Over his 30 year career with Corporex, Mr. Banta has worked in nearly all functions of the company and in nearly all divisions. Through his tenure with Corporex, the company has built over 18 million square feet of commercial real estate including more than 40 hotels, 24 office buildings and 6 business parks. Mr. Banta serves on the Board of Directors for the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber of Commerce. Previously, Mr. Banta served as a board member for Eagle Hospitality, a NYSE publicly traded hospitality REIT, from the time of inception until August 2007 when the REIT was sold in a market-based transaction. Mr. Banta is a graduate of Indiana University with a dual degree in finance and real estate administration.

Mile High Development

Mile High Development is a veteran of large scale mixed use projects including Colorado Center, a $100 million mixed use project at I-25/Colorado Blvd. in central Denver in conjunction with TIAA-CREF, the world’s largest private pension fund, which launched its first phase in 1986 and completed the second and third of the ultimate six phases in 1999. The project features a 9 screen United Artists Theatre with an IMAX Theatre, and 600,000 square feet of Class A office space in two 12 story towers, and 1600 structured parking spaces. Mile High Development was also the Developer of the Wellington E. Webb Municipal Office Building in downtown Denver, a $200 million, 700,000 square foot Class AA office building developed for the City and County of Denver in 2001/2002. Mile High Development was the Co-Developer of the $100 million Co-Development Project in concert with the Denver Art Museum expansion project, which included the 980 space Cultural Center Garage; the 55 unit Museum Residences condominium/mixed use project that was completed in 2007, and the 165 room ART Hotel which opened in July 2015. Mile High Development was also Co-Developer, with Opus Northwest, of Lakewood City Commons, an $80

million mixed use retail, office/civic and community development, including a new City Hall for the City of Lakewood. Today, Mile High Development is focused on various mixed-use TOD opportunities, including affordable housing projects utilizing LIHTC at existing light rail stations along the southeast I-25 corridor, and the new R line/Aurora light rail corridor, including the Apartments at Yale Station, a 50 unit Senior 9% LIHTC affordable housing project at the Yale light rail station completed in 2011; University Station, a 60 unit Senior 9% affordable housing project located at the University of Denver light rail station completed in February 2014; the 66 unit 9% LIHTC affordable housing project, Garden Court Apartments at Yale Station, which will be completed in June 2016. Mile High Development and Koelbel and Company broke ground in April 2016 on the 112 unit Ash Street Apartments, a 4% LIHTC affordable family/workforce project adjacent to the 9 th and Colorado redevelopment project on the former University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. In partnership with Koelbel and Company, Mile High Development was selected by the City of Aurora and the Aurora Urban Renewal Authority in 2015 as the Master Developer of the Regatta Plaza Shopping Center at Nine Mile Station, a 22 acre site which will be redeveloped into a 700,000 sf TOD project beginning in the Fall 2016 and will include a new 80 sf King Soopers; 500 market and affordable rental housing units; an entertainment district featuring restaurants and entertainment retail, and a major office component, all connected by a PED bridge to Nine Mile Station. In 2011, Mr. Thorn was the co-recipient(with Mr. Buz Koelbel)of the inaugural Transit Alliance Leadership Award as Outstanding Leader in the Private Sector. In 2001, Mr. Thorn was named Honorary Dean of the Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management at the University of Denver, and is currently serving DU as Executive in Residence. Mr. Thorn received a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona in 1967. He is a former Board member of NAIOP, and is a Full member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and a member of the ULI Executive Committee. He is a former Denver Urban Renewal Authority (DURA) Commissioner, and was Chair of Downtown Denver, Inc., in 2002 &2003, and Chair of the Downtown Denver Partnership in 2004.

Navin Dimond is the founder & CEO of Stonebridge Companies, a privately-owned hospitality firm founded in 1991. Stonebridge owns and operates a diverse portfolio of 64 hotel properties in the United States, with approximately 12,000 rooms. Mr. Dimond has received numerous awards for his work in the hospitality industry, including the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award®, and the Award of Excellence from the American Asian Hotel Owners Association. Dimond is a firm believer in serving his community; currently he serves on the Board of Trustees for the University of Denver and the Denver Center for the Performing Arts (DCPA). Mr. Dimond also served as the former chairman of the Denver Metro Convention and Visitor’s Bureau (Visit Denver). Most recently, he was appointed to the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City Denver branch (Chair). Mr. Dimond serves in an advisory role for many organizations, including Washington State University’s College of Engineering and Architecture Executive Leadership Board and Cornell University’s Dean’s Advisory Board for the School of Hotel Administration. Mr. Dimond is a graduate of Washington State University where he earned a B.A. in Business Administration and a B.S. in Construction Management. He also earned his MBA in Real Estate/Construction Management from the University of Denver.

Edward Mace was named President and CEO of Silverwest in 2014. In 2013, Ed co-founded Silverwest Hotel Partners, LLC (“SWHP”), a privately owned hotel operating and development company. SWHP was formed to establish and sponsor investment partnerships aiming to develop, own and operate a successful portfolio of hotel investments for the benefit of SWHP’s investment partners. In 2006, Ed formed Mace Pacific Holding Company, LLC (“Mace Pacific”), working closely with investors in the acquisition and repositioning of branded and independent and luxury hotels and resorts. Prior to Mace Pacific, Ed had a successful career with some of the most iconic hotel brands in the industry.

