David Larzilliere is a Principal at Orion Capital Managers and is based in London. Mr. Larzilliere has 13 years of real estate investment experience. His primary focus is the acquisition and asset management of investments (all real estate asset classes, corporate deals and loan portfolios) primarily in France, Benelux countries and Ireland. Prior to joining Orion, he worked in the Real Estate investment banking team of Morgan Stanley in London focusing on large corporate and real estate transactions across Europe.

Mr. Larzilliere has a Masters Degree in Finance from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC Paris).

Darragh has over 20 years experience in financial services and real estate, leading large operational teams and developing and implementing processes and systems to help businesses grow. Prior to joining Fine Grain Property Darragh was Commercial Director of Home Building Finance Ireland, a commercial state entity which lends funds to private developers to develop residential real estate.

Darragh spent 13 years in KBC Bank Ireland where he led the Corporate and Commercial Banking Department, Arrears Support Unit and Retail Banking division at different stages over that period. Leading and growing large teams across multiple business units in a highly regulated environment.

Prior to KBC, Darragh was Corporate Finance Director at MKO Partners (now Eisner Amper Ireland) where, among other things, he was involved in the establishment of Fine Grain Property in Singapore and Fine Grain's first asset purchase at Beach Road.

Darragh is a fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants and holds an honours degree in Economics & Politics from University College Dublin. He likes to run to keep fit and managed the Dublin Marathon once.

Alex is a Vice President in the Acquisitions and Investment Management team at MARK. With over 10 years of experience in value-add real estate private equity, his career spans the full investment cycle from acquisition through exit. He has led and completed transactions across Germany, France, Spain, the UK and Ireland, covering multiple sectors including offices, logistics and retail. In Dublin, he is responsible for delivering and managing a landmark office and retail development.

Órlaith is a partner and head of Real Estate at Taylor Wessing Ireland.

Órlaith specialises in all areas of commercial real estate practice including real estate investment, development and finance transactions.

Órlaith advises clients including investors, lenders, landlords and occupiers across a wide range of sectors including offices, hospitality, logistics, development land and PRS.

Órlaith is particularly valued for delivering responsive, commercial, solution focused and tailored advice to her clients, developing great relationships and offering excellent client service.

She has a wide range and depth of experience, in particular with foreign investors moving into the Irish market for the first time and also working with international teams on portfolio and real estate finance transactions.

Tara is a Commercial Property Asset Manager for the Real Estate team in Ireland and has over 16 years of property management experience.

Tara joined Gresham House from CBRE where she was a Director responsible for leading a team to deliver property management services for the UK’s leading commercial funds. Prior to joining CBRE, Tara was Director at Group Workman LLP.

Tara qualified as a Chartered Member of The Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 2014.

She also holds a 1st Class Honors Bachelor’s degree in Property Studies.

As Head of Design for The Interiors Group, Clare is responsible for the

delivery of all architectural and interior design services provided by

the company.A registered Architect and qualified Barrister at Law, Clare has over

14 years’ experience designing and delivering a wide range of

commercial, healthcare, retail, and residential developments across both

public and private sectors.

Her background as a Project Manager on complex capital projects results in extensive experience, leading large multi-disciplinary Design Teams and managing the stakeholder/end-user design development consultation process.

Ryan is the Regional Head of Leasing at WeWork covering UKI, EMEA and APAC. Cumulatively these regions cover over 12m sq ft of WeWork space and serve around 130k members across the region.

Since joining WeWork in July 2019, Ryan has held various roles, including Head of Leasing for UK&I, Head of Agent and Broker Partnerships for the UK&I and Head of Sales in South Africa.

Prior to WeWork, Ryan served as a Corporate Real Estate Advisor at JLL in both the Corporate Occupier and Corporate Consulting teams. He holds an MBA from GIBS Business School, completed the Property Investment and Development Programme at the University of Cape Town, and earned a B Com degree in Management Science from Stellenbosch University.

Mark Faithfull is the Dublin correspondent for Bisnow and a real estate and retail specialist, editing and contributing to international publications including Forbes, The Economist, MIPIM News, MAPIC News, World Retail Congress and the Forbes 30 under 30 Europe. He covers trends in retail and property and regularly speaks and moderates at events around Europe.

