Christine Choi Moore is Dalfen Industrial’s Head of Leasing and is responsible for the oversight of Leasing across the United States. Christine has over 17 years of industry experience and has completed over $3 billion of industrial and office leasing transactions throughout her career. Prior to joining Dalfen, Christine was Director of Asset Management for the Midwest Region at Manulife Investment Management, where she was responsible for the regional portfolio strategy, strategic asset initiatives (including the oversight of large-scale capital projects and redevelopments), leasing and overall asset performance of the Midwest office and industrial portfolio. Prior to Manulife, Christine was Vice President – Industrial Brokerage at Avison Young and worked in corporate marketing at First Industrial Realty Trust.

Christine is active in several industry organizations, including being the Founder and Past President of IWIRE (Industrial Women in Real Estate), the current treasurer and board member of COLBA (Chicago Office Leasing Broker Association), past board member for nearly 10 years for the Chicago Chapter of NAIOP, and a member of the national IOPC (Industrial and Office Product Council) for ULI. Christine graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University and remains very involved with the university.

Josiah Goins, EDIFICE Construction's industrial market project executive, began his career more than 20 years ago as a laborer. With experience across the southern USA for large-scale manufacturing projects, he oversees the construction of 1.5 million square feet of industrial space annually. Additionally, Josiah volunteers on the board for the 5 & 2 Trade School, a boarding school designed for students with an incarcerated parent.

SCOPE OF EXPERIENCE

As Director of Investment Management, Matt leads the firm’s real estate investment activity. He joined NAIEF in 2015 to start the Investment Management Division, an investment advisory and management group which provides solutions to investors seeking direct real estate investment. Matt has overseen and directed the raising of over $50 million of private capital through the company’s series of proprietary investment funds, Appian Investments ad Primis Investments, while ensuring proper execution of asset-level business plans for the Funds’ portfolio properties.

Matt is responsible for the execution of the Division’s strategic initiatives. In this role, he develops and manages key relationships with brokers and capital advisors, investment and development partners, equity investors, and debt providers while overseeing the evaluation and recommendation of property investments to the Funds’ Investment Committee. Through Appian and Primis, Matt and the Investment Management team have led or participated in over $860 million worth of acquisition and development projects in South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Texas, and over $275 million of dispositions.

BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

Matt is a graduate of Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC. Matt began his real estate career in 2007 with Edens Investment Trust, most recently serving in the company’s Fort Lauderdale office, where he managed the 1.5 million square foot Florida operating portfolio and served as lead underwriter on four shopping center acquisitions comprising 430,000 square feet and $200 million in aggregate purchase price.

As Vice President and Upstate Division Manager, Brandon is passionate about growing Clancy & Theys’ impact in the South Carolina market by tackling the most challenging projects and growing the best teams.

A civil engineering graduate of Clemson University, Brandon started his career in construction 26 years ago as a project manager traveling the country building hospitals and academic medical centers. He and his wife moved to Greenville in 2014 to focus on higher education, commercial, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing market sectors. Since then, he has led significant projects at BMW, County Square, Prisma Health, and Piedmont Health.

Brandon is an active member of the local community as Past Chair of the Pendleton Place board of directors, an alumnus of Leadership Greenville Class 46, a member of the Clemson Honors College Advisory Board, and a guest lecturer in Clemson’s Department of Construction Science.

Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife and son. He also enjoys history, snow skiing, golf, and backyard sports with his son.

Mayor White has served on City Council since 1983 and as mayor since December 1995. A native of Greenville, Mayor White is a graduate of Christ Church Episcopal School and Greenville High School and attended Wake Forest University and the University of South Carolina Law School. He was a partner in the law firm of Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, where he led the firm’s immigration and customs practices.His tenure as mayor has been defined by neighborhood revitalization, economic development and transformational projects for downtown. Over the past two decades, Greenville has earned national acclaim for its livability and pro-business environment and has become an award-winning destination. If you ask Mayor White what makes Greenville so unique, he’ll tell you that it’s due in large part to good planning and even greater partnerships.

Key projects and initiatives that have occurred under his leadership include the removal of the Camperdown Bridge, the creation of Falls Park and the Liberty Bridge, development along the Reedy River, construction of a baseball stadium downtown, development of the Swamp Rabbit Trail, installation of public art and record annexations.

The City has also invested in its neighborhoods with initiatives such as sidewalk expansion and street resurfacing programs, reinvestment in neighborhood parks, traffic calming, master plans for commercial corridors and an affordable housing strategy.

Mayor White and his wife, Marsha, have two children.
