Private Capital Sustainability Team. She has 25+ years’ experience in the real estate and

investment sectors, focusing since the early 2000s on sustainability. She has experience in

designing and implementing sustainability strategies within corporate and fund management

contexts and in consultancy. In addition to her executive role, Louise is a member of the Green

Construction Board, a joint industry-Government initiative to support better environmental

performance across the sector, and a member of the Investment Committee of the British Design

Fund.

Jason Byers, Head of Residential Ireland at Kennedy Wilson Europe, is a real estate professional with 13 years’ experience in both commercial and residential real estate in Ireland. At Kennedy Wilson he is responsible for a built portfolio of 2,300 units and a pipeline of over 1,500 units. He has extensive experience with residential developments including management, design, underwriting, modelling, and pricing as well as long term experience in acquisitions and disposals of both PRS and Commercial Assets. Jason is a Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.

Donald is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, has a Masters in Planning & Development and is an Executive Board member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) in Ireland; an active member of the ULI European Urban Regeneration Council; and is a member of the Planning & Development Committee of Property Industry Ireland (PII).
