Adam currently serves as Chief Acquisitions Officer for Real Capital Solutions and is a member of the Strategic Operations Committee (“SOC”), which drives the Company’s macro strategies and investment initiatives. Since joining Real Capital Solutions in 2011, Adam has leveraged his two decades of experience in complex real estate transactions to drive the company’s acquisition efforts and spearhead new initiatives. Throughout his career, Adam has successfully overseen more than $2.5 billion in real estate transactions, spanning diverse strategies and asset types. His accomplishments at Real Capital Solutions include the acquisition of over 15 million square feet of real estate. His background includes all aspects of investment management across all asset types and risk strategies – acquisitions, asset management, deal structuring, joint ventures, capital, leasing and operations, financing and sales.

Adam’s ability to navigate complex transactions and execute strategic initiatives positions him as a key leader in driving Real Capital Solutions’ growth and investment success.

Mr. Elenowitz is a Co-Founder and Principal of Trailbreak Partners. In this capacity, he is primarily responsible for the firm’s investment strategy, culture and values, investor relations, branding, and long-range growth initiatives. He has over 25 years of real estate finance, investment, and development experience with a focus on urban development and environmentally complex transactions. Under Mr. Elenowitz’s joint leadership, Trailbreak has entitled 1,800+ units of housing, and capitalized and executed more than $898 million in value-add acquisition and development projects, including land, multifamily, for-sale residential, hospitality, mixed-use, and industrial located in the greater Denver metro region. His work spans over 1.8 million square feet of residential and multifamily development and more than 660,000 square feet of commercial real estate. He is a member of the firm’s Leadership and Investment Committees.

Prior to forming Trailbreak in 2017, Mr. Elenowitz was a Co-Founder of Denver-based Brownfield Partners and led the acquisition and development of environmental real estate investments across the U.S. He began his career with Zurich North America as an Underwriter and evaluated financial, regulatory, and environmental risks for insurance programs.

David Chasnow’s 18+ years of investment experience have applied an innovative and analytical approach to a diverse range of responsibilities at Connexion Asset Group. Drawing upon extensive experience in property and portfolio management, as well as in identifying, analyzing and executing on investment opportunities, Dave is responsible for acquisitions and asset management of Connexion’s portfolio properties. He also cultivates lender and investor relationships to support Connexion’s investments.

Chris joined Prime West in 2026 to expand the company's office acquisition platform, focusing

on strategic investments where aligned capital, operational execution, and market insight create

durable long-term value. Chris is responsible for identifying fundamentally strong assets at

inflection points, including targeted value-add and undercapitalized opportunities, and executing

business plans designed to enhance quality, performance, and positioning. Bringing an owner's

perspective from overseeing complex developments and project initiatives end-to-end, Chris

builds relationships with capital partners, business leaders, and industry stakeholders, and

engages with civic and economic organizations to support initiatives that strengthen market

growth and regional competitiveness.

Prior to joining Prime West, Chris was a Partner at Chicago-based Riverside Investment &

Development, where he led the firm's expansion into Denver and the ground-up execution of a

$400 million trophy office development. His 15+ years of experience span the full lifecycle of

more than $2 billion of office, multifamily, hospitality, and mixed-use developments across

Chicago and Denver, with a track record of disciplined execution, collaborative partnerships,

and community building.

Chris earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, as well as

Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-

Champaign. He is active in the real estate community and serves on the Downtown Denver

Partnership Board of Governors and the ULI Colorado Office & Industrial Council.

Chris lives in Denver with his wife and young daughter. Outside of real estate, he enjoys

snowboarding, cycling, golf, hiking, traveling, and exploring everything Colorado has to offer.

Jon Abrahamson is a partner within our real estate practice. His area of focus

within our real estate practice is comprised mostly of Private Equity Real

Estate Funds, Real Estate Development, Real Estate Investments, and Family

Office Real Estate. He takes a proactive approach toward client service which

includes being up to speed on ever-changing tax laws, ensuring compliance

needs are met in a timely manner, and providing tax strategies to minimize any

potential tax impacts, all while remaining fully compliant. Additionally, he is

experienced in succession planning, due diligence, re-organizations, and

estate planning.

Marc Perusse is the Founder & CEO of E2M Ventures (E2MV), a Denver-based real estate investment firm known for its ability to navigate and execute complex transactions. E2MV provides both senior and subordinate debt across the U.S., while also targeting opportunistic acquisitions in Colorado, often in partnership with Co-GP operating partners. With more than 15 years of experience, Marc has been instrumental in acquiring and repositioning over $500 million in real estate assets, consistently uncovering hidden value in challenging markets.

