPeak, and American National Insurance Company. In 2014, Craig won the HOLBA Rising Star award for his work as the top young landlord representative in Houston. Additionally, Craig has sourced and/or advised on numerous successful acquisitions and developments for the firm and its strategic clients.

Prior to joining Stream Realty, Craig worked at Frost National Bank where he specialized in sourcing, structuring and underwriting acquisition and development debt financing. During his time at Frost, Craig participated in over $400 million of real estate transactions. Through this experience and an intense focus on market dynamics research, Craig has developed a unique expertise in evaluating real estate from an opportunity/risk platform, providing value to Stream and its clients in assessing investment opportunities and the economic impact of leasing transactions.

Tyler serves as a Senior Vice President for the Houston Office Division of Transwestern. He is responsible for leasing office space citywide. Tyler focuses his efforts on understanding his client’s goals and then providing maximum value in relation to the marketplace.

Tyler joined Transwestern in 2016 and is currently representing numerous owners in all major submarkets across the city. Being actively involved in all of Houston’s major office submarkets provides Tyler with a strong breadth of market knowledge and broker relationships. His previous roles include in-house leasing positions at both Skanska and Hines. That in-house leasing experience has continued to prove valuable, as Tyler approaches his business by viewing transactions from an owners perspective. Tyler began his real estate career in 2005 as a financial analyst for Newmark (now NKF). His financial background continues to serve as a strength in structuring leasing transactions that maximize his client’s goals.

Over his fifteen-year career Tyler has leased approximately 3.5 million square feet with a lease value in excess of $1 Billion.

For thirty-two years Robert M. Eury has served as President of Central Houston, Inc., a private, nonprofit corporation, formed to lead the planning and implementation of the redevelopment of Houston’s central city area—principally downtown. Mr. Eury is also the Executive Director of the Houston Downtown Management District, a special assessment district within downtown Houston. Mr. Eury was Vice President and Director of Research Development for Rice Center prior to starting Central Houston in 1983. During his nine years with Rice Center, his research focused on

land use/transportation joint development, urban services delivery, development regulation, and environmental design. Prior to joining Rice Center in 1974, Mr. Eury served as Director of Community Planning Studies for the Urban Studies Center, University of Louisville, Kentucky.

Jennifer Campbell leads Houston as a Director for IPA Texas. Ms. Campbell has closed more than $3 billion representing over 30,000 units in multifamily transactions across the state of Texas.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Campbell worked for a Houston boutique firm specializing in multifamily transactions. She also interned with Trammel Crow and CBRE debt and equity group while completing an MBA in real estate finance.

Ms. Campbell is also a graduate from Tulane and University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, where she earned degrees in music and dance. She enjoyed a 13-year career singing opera professionally, prior to entering the real estate profession. She currently is active with Urban Land Institute and is pursuing her CCIM designation.
