Two Grand Parade
Two Grand Parade in Dublin has been transformed from its 1960s origins into a striking Grade-A office development. Originally designed by Paddy Robinson of Robinson, Keefe & Devane, the modernist structure was notable for its clean lines and Portland stone cladding. The recent refurbishment, led by Henry J Lyons Architects, sensitively retained these heritage elements while adding a contemporary eight-storey extension. A dramatic triple-height glazed atrium now links the old and new, creating 106,000 sq ft of premium workspace. Sustainability was central to the design, achieving LEED Platinum certification and a BER A3 rating. Features include high-efficiency chillers, heat-recovery ventilation, smart LED lighting, water-saving fixtures and excellent cycle facilities—delivering a low-carbon future-ready workplace in the heart of the city. The office property has been part of the open-ended real estate retail fund Unilmmo: Deutschland of Union Investment since 2020.