Prior to founding E2MV, Marc served as Chief Investment Officer for Revesco Properties, where he spearheaded high-profile projects such as Elitch Gardens Theme and Water Park, Meow Wolf, and more than $350 million in real estate developments and acquisitions. Throughout his career, Marc has been involved in over $750 million worth of real estate transactions, spanning roles as an owner, investor, asset manager, lender, broker, and consultant.

Marc holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, graduating cum laude. He lives in Denver, CO with his wife and son. In his free time, Marc enjoys the mountains, skiing, hiking, mountain biking, golfing, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Asher is the President of TLC and manages all aspects of TLC operations, including acquisitions, investor relations, asset management, financing, leasing and development. Prior to joining TLC, Asher was an attorney at Pircher, Nichols & Meeks, one of the premier real estate law firms in the United States. His practice focused on complex real estate transactions, with an emphasis on the representation of private equity funds and other institutional investors in the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of commercial real estate assets. Asher graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. in Communications and a minor in Political Science. He obtained his J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School.

Amy Thomas is the Director of Real Estate at Rethos, where she leads initiatives focused on reactivating and reinvesting in historic buildings. She also serves on the Minneapolis Heritage Preservation Commission. With a background in technical program management and community revitalization, Amy works to balance economic growth with cultural preservation and equitable access. She has experience across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, helping communities realize the full potential of their built environments. At Rethos, she champions place-based solutions that celebrate local identity while addressing modern urban challenges.

Joshua is a landscape architect and planner and serves as the Co-Director of Sasaki’s office in Denver. He has a deep passion for creating successful human habitat for all people through a variety of urban design, planning, and landscape project types. His interest lies at the intersection of people and infrastructure, where he focuses on the planning, design, and implementation of urban places of lasting social significance and ecological integrity. A systems thinker, Joshua has used his multi-disciplinary background and worked across scales and contexts in North America, Australia, Europe, and Africa.

On every project, he has committed himself to working with both public and private clients on complex social, environmental, and financial problems through collaboration, community engagement, and innovative solutions. Joshua’s expertise is in district scale master planning, urban redevelopment, infrastructural and environmental urban systems, corridor planning and design, and parks and public spaces. Joshua has a keen understanding of social dynamics, long term implications of planning and design, environmental performance, and changes in technology and economies. He uses this knowledge to craft resilient solutions for cities and people.

Joshua earned a master’s degree in city planning from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and holds a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture with a minor in environmental science from Louisiana State University. He has taught at Northeastern University’s School of Architecture on Sustainable Urban Environments and works to bring human-centric urbanism to the mainstream through research, education, and writing.

Dan Craig has spent more than 20 years shaping Denver’s built environment, serving as a creative leader on many of the city’s most notable projects. His work spans transformative developments such as Meow Wolf Denver and the Ball Arena Redevelopment, as well as pioneering mass timber projects including the University of Denver’s Burwell Center, The Village at Mines Park at the Colorado School of Mines, and Summit House on the Auraria Campus. 

Dan thrives on bringing people and ideas together, creating an engaging process that welcomes different perspectives and inspires thoughtful solutions. His enthusiasm is balanced by a rigorous approach to quality control, ensuring each design is carried through with clarity and attention to detail from early concepts through construction.

Ken manages real estate development activities at Denver International Airport and their integration with the DEN Real Estate strategic land use plan as well as overseeing all land lease activities such as rental cars, solar, farm, and oil & gas leasing. Ken has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, having been responsible for the acquisition, asset management, and disposition of over $2 billion worth of properties during that time. His career includes working for REITs, private equity companies, and small entrepreneurial real estate firms throughout the United States. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science from Montana State University, and earned his MBA from Indiana University.

Lee Ferguson serves as Senior Vice President in the Denver office of TCC. Lee focuses on sourcing and executing new office and mixed-use development and investment opportunities, along with multifamily opportunities for High Street Residential, TCC’s residential subsidiary, within the Greater Denver and Salt Lake City markets. Combining a background in both business and architecture, Lee is responsible for identifying new development and investment opportunities and plays a key role in the pursuit, analysis and predevelopment of ground-up development throughout Colorado and Utah.

