Event Summary

As demand in the traditional core CBD reaches its tipping point, in which neighbourhoods of Dublin will the economy and real estate ecosystem blossom?

The Dublin Office market achieves record performances in 2018 that were largely driven by strategic

transactions, predominantly from the expansion of

occupiers in the tech sector. According to CBRE 2019 Outlook, it could be a

‘three in a row’ in 2019, given the

office take-up in Dublin stays on track for another strong

year and supply remains tight.

One of the major trends in 2019 will be the extension of office leasing activity into new city quarters, such as the North Wall, Dublin 8, Cherrywood, Dublin Airport, Sandyford and other parts. There is a high potential for rental growth as these areas are being regenerated, providing occupiers with new centers of innovation as they continue to demand collaborative spaces that are smart and sustainable.

As such, it will be ever so important for the

industry to

adapt to

sustainable and integrated ways to deliver office environments embedded in larger mixed-use environments.

Please join us for Bisnow's

Dublin Future of Office

We will bring together the visionaries pioneering new markets and spaces, shaping

new office standards and lifestyles outside of

D2 and D4. Share your comments, post your photos and ask questions using #BisnowEurope on Twitter and Instagram, and follow us at @BisnowEurope on Twitter for more local news.
