Nathan Donato-Weinstein is a senior executive analyst in the City of San Jose’s Office of Economic Development, which leads the city’s economic strategy, recruits employers, provides workforce development services, manages city real estate, and supports the arts. Nathan primarily works on business recruitment and retention, while using economic and real estate data to better inform policies and decision-making. Before joining the City, he was a reporter covering commercial real estate for the Silicon Valley Business Journal. Nathan is also on the board of Commercial Real Estate Women, Silicon Valley.

Benjamin Arcia received a Master’s in Urban Design from the University of Miami School of Architecture in 2011. His work has involved various facets of the built environment, including prefab housing, carpentry, and landscape architecture. In addition to his hands-on experience, Benjamin’s skillset includes digital 3d modeling and rendering, visual presentation, and construction documentation.

Since 2013, Benjamin has worked with Landscape Architect David McCullough, consulting on the planning, design, and construction of a variety of projects that include mixed-use infill, affordable housing, commercial repositioning, and transit-oriented development. Past clients have included Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Gafcon, and Malick Infill Development.

Half-Cuban, half-Nicaraguan, Benjamin is bilingual and bicultural. Between late 2018 and early 2020, Benjamin took a sabbatical to travel from Colombia to Patagonia and volunteered on organic and biodynamic farms throughout. An avid cyclist and backcountry trekker, his past hobbies include downhill longboard racing, competitive sailing, and martial arts. Benjamin and his fiancé live with their cat and dog in downtown San Diego.

A little known fact about Benjamin is he holds a second-degree black belt in Taekwondo.

Aidan McManamon is Regional Vice President at Salesforce Ireland. Before joining Salesforce, Aidan spent 15 years working across Investment Banking, FX, and Treasury. His career has spanned the U.S, Canada, Ireland, and Australia.

After over 20 years working in the security industry, with leading brands Apple, John Lewis and Tesla, Paul founded Forge with co-founder Wayne Lee. Together they designed and developed one of the market-leading cloud-based visitor management solution which integrates with access control in the commercial real estate, retail and education sectors. In June 2021 Forge was acquired by Yardi to extend its portfolio of industry-leading property management software, with Yardi Bluepoint visitor management

Daniel Shannon is Director of Tenant Representation with Knight Frank. He has over twelve years of experience in the Dublin Office Market, with seven of these focused solely on Tenant Representation. Daniel has advised on over 1.5 million sq.ft. of occupier transactions in recent years, including significant Headquarters projects for DocuSign, Qualtrics, Zalando, TD Securities and MongoDB, as well as the acquisition of WeWork's entire Dublin portfolio. He is recognised as one of the leading Tenant Rep agents in the country.

Sally Anne is a partner in the Commercial Real Estate Department at Matheson and leads the international real estate practice as well as the occupier advisory and transaction practices. She is an accomplished and commercially focused lawyer with over 12 years’ experience in large scale acquisitions and disposals; site development; commercial landlord and tenant; real estate investment; commercial real estate aspects of corporate transactions; and advising owner / occupiers on the acquisition of office, industrial, manufacturing, and technical / data centre premises. Her breadth of experience in running sophisticated transactions and in-depth knowledge of the market has resulted in her team being first choice as trusted advisor to some of Ireland’s largest occupiers (both tenants and owner/occupiers) on the development, letting and ongoing management of their office and technical space.

Ali has over 20 years of experience in the property industry. She is Head of Ireland, overseeing the Irish operations since June 2016. Ali joined Kennedy Wilson Europe in 2013 as Head of Asset and Portfolio management of the Irish portfolio. Previously, Ali worked for NAMA, responsible for the work out of a portfolio of over €4bn in loans and also worked in various sectors of the real estate industry, in private equity, the Office of Public Works and in the management of a family development and investment business. Ali is a chartered surveyor with qualifications in property and facility management, general practice surveying, and international business and marketing.

Lynn is Portfolio Director, Development & ESG at M&G Real Estate, responsible for M&G’s office development portfolio including the flagship City of London project, 40 Leadenhall. It is the second time that Lynn has joined M&G Real Estate having joined in 2016 as a Development Director covering the main commercial sectors, residential and master planning.