Michael Purcell is Director, Asset Management at Eagle Street.

Michael joined Eagle Street from JLL, where he spent over 12 years managing a wide range of assets for a multitude of local and international clients including Blackstone, Spear Street Capital, Laing O’Rourke, Mapletree, Hewlett Packard, Lloyds Banking Group and Ronan Real Estate Group.

Michael was instrumental at JLL in identifying suitable technology for assets under management, a key part of which was integrating new technology and sustainability measures and evaluating how properties are run and monitored.

Prior to this Michael was a general practice surveyor at DTZ Sherry FitzGerald (now Cushman & Wakefield) in Munster where he was responsible for industrial sales & lettings, rent reviews, and valuations.

Michael has a degree in Property Economics from Trinity College, is a Chartered Surveyor and a member of SCSI.

Kenneth has over 20 years of experience in project and property development management. He specialises in large-scale commercial projects, overseeing the full project lifecycle from feasibility to completion. As Clancourt’s Sustainability Lead, he ensures the company’s developments and operations maintain the highest sustainability standards.

Carina Galavan is a property fund expert and a key member of the multi-award-winning Aviva Ireland Property team, where she has worked for over six years. Her role spans broker relations, fund reporting, and communications. Carina is also deeply involved in shaping and delivering the Fund’s sustainability strategy—an area she is particularly passionate about—bringing both insight and commitment to driving positive environmental impact in the property sector.

Robbie is the Strategic Sustainability Director at KSN Horizon, where he leads the delivery of end-to-

end sustainability services across Ireland’s commercial real estate sector. With over 20 years of

international experience, Robbie has worked across Corporate Real Estate, Residential Development,

and the Electronics and Pharmaceutical industries, including 13 years as a sustainability consultant in

Helsinki before returning to Ireland in 2021.

In his current role, Robbie is responsible for driving sustainability performance and innovation across

client portfolios—supporting institutional investors, REITs, multinationals, and public sector bodies

in embedding ESG strategy, climate risk assessment, and BER/Net zero pathways into core business

operations and project delivery. He leads projects involving sustainable finance reporting (including

GRESB, GRI, and TCFD), LEED, BREEAM, and WELL certifications, and specialises in life cycle carbon

analysis and climate mitigation in the built environment.

Robbie is a LEED, BREEAM, and WELL Accredited Professional and a Central Steering Committee

member of Ireland’s national construction innovation centre, Construct Innovate, where he supports

research collaboration between academia and industry to accelerate sustainability-led innovation in

the built environment.

Müge Karasahin is the Director of Sustainability at Ethos Engineering, where she leads a team driving innovative sustainability and wellness strategies for the built environment. With over a decade of experience in green building certifications, ESG strategy, and smart technologies, Müge is recognised for her leadership in implementing sustainable practices that enhance environmental impact and human well-being.

Currently, Müge is focused on advancing sustainability and decarbonisation within the commercial and data centre sectors. Her work focuses on reducing embodied carbon by addressing the environmental impact of materials, transportation, and construction processes. This includes implementing carbon accounting frameworks to track supply chain emissions, promoting the use of sustainable materials, and fostering industry collaboration to meaningfully reduce Scope 3 emissions.

A passionate advocate for sustainable design and construction, Müge emphasises optimising processes and cultivating partnerships across the industry to accelerate decarbonisation. She also remains deeply engaged in emerging fields such as air quality, biophilia, and innovative technologies that drive healthier and more resilient spaces.

Müge’s leadership and contributions to sustainability have earned her multiple accolades, including three WELL AP Awards, recognising her commitment to promoting health and wellness in the built environment.

Tomás is a Director with COADY Architects, with almost 30 years of experience, specialising in commercial and residential design. He leads the Practice’s mixed use and residential team engaged in high and medium density schemes for the private, public and voluntary sectors. His focus is projects that enhance the urban environment, make positive contributions and are sustainable. He has delivered the first HPI ‘Gold’ multi-unit housing development in Ireland and led HQ office buildings achieving BREEAM Excellent, LEED Gold, LEED Platinum, WELL Platinum and WiredScore Platinum accreditations.
