Colin began his career as an International Manager with HSBC in Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Bahrain before spending three years working with Far East Organization, Singapore’s largest private real estate developer. During that time, Colin managed the development and restoration of the historic 5-star Fullerton Hotel.

Colin went on to found McCraic Group in Singapore, identifying, leasing and refurbishing historic properties as successful bar and restaurant venues. This venture culminated in the successful trade sale of the group in 2009.

He founded Fine Grain Property in 2007, and drove the company’s growth in Singapore and Ireland. He is particularly proud of Fine Grain’s ability to drive investment returns by delivering great workplace communities for clients.

Daniel Lockley is a Partner and leads Deloitte’s Real Estate - Debt and Capital Advisory team, bringing

c.15 years of corporate finance and real estate experience. Since joining Deloitte in 2014, Daniel has

been an advisor to numerous leading property development and investment groups in Ireland,

raising over €1.5bn p.a. Daniel has extensive expertise in structuring, arranging, and raising capital

(both debt and equity) for real estate development and investment portfolios. He is also an advisor

to Local Authorities, Approved Housing Bodies and State Sponsored Bodies.

Rhona Baker is the Head of Valuations & Advisory at Colliers Ireland, where she leads the country’s largest commercial property valuations team and drives the strategic direction of the firm’s market-leading advisory platform. She has over 25 years of experience in the valuation of assets for secured lending, property investment, and pension funds.

Her work spans all major asset classes, including offices, retail, shopping centres, purpose-built student accommodation, and large-scale PRS (Private Rented Sector) developments. She also brings extensive experience in mixed-use portfolios and development appraisals.

Tom is a partner in Dentons’ Dublin real estate practice. He advises on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, financings and lettings across all investment sectors including offices, logistics parks, multifamily asset, hotels, data centres and mixed use developments. He regularly works with domestic and international investors active in the Irish market.

Michael Hynes founded Evara Ireland with Eddie Byrne in October 2019. Having previously worked with Hudson Advisors Ireland, NAMA and Grattan Property, Michael has over 20 years’ experience in the Irish real estate sector. With a portfolio under management of 9,000 residential units and 95,000 sqm of commercial space, Quintain Ireland is now one of the largest mixed-use developers in Ireland.

Angelyn Rowan is a partner and head of the projects and construction group at Philip Lee LLP. Angelyn has specialised in the area of projects and construction since 2004 and has extensive experience advising on major infrastructure projects, PPPs and large-scale residential and mixed-use projects. Angelyn advises funders, developers, employers and contractors on all aspects of construction law, including commercial office, residential, healthcare, energy and PPP/PFI projects. She advises on both contentious and non-contentious construction law matters. She has advised on some of the most significant projects in Ireland in recent years, including advising the National Development Finance Agency (NDFA) on the €300m+ Social Housing PPP Programme (now instructed on SHB PPPs 4,5,6 and 7), the €200m+ Grangegorman DIT Campus PPP and the €140m+ Primary Care Centres PPP.

James Byrne is the founder of Sirus, EGPT, and OPNBuildings, companies focused on improving how organisations understand and manage energy and sustainability performance. His work is grounded in the belief that sustainability only becomes credible when it is measured, verified, and understood in close to real time. James is a strong advocate for moving beyond headline commitments toward data-led planning, auditable reporting, and informed decision-making. He works closely with executive teams and sustainability leaders to turn complex sustainability challenges into clear, accountable action.

Mark Faithfull is the Dublin correspondent for Bisnow and a real estate and retail specialist, editing and contributing to international publications including Forbes, The Economist, MIPIM News, MAPIC News, World Retail Congress and the Forbes 30 under 30 Europe. He covers trends in retail and property and regularly speaks and moderates at events around Europe.

John Mulryan is the Group Managing Director of The Ballymore Group.

Based in London, John has overseen Ballymore becoming one of the biggest providers of residential accommodation in the city. These include landmark schemes including London City Island, Embassy Gardens, and Goodluck Hope. John also worked alongside the US government to move their embassy from Grosvenor Square to Embassy Gardens at Nine Elms, establishing a new riverside cultural district for the city and signalling a major shift in London’s diplomatic centre of gravity.

In Ireland, John is overseeing the completion of the group’s regeneration project on North Wall Quay, Dublin Landings. John is also responsible for ensuring planning permission is submitted for Ballymore’s large mixed-use scheme on 2.8 hectares at CIE Connolly Station in Dublin’s IFSC.

Prior to being appointed Group Managing Director in January 2018, John was Managing Director of Ballymore UK from July 2010. Prior to that, he was General Manager of Operations from July 2008 to July 2010.

He graduated from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Civil Engineering in 2004.
