WHY THIS MATTERS

What You'll Learn:

  • While some tenants are keeping to the flight-to-quality trend within Denver’s core submarkets, what does that mean for leasing activity for Class B buildings?

  • Companies that move to a hybrid workplace could reduce their office square footage. What impact will this have on leasing in the Denver office market moving forward?

  • Supply chain disruptions and material cost increases have caused construction delays and have complicated tenant improvements, pushing back move-in dates. How are landlords and tenants adjusting their expectations amidst these setbacks?

  • How are landlords filling large vacancies caused by the pandemic? What are the trending amenities companies are looking for in order to attract their workforce back to the office?

  • What innovations in technology are being implemented in the workplace to increase employee engagement?
