Arlene van Bosch is U+I’s Development Director for Dublin and Manchester. Arlene joined Cathedral Group, now U+I, in November 2010 and is responsible for progressing Public Private Partnership projects from site acquisition through to completion, managing complex planning and development matters.

Arlene’s remit in Ireland is to expand our business there and seek out trading and PPP opportunities. She is leading on the planning applications for White Heather Industrial Estate, Dublin 8.

In the UK, Arlene is playing a leading role in shaping the future of the Mayfield, Manchester site, whilst ensuring the proposals maintain the site’s uniquely Mancunian industrial character.

Arlene previously delivered the Deptford Project, a £50m PPP with the London Borough of Lewisham and St Mark’s Square, Bromley in partnership with the London Borough of Bromley.

Louise Ellison is MD Sustainability at EQT Partners, a global private equity firm, working in the

Private Capital Sustainability Team. She has 25+ years’ experience in the real estate and

investment sectors, focusing since the early 2000s on sustainability. She has experience in

designing and implementing sustainability strategies within corporate and fund management

contexts and in consultancy. In addition to her executive role, Louise is a member of the Green

Construction Board, a joint industry-Government initiative to support better environmental

performance across the sector, and a member of the Investment Committee of the British Design

Fund.

Eoin is responsible for managing

U+I’s non-public sector joint

venture relationships. In this role,

he will grow U+I’s existing real

estate capital partnerships, as well

as sourcing and executing

acquisitions in U+I’s three core

markets with specific responsibility

for our projects in Dublin.

wife will allow. He is an active

Wharton real estate network.

Lorcan has worked on the Airport City development plans for Dublin Airport Central for over 10 years. He has worked closely with key stakeholders that led to the development of the Dublin Airport Central Masterplan. This ultimately created the framework for planning to be agreed and commencement of construction of phase 1 of Dublin Airport Central of some 430,000 sq.ft. The many challenges of developing an airport city beyond just the construction have been managed carefully with the Local Municipality as well as the Transport and Enterprise Agencies. Prior to Dublin Airport Central, Lorcan worked as Executive Manager of Projects for the Dublin Docklands Development Authority. This included the regeneration of Dublin Port into the Dublin Docklands which is home to the International Financial Services Centre as well as many other Multinational Corporations based in Dublin’s City Centre

Tomás is a Director with COADY Architects, with almost 30 years of experience, specialising in commercial and residential design. He leads the Practice’s mixed use and residential team engaged in high and medium density schemes for the private, public and voluntary sectors. His focus is projects that enhance the urban environment, make positive contributions and are sustainable. He has delivered the first HPI ‘Gold’ multi-unit housing development in Ireland and led HQ office buildings achieving BREEAM Excellent, LEED Gold, LEED Platinum, WELL Platinum and WiredScore Platinum accreditations.

Neil is chairman and co-founder of Bannon, the largest Irish owned commercial property consultancy. Neil heads the consultancy team at Bannon focusing on place making and curating destinations. Neil has worked on this capacity on some of Ireland’s largest and most successful developments including Dundrum Town Centre and Grand Canal Square and was part of the master-planning team at Dublin Airport Central. Geraldine Ruane joined Trinity College Dublin’s senior management team in 2013,

taking up the role of Chief Operating Officer.

As Chief Operating Officer she has responsibility for 890 staff that comprise the

Corporate Services Division. Corporate Services has been described as the

university’s central nervous system, ensuring services and systems are run smoothly

and efficiently, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Geraldine’s previous leadership roles include Chief Executive, General Manager,

Finance Director from across the commercial sector in areas including pharma,

financial services and ICT. She has also served as Non-Executive Director for SFI

(Science Foundation Ireland) and Genio Social Investments.

Since coming into office Geraldine has transformed the operational infrastructure of

Trinity College Dublin, Ireland’s premier university, enabling it to become more agile

and customer-centre in response to the demands of the 21st century.

On joining Trinity, Geraldine developed and implemented a strategy for the

Corporate Services focusing on the key areas of commercial revenue, people

development, service excellence and corporate governance.

Her impressive track record recently led her to being chosen as Chair of the steering

committee for Trinity Technology and Enterprise Campus (TTEC) – a high-profile

project of great strategic importance to the university. TTEC is the precursor to the

Grand Canal Innovation District, a boldly ambitious plan for Ireland Inc launched by

the Taoiseach last year (2018).

Geraldine is a qualified certified public accountant and qualified chartered director,

with a deep functional knowledge of governance, risk, compliance and stakeholder

management. She also holds an MA from Trinity College Dublin.

Gary is Development Director with RGRE and was previously General Manager, Investment and Development with QIC/ GPT Australia, having worked there since 2014.

Philip is a Director with Turner & Townsend’s Dublin office, currently leading their PM Team on various Occupier and Commercial projects. Philip’s background has been in the occupier/fit-out sector across Ireland and EMEA. He has successfully led teams delivering some of the largest and highest profile fit-out projects for tech companies in Ireland.

Eddie is the driving force behind mac’s building division – a service offering that comprises a

partnering and creative approach to traditional construction methods alongside a revolutionary

volumetric modular solution. With 25 years at the frontline of building significant projects of scope

and complexity working with John Paul and McNamara, Eddie’s long experience has honed his

instincts and given him a predisposition for planning for project challenges and achieving clients’

Carol Tallon, CEO of communications agency Property District, specialises in PR and Public Consultation for urban development.