Within the Denver office, Lee led the Denver Water Operations Complex redevelopment, where he was responsible for managing principal aspects of design, construction and specialty requirements of industrial and office development, amenities, and site infrastructure. In addition to sourcing new opportunities, he is currently engaged in the development of Central Park Station and the Residences at Olde Town Station. Prior to joining the Denver team, Lee worked in the TCC Houston office, focusing on the development of the TechnipFMC Campus at Generation Park where he was responsible for managing all aspects of design, construction and specialty requirements of office development, amenities and infrastructure portions of the campus.

During his 17+ year career, Lee has had the opportunity to develop a variety of projects with success at leading and managing all aspects of a development including pursuit and predevelopment, entitlements, design, bidding, negotiation, permitting, construction, stabilization, and disposition. He brings diverse business, management and development experience with a track record that has consistently steered projects through the development process on-time and under-budget. Lee holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Texas Tech University.

Ben Taylor has been working in the real estate development field for the past fourteen

years, and is primarily focused on the new construction and acquisition/rehabilitation of

affordable housing. As a Vice President & Project Partner, he leads a team focused on the

development of affordable housing across the country, with a particular focus on the

Mountain-West region. This includes every part of the development process — from

identifying potential opportunities all the way through their lease-up and stabilization. Ben

currently resides in Denver, Colorado with his wife and three-year old daughter.

Kim Vongries is a Site Civil Section Manager based in Denver, Colorado, with extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams through the planning, entitlement, and design of complex land development and infrastructure projects. Throughout her career, she has worked at the intersection of civil engineering, public infrastructure, and community growth, helping bring projects from vision to reality across the country.  She specializes in helping developers, communities, and public agencies navigate the infrastructure challenges that shape growth, from transportation and utility capacity to entitlement and regulatory coordination.  At a time when infrastructure constraints are becoming one of the defining issues affecting development, Kim offers a grounded perspective on how collaborative planning and investment can shape the future of the Denver region.

Since joining Namaste Solar in 2007, David has played an instrumental role in standing up our Commercial Solar and Operations & Maintenance programs, as well as developing notable solar projects with key clients such as National Renewable Energy Laboratory, Denver Public Schools, and New Belgium Brewing to name only a few. Additionally, David has served in a multitude of roles for the company including as General Manager, Director of Commercial Sales, Director of Operations and Maintenance, and has served on the Namaste Solar Board of Directors as both a board member and as board chair. David is currently focused on commercial business development efforts for Namaste Solar and utilizes his deep and lengthy industry experience to support clients in navigating the intricacies of implementing solar PV projects to achieve their renewable energy goals.

Scott Kiere is CEO of Urban Green Development, a Denver-based sustainable real estate developer with 17 years of regenerative urban projects including the current Kensing LoHi build. He is also Founding Builder of BuildHuman, where he is developing Purpose Intelligence ~ an applied framework for AI-augmented leadership and decision architecture. Scott brings the operator's lens to AI's role in development, capital, and asset management.

Jill Jennings Golich was appointed to the role of Director of the newly created Denver Permitting Office as of April 14, 2025.  Previously she served as deputy director for Denver’s Community Planning and Development Department overseeing the areas of policy, regulation and development.  From June 2019 – April 2021 she served as Director for Community and Economic Development for Adams County. 

Prior to Adams County, Jill served as Interim Executive Director and Deputy Director for Denver’s Community Planning and Development Department where she oversaw passage of the 2016 Denver Building and Fire Code, partnered with Colorado Village Collaborative on the rollout of temporary tiny home villages, participated in the development and implementation of the 2017 affordable housing linkage fee, and was co-manager for the City for the Broadway Station redevelopment. 

She previously served as Director of Campus Planning and Campus Planner for the Auraria Higher Education Center, and began her career in the private sector where she managed community involvement, master planning, general development plans and rezonings for projects around the City of Denver. 

Rob Garber is the chief executive officer of Sensera Systems.  Throughout his 30 year career, Rob has scaled high growth businesses and driven organizations to world class performance.  He has extensive experience in the construction, electronics, and semiconductor industries.  Rob holds a BS from Purdue University and an MBA and MS in Chemical Engineering from MIT. 

Fazil Hashimi is the founder of AI Housers, which helps public housing authorities and state housing finance agencies adopt AI safely, securely, and ethically. He has spent more than a decade in affordable housing, with prior roles at Colorado Housing and Finance Authority, Yardi Systems, Denver Housing Authority, and most recently Housing Catalyst. He has led AI sessions for Colorado NAHRO and CHFA Reach.

