As a Senior Vice President with Walker & Dunlop, Ralph Lowen originates permanent and construction financing for both market rate and affordable multifamily properties. Mr. Lowen is a multifamily finance specialist with an emphasis on FHA/HUD, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Lowen was a principal at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company where he was responsible for financing over 10,000 multifamily units and producing over $650 million in commercial real estate loans. Consistently a top producer, Mr. Lowen spent 11 years with Prudential and held the previous titles of director and associate.

A Colorado native, Mr. Lowen holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Business Administration from The University of Colorado at Boulder.

Bobby Hutchinson has been in the multifamily industry in Denver for over 20 years. He joined the RedPeak team as Investment Director in 2010, was promoted to Chief Investment Officer in 2015 and then to his current position as President in 2022. During his time at RedPeak he has been instrumental in growing the RedPeak portfolio from $300M to over $1B. Bobby loves Denver and is passionate about his role in shaping RedPeak’s growing portfolio and helping our urban neighborhoods become increasingly more vibrant and active. Outside of helping to buy and build incredible buildings that people get to call home, he is involved in the professional community as an active member of the NMHC, AAMD and CAA and a father of three active boys.

Bahman Shafa is the CEO and entrepreneurial spirit behind the Focus Group of Companies. With over 30 years experience in real estate acquisition and development, Bahman has grown Focus from a humble street cart into a multi-faceted group specializing in retail, ecommerce, self-storage, flexible workspaces, parking systems, real estate investment, development and property management.

Bahman’s passion for real estate has seen him become an architect of emerging neighborhoods, contributing to the culture and history of premier Downtown Denver locations. Bahman’s portfolio has won accolades such as the 2019 Mayor’s Design Award and he serves the Denver community on the Downtown Business Improvement District Board.

Sage Hospitality

The co-founder of Sage Hospitality, Walter Isenberg serves as the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Denver-based Sage Hospitality specializes in the operations, development and capital transactions of hospitality real estate. Sage Hospitality owns and operates hotels and restaurants in 26 states. Isenberg directs all company operations, including property management, real estate transactions and brand development.

Isenberg co-founded Sage Hospitality in 1984 with partner Zachary Neumeyer. The company’s history in hospitality includes ground-up development, historic-adaptive re-use, acquisitions and third-party management. Sage hotels include well -known brands such as JW Marriott, Starwood Collection, Westin and Hilton, as well as several independent hotels. In 2006, Sage formed the Sage Restaurant Group, which operates unique high-volume restaurants inside its urban hotels.

Jim is responsible for the overall success of Prime West and works directly with the leadership team of the firm to establish the direction of the company, its vision, goals, objectives, strategies, and market focus.

Wynne Yasmer

Brian P. Wynne serves as a President and co-Founder of Wynne Yasmer Real Estate. Wynne Yasmer was formed in 2019 and is a Denver-based real estate company with focus on multi-family and mixed-use development and acquisitions. Until June 2019, Mr. Wynne was Senior Managing Director for Mill Creek Residential Trust. He oversaw all activities in the Mountain States division of the company as well as the office as a whole. Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Wynne served as Vice President of Simpson Housing LLLP, responsible for all development activities in Colorado, California, and Arizona. In this positions, he sourced and executed the development of over 2,000 apartment homes worth over $600mm in capitalization.

Mr. Wynne previously held development positions with Forest City Enterprises, covering mixed-use development activities in Denver, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Arizona. In this capacity, he oversaw over a million SF of commercial and residential development including high-rise office and residential as well as luxury retail.

Prior to starting his career in real estate, Mr. Wynne worked at Deloitte Consulting in New York City. He is an alumnus of Leadership Denver 2015 and is actively engaged in the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation. He sits on the Colorado ULI Multi-Housing Product Council. He holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on finance and real estate from The Anderson School at University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Virginia. Mr. Wynne lives in Denver with his wife and three children.
