Founder, CEO

Grafter

Graduating with a MSC in Business Studies, Emma moved to London where she had her first encounter within the world of Real Estate. Working in the Residential Lettings Department at Marsh & Parsons (M&P) in the prestigious neighbourhood of Notting Hill, Emma describes her time there ‘like running your own business within a business’. After two years in M&P, Emma moved to Sydney for a unique opportunity to work as a Sales Manager for Servcorp, Australia’s leading premium office provider with 5-star facilities and 150+ locations worldwide. Established in 1978 and listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, it was here that Emma came to learn and understand the new and unique Commercial Real Estate sector of flexible workspaces, including serviced offices, virtual offices and coworking spaces to entrepreneurs, start-ups, SMEs, and large multi-nationals. When an opportunity presented itself to look after sales for a flexible workspace provider in Ireland, Emma made the move back home to further develop her

career within the serviced office industry. Over the next six years Emma created, developed, and implemented successful sales strategies, maximising client satisfaction and company revenues. In 2021, the opportunity presented itself to make the move to go out on her

own, creating Ireland’s first work-lifestyle brand. With unparalleled experience

in the flexible office market, a genuine passion for client experience and design and an innovative mindset, Emma founded Grafter with a view to bring something truly unique to the Irish market. Grafter bridges the gap between work and enjoyment, providing a state-of-the-art workplace experience that speaks to our members’ every need.
