Summary

Bisnow is bringing you our Bisnow Multifamily Annual Conference (BMAC) series for the first time ever. This full-day conference will cover today's biggest trends and topics in multifamily real estate. We're bringing legacy developers and the next generation of leaders together to discuss the evolution and future of this core asset class.

As older multifamily assets become obsolete, developers are realizing the importance of future-proofing assets. How can we build for both the present and the future? What amenities will stand the test of time? Resilience is key as we move into a potential downturn.

As we near a shift in the US economy, it is crucial to keep a diversified portfolio and look at alternative residential options. Join us as we hear from those active in the co-living, senior housing, and the active-adult space.

There will be plenty of time for networking, meet & greet speakers, and activities to get you thinking about multifamily in a fresh way.
