Why This Dublin Office Event Matters
What You'll Learn:
Gain insights into upgrading office spaces with sustainability, longevity and quality in mind to attract tenants and investors
How to tailor a unique offering to attract and retain tenants in the current office real estate environment
Learn more about leasing trends within the office sector and what amenities tenants want
Understand if demand is still centred around 'prime' office assets, and if there is demand outside of that category
Understand what the future of office space in Ireland will look like for the rest of 2024 and beyond
How You'll Do More Business: Irish commercial property investment volumes for the third quarter plummeted by three-quarters in 2023 compared with the same period in 2022, according to real estate agent Colliers, reflecting deep caution in the sector. With office vacancies on the rise, and the prices being down for the office sector, the time for opportunistic gains is afoot in the commercial office sector! Hear from our expert speakers for their thoughts and data on current valuations to better inform future trends and predict behaviour, learn how to upgrade your buildings to upgrade your market position, as well as how to best understand tenant demands and refine your proposition accordingly to restructure your offering and capitalise!
