Rob has previously worked in a number of key markets where he led as Client Services Director at Deverell Smith, with Clients that operate across all asset classes, including commercial, residential, mixed-use, housing, retail, hotel, leisure and public sector.

Arlene van Bosch

Arlene van Bosch is U+I’s Development Director for Dublin and Manchester. Arlene joined Cathedral Group, now U+I, in November 2010 and is responsible for progressing Public Private Partnership projects from site acquisition through to completion, managing complex planning and development matters.

Arlene’s remit in Ireland is to expand our business there and seek out trading and PPP opportunities. She is leading on the planning applications for White Heather Industrial Estate, Dublin 8.

In the UK, Arlene is playing a leading role in shaping the future of the Mayfield, Manchester site, whilst ensuring the proposals maintain the site’s uniquely Mancunian industrial character.

Arlene previously delivered the Deptford Project, a £50m PPP with the London Borough of Lewisham and St Mark’s Square, Bromley in partnership with the London Borough of Bromley.

Carol Tallon, CEO of communications agency Property District, specialises in PR and Public Consultation for urban development. With more than 15 years across the planning, construction, property and proptech sectors, Carol has worked with government departments, industry representatives, developers, construction companies, auctioneering firms and media outlets. In addition to founding Proptech Ireland back in 2016, Carol and the Property District team are currently rolling out Ireland’s virtual town hall - PLACEengage.com.