Patrick Walsh has been the CEO of McGregor Square since 2019. McGregor Square is a mixed-use development located right next to Coors Field which is comprised of over 200,000 square feet of office, 70,000 square feet of retail, 103 condos, a 28,000 square foot plaza which includes a 60’ X 20’ LED screen, and the Rally Hotel. He oversees the day-to-day operations and is in charge of achieving the long-term goals of the project for its investors.

Prior to joining the executive development team for McGregor Square in 2017, he was the principal owner of D & P of Colorado, which focuses on investing in real estate and private companies across a variety of industries. His investments span from the aviation industry to restaurants to fitness franchises.

Lindsay has been pioneering sustainability efforts for the live event industry for two decades for professional sports teams, venues, and events of all kinds. Lindsay led the development of the ASM Global Acts Sustainability Plan, an ambitious, portfolio-wide framework for reaching sustainability goals for the world’s largest venue manager.  She led the ISO 20121 Certifications for Lincoln Financial Field and SoFi stadiums, the first venues of their kind to be certified. She founded the Sustainable Sport Index, the sport industry’s first global benchmarking project on the impacts of teams, leagues and venues.  As past Chair of both the Event Industry Council Sustainability Committee and ASTM Venue Sustainability Standard, Lindsay’s is known throughout the industry as a leader in her field.

Peter Newlin is CEO and Partner of Gastamo Group, the Denver-based hospitality and real estate company behind Park Burger, Homegrown Tap & Dough, Perdida Kitchen, Park & CO, and Lady Nomada. Since 2011, he and Jean-Philippe Failyau, the founder of Gastamo Group, have guided the company’s growth from a single neighborhood restaurant into a multi-concept hospitality company.

A College of Charleston graduate with an MBA from the University of Denver, Newlin blends financial discipline with creative vision. An innovator as well as an operator, Newlin created the concept Birdcall and Poncho Technology, a custom POS platform that helped set the brand apart as a leader in restaurant technology. Today, he focuses on upskilling restaurant executives for the era of AI—believing that teaching is the best way to learn, and that preparing leaders to use these tools effectively is the key to lasting industry impact.

Newlin co-founded the Denver Deluxe Music & Arts Festival and Fuel Hope Kitchen, which served 250,000 meals during the pandemic. He serves on the board of Birdcall and YPO Rocky Mountain, and has been recognized as a Denver Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree and a Titan 100 Colorado 2025 winner, and has also been featured in The CEO Magazine and profiled in Nation’s Restaurant News for his innovative leadership in hospitality.

Dan Feagans is the vice president of Brinkmann Constructors’ Denver office, and has more than two decades of construction management experience. Dan is responsible for all aspects of the performance and the day-to-day operations of the Denver office, and his experience allows him to better appreciate the importance of client advocacy, a Brinkmann Core Value. This includes setting strategic initiatives and execution of our company wide goals and objectives. He works directly with clients to ensure that their projects are given the attention that they deserve while safeguarding that it will be delivered on time and on budget.

Dan received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Missouri-Rolla (now known as Missouri University of Science & Technology). He is a LEED Accredited Professional, has undergone extensive OSHA safety training, and is ICC 2012 certified.

Ms. Stasiak serves as the managing partner of Kutak Rock LLP’s Denver office, focusing her practice on complex commercial and construction litigation. She represents municipalities, various public and private owners, tax credit syndicators, investors and lenders, engineering, procurement, construction, and maintenance (EPCM) companies, manufacturers, developers, general contractors and subcontractors in business disputes and legal actions.  With Ms. Stasiak’s extensive trial experience, she advises clients regarding general legal and business matters and retains and manages consultants and expert witnesses. Sarah Showalter has over 20 years of experience in planning, urban redevelopment, and affordable

housing. Sarah started her professional career in the private sector as an urban designer and planner.

Since that time, she has held multiple positions in the public sector. Sarah’s accomplishments include

leadership of projects that have had a meaningful impact on the Denver community – including a major

update to Blueprint Denver, adoption of a new inclusionary housing program, and improving Denver’s

zoning code through major code updates and policy initiatives for better development outcomes. In her

current role as Deputy Executive Director in the City of Denver’s Community Planning & Development

Department, Sarah oversees planning, policy, and operations for a large department in a fast-growing

city. Sarah grew up in Denver and enjoys giving back to her home city, where she enjoys raising two kids

and recreating in the outdoors.

