Rachael McGinley is Head of Sustainability for CBRE Ireland, where she is responsible for corporate sustainability, and providing sustainability advice to CBRE’s clients. CBRE enables property owners and occupiers with sustainability strategy, energy efficiency, and wellness programs. In 2007, CBRE became the first commercial real estate services company to announce a commitment to become carbon neutral in its own operations and has recently adopted a Science-Based Target.

Previously, Rachael worked for the Green Building Council of Australia in technical, strategic and engagement roles. She also has a background in structural engineering and brings a practical approach to sustainability in the property sector.

Philip is an aircraft and marine engineer who has turned his considerable skill set to renewable energy and energy efficiency. He believes in a solutions-based approach to business and helps our partners reduce their environmental impact in heat, transport and agriculture

Emma is an director in Sigma Retail Partner. With 17 years’ experience in the commercial property market, she specialises in the asset management of shopping centres & retail parks throughout Ireland. Emma has worked on the incorporation of sustainability measures in both the day to day management of assets and at development stage to ensure that future assets incorporate best in class technologies. She understands the challenges of how to incorporate sustainability measures post development and the benefits that are available to owners if they can be included.

Sandrine oversees Asset Management and SRI policy of Amundi Real Estate. Her team actively manages assets located in France and Europe, through the delegations granted to our local partners.

Sandrine began her career in asset management at CDC (Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations) in 1995, before joining AEW Europe, where she was in charge of retail assets. Since 2008, she is in charge of asset management and SRI control in the real estate department within Amundi Real Estate.

Sandrine has been since 2014 a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Sandrine graduated from Kedge Business School (Bordeaux) and the University of Humberside (UK). She holds a Master Degree in Wealth Management and Real Estate from IMPI - Kedge Business School.

Director at Knight Frank Dublin with over 20 years’ experience in Dublin’s property market.

Peter specialises in Investment, providing acquisition, sales and asset management advice

across all Property sectors. He has a successful track record advising a wide range of

clients including Irish, UK & European Funds, US Private Equity Companies, Property

Companies and Private Investors.

Recent activity includes advising Amundi Real Estate on the acquisition of the Fitzwilliam 28

Office Investment for €180 million, a German fund on the acquisition of Marina Village

Greystones and Herbert Hill Dundrum PRS investments for combined €120 million,

Ballymore/Oxley on the sales of Nos. 1 & 2 Dublin Landings Office investments to Triuva

(now Patrizia) & Hana respectively for a combined €270 million, McGarrell Reilly on the sale

of the Sharp Building office investment to Credit Suisse for excess €55 million, Patrizia on

the acquisition of Block C, 77 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, a south docks Office investment for

€36.0 million, and finally the sale of the newly developed Lennox Building, a Mixed-Use

investment, to Mayfair Capital/Swiss Life for €27.0 million.

Peter is a member of both the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal

Institution of Chartered Surveyors in the UK. He holds a Degree in Surveying and Masters in

Finance from Trinity College Dublin.
