Why You Should Attend This Office Event in Dublin

What You’ll Learn

  • The office market is returning but the supply crunch for modern Grade A space remains. Find out how to overcome shortage of new, ESG‑compliant products driving rents & competition.

  •  How the Dublin office pricing reset is changing underwriting, value expectations, and what distress really means in 2026

  • Spec development vs. pre‑lets, understanding underwriting thresholds, financing structures and which submarkets justify risk

  • Flexible space and interim solutions: How flex offerings, pop‑ups and short‑term leasing strategies can function as stopgaps for immediate demand.

  • Which submarkets and office types are attracting capital and tenants now, and why performance is diverging across Dublin

  • What occupiers are pushing for in today’s deals, and how leasing terms are evolving as the flight to quality continues

How You’ll Do More Business: Meet the investors, developers, lenders, and occupiers shaping Ireland’s next office cycle and turn the current reset into a practical deal strategy. Compare underwriting approaches, recapitalisation structures, and ESG repositioning plans, then test development feasibility and leasing assumptions against what occupiers are actually signing today.