Fred Glick is a commercial real estate developer and urban planner working primarily on adaptive reuse

projects in Denver’s urban core. Fred is the vice-chair of the Denver Planning Board and a former

member of the Lower Downtown Design Review Commission. As a member of the Downtown Denver

Partnership’s Board of Governors, Planning and Urban Impact Committee and Urban Exploration

Steering Committee Fred is deeply involved with and committed to quality placemaking in Denver.

Fred is the chair of the Denver Health Foundation board and has extensive non-profit board experience,

having held leadership positions on the boards of RedLine Contemporary Art Center; the Academy of

Urban Learning, a Denver charter school serving unhoused and at-risk students; his neighborhood

organization, Clayton United; and the American International School of Johannesburg.

A Denver native, Fred spent twenty years abroad in Swaziland, South Africa, India, Egypt and the United

Kingdom. Before leaving the U.S., Fred was an arts administrator for modern dance companies in New

York City. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts and a

Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Colorado Denver.

Pat is one of the founders and principals of City Street Investors and has been involved in place-making and in-fill real estate project through-out Colorado for 30 years. As a principal, Pat and her partners have been investing in Denver area neighborhoods for two decades with properties in the Highlands, LOHI, Congress Park, Cherry Creek, North Country Club, South Broadway, Montclair, Lowry, etc. Their projects have won awards from Historic Denver, Denver’s Mayor’s Design Awards, Downtown Denver Partnership, WestWord, and 5280 Magazine. While their collection of investments emphasizes retail, it also includes office in conjunction with mixed-use properties, multi-family residential, self-storage, hotel and numerous restaurant investments. Their most recent place-making project was the renovation of the historic Union Station where Pat and her partners curated a strictly Colorado based line-up of amazing retailers and restaurateurs, and created five of the food and beverage venues, including the Terminal Bar and the Cooper Lounge. Pat takes on the primary responsibility for the leasing of all City Street Investors projects and often takes the lead on new acquisitions and sourcing on new partnerships.

Pat has been recognized in the Denver Business Journal’s Power Book for her accomplishments in retail. Pat sits on the Downtown Denver Partnership’s Retail Council and was a member of the Denver Retail Advisory Council which established the Denver’s 3 year plan for retail.

Prior to City Streets Investors and Larimer Associates, Pat was a Senior Vice President with Catellus in charge of retail strategy and implementation for Catellus’ retail developments across the country. Pat’s experience also includes 20 years of retail brokerage with Trammell Crow Company and CB Richard Ellis where she concentrated on specialty and urban centers, new developments, major redevelopments and national initiatives. As a broker, Pat was consistently recognized by the Denver Business Journal, Denver Metro Commercial Area Realtors and NAIOP as a top performer in the Denver marketplace.

Pat holds a Chemical Engineering degree from Iowa State University and a Masters in Business from Stanford University.

As Vice President of Multifamily for Realberry Dani oversees all aspects of the multifamily development process including land acquisition, due diligence, underwriting, entitlements and design and construction management. Dani previously held development positions with Related Midwest, covering mixed-use development activities in Chicago, and the John Buck Company where she evaluated development and acquisition opportunities in the Midwest and California. Prior to starting her career in real estate, Dani worked in Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy group in Washington, DC. Dani earned her Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and Bachelor of Arts from American University.

Eric Hiraga is the Executive Director of the Denver Economic

Development & Opportunity (DEDO), a position he assumed upon his

appointment by Mayor Michael B. Hancock in August 2017. DEDO is

leading an inclusive and innovative economy for all Denver residents,

businesses, and neighborhoods. Under Hiraga’s leadership, DEDO has

been at the forefront of the city’s COVID-19 emergency efforts for small

businesses and nonprofits while continuing to support the economy

through on thoughtful business development; job creation and

advancement efforts; expanding opportunities for small, minority, and

women-owned businesses; and by supporting neighborhoods

experiencing significant change.

Hiraga previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff for DEN, a $1 billion operation with 35,000 employees. To better attract international business ventures and open access to global markets for Denver’s local businesses – large and small – Hiraga maintains a Senior Advisor role to the airport.

Hiraga received a B.S. in International Affairs from the University of Colorado at Boulder. His academic credentials also include a Peace and Friendship Fellowship from the Japanese Ministry of Education, and Hiraga studied foreign relations at the University of Tsukuba, Japan.