From 2001 to 2006, Ed was President of RockResorts, the legendary hotel brand that grew out of a series of resorts originally developed by Laurance Rockefeller. Vail Resorts (NYSE:MTN) acquired RockResorts in 2001 and immediately appointed Ed to develop and operate the owned and managed hotels within the luxury brand as well as to lead the growth of the management company. He was also President of Vail Resorts Lodging Company, responsible for the portfolio of independent hotels, condominium rental programs, private clubs and the Grand Teton Lodge Company (operating hotels and facilities under agreement with the U.S. National Park Service).

Prior to Vail Resorts, Ed was President and CEO of Fairmont Hotels. After overseeing nearly $300 million in renovations to some of the brand’s most iconic hotels including The Plaza in New York and The Fairmont in San Francisco, Ed led a merger with Canadian Pacific Hotels (CP) to form the largest luxury hotel company in North America. Following the merger, he was appointed President of Fairmont’s U.S/Mexico Division. Ed’s career at Fairmont began in 1996 as EVP before becoming COO and later appointed CEO. In 2000, he was named Vice Chairman of the combined company and led the company’s global growth strategy and development.

Erika has been part of the Evergreen team since October 2013 and has over 15 years of experience in retail real estate having worked in the finance and real estate departments for a publicly traded specialty grocer and subsequently as a top producer and Vice President at Sullivan Hayes Brokerage, specializing in tenant representation and landlord leasing. Erika has a BS in Finance and Marketing with a minor in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder and an MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver. She also has a Colorado real estate license and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Will Damrath is Vice President and Regional Officer for Regency Centers. He manages a portfolio of 24 operating properties and new developments, totaling 2.6 million square feet in the Denver market.

Joining Regency in 1999 as Project Manager, Will became Senior Manager of Construction in 2002. He left Regency in 2005 and returned to assume the role of Vice President in 2010. Previously, he built his background in leasing, development and construction while working for Tech Express, Panattoni Development Company and Pacific Retail Trust.

Will earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering at Purdue University. He enjoys camping, fishing and exercising with his wife and two boys.

Opening Park Meadows in 1996, Pam brought diversified experience in shopping center marketing, leasing, development, and operations to the unique “Retail Resort” concept for Colorado’s largest enclosed super-regional shopping center, changing the face of the shopping center industry. Jay draws upon his 20+ years of development experience to lead the entitlement and development efforts of BBCP’s 475-acre Redtail Ridge development. On a daily basis, he collaborates with various project stakeholders, including municipalities, design teams and various consultants to ensure the successful implementation of the project's business plan. Outside of Redtail Ridge, the firm regularly utilizes Jay’s experience in development, construction and metro district financing as a resource for other BBCP-owned assets and prospective opportunities.

Throughout his career, Jay has worked extensively with university, private-sector, quasi-government, and public-sector parties. He has overseen the development and implementation of operations for various multifamily, hospitality, retail, office and industrial projects, and even a 375,000 square foot event center. Before joining Brue Baukol, he served as President of Brinkman, Vice President & General Manager at McWhinney, the first Director of The Ranch & Budweiser Events Center in Loveland, Executive Director of the Fort Collins Downtown Development Authority, and as Director of Marketing for Colorado State University Athletics.

Michael grew up in Oak Park, Illinois, home of Frank Lloyd Wright. His family was deeply involved in the commercial real estate industry, specializing in commercial architecture, design and development support. As a result, Michael has always been interested in real estate.

Michael has established himself as a key player in Colorado’s retail real estate community. His most prominent clients include McWhinney, Armstrong Capital, Actis Development, Redwood Real Estate Partners, and Evergreen Development.

He was instrumental in the leasing of Boulder’s lifestyle center – Macerich’s 850,000 square foot “29th Street” development, and currently represents over $100 million dollars worth of Colorado’s retail space inventory. He has also worked with numerous tenants including Bass Pro Shops, Planet Fitness, Walgreens, Loaf N Jug, Togo’s Menchies,

Michael specialized in all aspects of commercial real estate in Boulder County before coming to SullivanHayes to lead the Boulder office, making his market knowledge immeasurable. In 2006, Michael was awarded a CoStar “Power Broker” award for his retail leasing transaction volume. This award is given to the top ten producing retail leasing brokers in each market in any given year.

Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance and a Real Estate Certificate from The Leeds School of Business within University of Colorado at Boulder. Michael is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He lives just north of Boulder and is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys fishing, snowmobiling and riding motorcycles.

Jeff Holwell is the Economic Development Director with the City of Lone Tree, Colorado.

Jeff has served in a variety of economic development roles throughout his 15 year career in the Metro Denver region, including Director of Business Development with the Colorado Office of Economic Development and Chief Operating Officer with the South Metro Denver Chamber. In his role at the City of Lone Tree he is focused on retail development, business retention, and primary employer attraction for a growing, transit-oriented, and vibrant community in the southeast Denver corridor.