She has extensive experience in development across all sectors in the UK and Europe having previously worked at Europa, Aviva and The EDI Group. Passionate about sustainable design and the drive to zero carbon, Lynn has worked in commercial property for more than 30 years, is a judge for the BCO and Construction News Awards.

Emma is an director in Sigma Retail Partner. With 17 years’ experience in the commercial property market, she specialises in the asset management of shopping centres & retail parks throughout Ireland. Emma has worked on the incorporation of sustainability measures in both the day to day management of assets and at development stage to ensure that future assets incorporate best in class technologies. She understands the challenges of how to incorporate sustainability measures post development and the benefits that are available to owners if they can be included.

Maxime studied architecture at the EAG Grenoble, then graduated from PUC Campinas, Brazil and UCD, Dublin with a B.Arch. He has lived and worked as an architect in various countries including the UK, France, and Brazil. Having founded and led Architecture Republic in Dublin in 2005, Maxime went on to co-found Urban Agency in 2013 with offices in Dublin, Copenhagen and Lyon. He was president of the Architectural Association of Ireland from 2005-2006 and currently teaches architecture and urban design at the School of Architecture University Limerick. Maxime has received numerous awards for excellence in architectural design including numerous AAI Awards, Irish Concrete Society Award and a nomination for the prestigious Mies Van Der Rohe Awards in 2011 and 2018 as well as being awarded as one of top 40 European architects under 40 by the European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.

James brings over 14 years of international industry experience, with expertise in Cost and Development Management, Project Management and Data Analytics. He is a seasoned Lender Services professional, and has advised on hundreds of projects across a broad range of asset classes including Residential, Hospitality and Social Infrastructure. Specialisms include high-rise, midrise and low-rise residential projects from inception to completion.

John brings to the firm over 25 years of International Real Estate experience, including for the last 18 years, participating in Irish real estate asset management and development. John is based in Dublin, Ireland and he is responsible for managing Round Hill’s Irish Development and Investment business.

He has previously worked in real estate asset management and development for Thames Water Property, BAA Lynton and Pillar Property in the U.K. and Treasury Holdings Limited, Harcourt Developments Limited and WK Nowlan Real Estate Advisors in Ireland. In the course of his professional career, John has managed significant real estate development projects, from inception to completion.

John holds a BSc (Hons) Degree from Coventry University and a Diploma in Real Estate from the College of Estate Management, Reading. A Chartered Surveyor, he is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Society of Chartered Surveyors, Ireland and a former Chair of the Society of Chartered Surveyors, Ireland, Planning and Development Division.

Richard joined Cain International in 2015 and is responsible for leading the firm’s investment and asset management activities across Europe. Since 2015 Richard has built an experienced multi-disciplined team, overseen the development of the UK portfolio and expanded the firm into Continental Europe.

Prior to joining Cain International, Richard was managing director at Oxford Properties the real estate arm of the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (OMERS), the C$97 billion (December 2018) Canadian Pension Plan. Richard was a founding member of the Oxford Properties European team and between 2010 and 2015 was responsible for Investment and asset management activities, including three development partnerships with British Land, Brookfield and The Crown Estate and the acquisition of five central London office and retail investments and a large South Eastern England office park.

Before Oxford, Richard was European development director at MGPA, where he had responsibility for the funds development and asset management activities across Europe including France, Poland and the UK. In addition, Richard has held senior positions with Lend Lease, the Australian property group, where he worked in the UK, Germany, Spain and Poland and also with Laing O’Rourke, the international construction group.

Ned is a co-founder and managing director of SW3 Capital.

Ned has been involved in all stages of the property investment management process but specialises in equity capital raising, 3rd party finance, fund structuring, acquisition, disposals and asset management.

In 2009, Ned co-founded Hiberno Saxon, a London based property investment management business. Prior to this, he was an investment surveyor in the City of London and West End office markets for Catella UK and later Gresham Downs Capital Partners (now Savills).

Ned is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and also holds a CFA Society Investment Management Certificate (IMC).

Ned graduated from Bristol University with a Theology BA Honours and has also obtained a Masters in Property Valuation and Law from Cass Business School in London.

I am particularly interested in long-run housing markets, in order to better understand current housing experiences such as rapidly increasing housing costs in many high-income cities.
