JOIN US IN CELEBRATING DENVER'S CRE LEADERS

Bisnow is proud to host the 2026 Women Leading Real Estate Awards, celebrating the women driving Denver’s commercial real estate industry forward. Join us for an afternoon of cocktails, light bites, and high-impact networking as we honor leaders shaping the future of CRE.

Insights from the 2025 CREW Network Benchmark Study underscore why recognition and visibility remain essential: women still comprise just 38% of the industry, earn 4% less in base salary and 13% less in total compensation, and report gender discrimination as their primary barrier to success for the first time in the study’s history. Despite these challenges, women continue to show strong career ambition and resilience, even through market cycles and shifting workplace norms.

This event brings together sponsors, partners, and peers to celebrate progress, spotlight talent, and reinforce our collective commitment to a more inclusive, equitable, and dynamic future for Denver’s real estate community.

For questions, recommendations, comments, or press inquiries, please email our event producer, Kay VanAsdale, at kay.vanasdale@bisnow.com.
