Mr. Alexander graduated from the University of Texas (Austin) with highest honors majoring in real estate. Drew joined WRI in 1978 as a Leasing Executive in the Retail Division. He held various positions and was named President of WRI in 1997 and was appointed the Company’s Chief Executive Officer in 2001. Mr. Alexander serves on the Board of Weingarten Realty Investors.

Mr. Alexander is active in a number of civic and charitable organizations. He serves as a director of The Texas Medical Center, The Gladney Fund, The Endowment Board of the Houston Food Bank, The Real Estate Center at the University of Houston, and United Way of the Texas Gulf Coast. Mr. Alexander previously served on a number of Boards including Houston Food Bank, Houston Achievement Place, The Gladney Center, Rebuilding Together Houston, Charter Bancshares, Academy Sports & Outdoors and Susser Holdings Corp. Additionally, he is a past member of several committees at Congregation Emanu El and the Jewish Federation of Greater Houston. Further, Mr. Alexander is a trustee and past chairman of the International Council of Shopping Centers and current trustee of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.

As Chief Executive Officer, Brandt Bowden oversees Capital, Development and Construction efforts for Hanover Company. He is integral to the planning and execution of Hanover’s corporate strategy. Brandt joined Hanover in 2002 as a Development Partner covering the East Coast. In 2009, Brandt headed Hanover’s Capital Markets division and soon took on the role of Chief Investment Officer. As CIO, he oversaw the investment and financing of approximately $5 billion in apartment development. Brandt is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the Multifamily Gold Council. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College, and currently serves as the Houston-area District Enrollment Director. In addition, Brandt serves on the Board of Trustees at The Kinkaid School.

Bryan is a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager for core plus and opportunistic funds, including the U.S. Land One and Two funds. Prior to becoming a Portfolio Manager, Bryan served for several years in the acquisitions group with specific market responsibility for the San Francisco Bay Area, Denver, and Washington, D.C. Before joining Lionstone, Bryan was a development associate with Verde Realty and worked in the international energy industry. Bryan is a graduate of Georgetown University and received an MBA from Harvard.

Casey is Managing Director, Portfolio Management for Principal Real Estate, the dedicated real estate group of Principal Asset Management. He serves as a portfolio manager within private equity specializing in data centers and has been involved with the data center development activity of Principal nationwide since 2006. Casey joined the firm in 1999 and prior to his current role spent time in the acquisitions/dispositions and asset management departments for Principal Real Estate. Prior to joining Principal, he was an assistant manager at Wells Fargo Financial. Casey received an MBA in business administration from Drake University and a bachelor's degree in business management from Waldorf College.

Darrell L. Betts, CCIM is a Principal with the Capital Markets group of Avison Young and is in

charge of the representation for dispositions of investment properties owned by financial

institutions, pension funds, REIT’s and private investors. Darrell began his commercial real

estate career over 30 years ago and was recruited by Avison Young in 2010 to lead the

company's Capital Markets practice in Texas and the Southwest U.S. Over the past three

decades, Darrell facilitated over $5 billion worth of real estate transactions.

Numerous times throughout his career, the Houston Business Journal named Betts a "Heavy

Hitter of Commercial Real Estate, including 2017." Among other awards, Darrell was listed in

Commercial Property News’ 2005 Hot Brokers of America and Top Producer for another leading

firm for eight years. Darrell was Avison Young's 2011 top producer in the U.S. for Capital Markets

and has been presented with the Circle of Excellence award recognizing the top producers

globally for 2017.

Education & Affiliation

Darrell Betts graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business

Administration in finance with an emphasis in commercial real estate. Darrell also received

a highly recognized Certified Commercial Investor Member (CCIM) designation through

the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, an affiliate of the National Associate of

Realtors.

He is currently a member of Texas A&M's Master of Real Estate Advisory Board. Darrell is

also an active member of the bilateral US-Arab Chamber of Commerce and has made

multiple visits to the Middle East, most recently for Business Development and International

Relations trade missions.

Mr. French is Senior Vice President and Managing Director of NorthMarq. He has been in the real estate finance industry since 1971, and has been involved in over $3 billion in real estate finance transactions during that period. Mr. French manages both debt and equity structures for a group of local and national clients.

Prior to joining NorthMarq, French was a founding partner in Stockton, Luedemann, French, a Texas based real estate finance corporation, which became a part of NorthMarq in 1998. Previously, he was Senior Vice President for the Ben G. McGuire & Co., a Houston based mortgage banking firm, whose principals formed Stockton, Luedemann and French. Mr. French began his career at Pilot Life Insurance Company, where he was a Real Estate District Supervisor with responsibility for two offices.

Kerry is a member of the Urban Land Institute, a director at the National Multi Housing Council, a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America, the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks, and is a frequent speaker at local and national real estate finance forums. Mr. French holds a Business Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
