Learn About Ireland's Hottest Real Estate Markets In 2022

In addition to the excellent networking opportunities, we'll be hearing from expert speakers discussing the booming sectors and hottest real estate market news in industrial and life sciences, and how these asset classes are a catalyst for driving further real estate development and regeneration.

Panel Discussion: Ireland's Industrial And Logistics Market
CBRE reports that industrial occupier take-up in Dublin reached more than 265,000 SQM in 2021 (and would have been greater had supply had met demand), and investment spend on assets was the highest ever recorded at more than €982M. Capital continues to target this asset class with no signs of this market growth slowing down and supply is struggling to keep up with demand. Join our panelists as they discuss:

  • With limited stock availability, how the rise in e-commerce is impacting take-up, lease requirements, prime headline rents and land values for Ireland’s industrial market.

  • How construction and development is addressing occupier/investor demand for new build/high quality industrial stock amidst inflation and rising construction costs.

  • Understanding the evolution of Ireland's warehouses and what the end-user is expecting not just in their facilities for 2022, but also to ensure long term leases and stability.

Panelist Industrial Projects: M7 Real Estate's Cookstown Collection, Palm Capital's Naas Enterprise Park and Greenogue Logistics Park, Mountpark Baldonnell and more!

Fireside Chat: Ireland's Life Sciences Real Estate Market
As reported by Dublin City Council, Ireland is a global centre for life sciences. In fact, it is one of the top three global exporters of pharmaceutical products in the world. We’ll be exploring what makes Ireland an ideal destination for life sciences real estate as our speakers discuss what makes building for R&D, lab space and life sciences companies unique and exciting.

  • Under The Microscope: What specialist elements go into life sciences real estate, and how difficult is it to build and run them?

  • Creating Clusters Of Innovation: What do you need to know about working with universities, the government and the public sector to create life sciences facilities?

Who You'll Meet At Dublin's Hot Trends Event: Bisnow events bring together Ireland's most influential commercial real estate investors, owners, developers, lenders, occupiers, consultants and advisors for dynamic and unforgettable content and dedicated networking sessions.
