Bobby Hutchinson has been in the multifamily industry in Denver for over 20 years. He joined the RedPeak team as Investment Director in 2010, was promoted to Chief Investment Officer in 2015 and then to his current position as President in 2022. During his time at RedPeak he has been instrumental in growing the RedPeak portfolio from $300M to over $1B. Bobby loves Denver and is passionate about his role in shaping RedPeak’s growing portfolio and helping our urban neighborhoods become increasingly more vibrant and active. Outside of helping to buy and build incredible buildings that people get to call home, he is involved in the professional community as an active member of the NMHC, AAMD and CAA and a father of three active boys.

Tyler Carlson

Tyler Carlson is a Managing Principal, manages Evergreen’s Denver office and leads the acquisition and development of all commercial properties in Colorado. During his tenure with Evergreen, Tyler has been involved in all facets of real estate development from initial site identification and contract negotiation through construction close out and tenant opening across a multitude of projects throughout the country. Tyler has significant experience in structuring joint ventures and public private partnerships, the financial underwriting of complex real estate transactions and an extensive network of tenant, consultant, government, owner and brokerage relationships. He is a licensed and active real estate broker in Colorado and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Tyler graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brigham Young University with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Economics and earned a Master’s of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Southern California, graduating at the top of his class. Tyler joined Evergreen in 2003.

Walter Armer serves as a Managing Director with Holland Partner Group where he oversees the firm’s metro-Denver development activities. Prior to joining Holland, Walter was with the Broe Real Estate Group where he was responsible for multi-family asset management as well as the oversight of the Country Club Towers II development project. Prior to this, Mr. Armer was Director of Development and Forward Planning at the CORE Companies, a private multi-family development firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Walter has more than 25 years of multi-family asset management and development experience, including at Albion Pacific Property Resources, SNK Development and Trammell Crow.

James Mansfield

James Mansfield is the Vice President and Managing Director of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors. James is responsible for overseeing Pinnacle’s brokerage operations and driving Pinnacle’s strategic growth initiatives, recruiting talent and continuing to build an industry leading presence in Denver.

Prior to joining Pinnacle, James was the Senior Managing Director at Cushman and Wakefield of Colorado in a similar position overseeing the brokerage, property management and appraisal operations in Colorado. In addition to managing brokerage operations, James is a seasoned commercial real estate executive with more than thirty years of leasing, development and real estate sales experience, with national firms including Brookfield Properties, Opus Development and Grubb & Ellis.

A native of Colorado and graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder, James is current President of NAIOP of Colorado, and supports the University of Colorado Real Estate Center and the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Brokers.
