Kyle Zeppelin is recognized as an innovative developer of communities in the urban core of Denver. Over the past decade, Kyle’s focus has been on transforming the underused, former industrial area of River North (RiNo) into a mixed-use neighborhood. Kyle has received recognition and multiple awards for his work at TAXI and The Source, and has successfully leveraged these projects into additional fronts in RiNo. TAXI has grown from what was originally an eight-acre site, to what is now a 28-acre mixed-use site complete with 9 buildings, over 100 businesses and over 100 residential units. Kyle’s vision for The Source market hall has expanded with the addition of a hotel. The Source Hotel will feature 100 design-forward hotel rooms, an expanded 25,000-square-foot market hall featuring signature restaurants and retail shopping, New Belgium Brewing’s first Denver brewery, and an eighth-floor rooftop complete with a pool, bar, and unobstructed mountain and skyline views.On a community level, Kyle’s broader social efforts are directed toward improving pedestrian and bike infrastructure and connectivity, advocating for the reclamation of the South Platte River in RiNo and meaningful design in Denver’s built environment. Kyle currently works closely with Comal Heritage Food Incubator (Comal) and Project VOYCE, both located on TAXI. Comal, operated by non-profit Focus Points Family Resource Center and in partnership with Zeppelin Development, provides women entrepreneurs from Globeville, Elyria and Swansea with culinary arts, business and language skills in addition to serving up some of the most authentic Latin American and Syrian cuisine in Denver. Project VOYCE is a non-profit organization that provides leadership programs for students in the underprivileged sectors of Denver and teach them how to combat challenges in their communities.

Emilie manages, oversees and provides strategic direction for the campus operations teams (Membership, Community, Events, Student/Instructor/Member Success & Facilities) in addition to supporting other functional teams not directly under her purview (Instructors & Faculty, Outcomes, Enrollment, Admissions, Evangelists, Marketing, etc.) to ensure each Campus is functioning holistically and meeting its projected goals. Chris is responsible for the management of developments, acquisitions and dispositions of projects for Hines in Colorado.

Chris joined Hines in 2014 as a Development and Acquisitions Associate, and is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing new business opportunities across Colorado for Hines.  He is currently the associate project director for 1601 Wewatta, a 300,000 sf office development located in the Union Station neighborhood, and 1144 Fifteenth, a 670,000 sf trophy office development located in the CBD.  Prior to joining Hines, Chis worked in the real estate investment banking division of HFF and JLL focusing on Investment Sales and Equity.

Carson Erard is a Senior Associate with CBRE’s Workplace Strategy team based in Denver, CO. He brings a perspective focused on leveraging his communications, real estate finance and data analysis skill sets to deliver impactful solutions. In this role, his primary focus will be to leverage his analytical strengths and workplace strategy experience to develop tailored workplace applications that optimize efficiency, while maximizing employee effectiveness and the overall experience of work.

Carson has 10 years of diverse commercial real estate experience, including real estate finance, workplace strategies, consultative sales and lease negotiation. Prior to joining CBRE, Carson was a workplace strategist and realty specialist with the General Services Administration in Denver, where he led and supported a diverse set of workplace strategy projects with such Federal agencies as the DOD, NGA, DCMA, GSA, VA and USDA.

Preston leads the local Tenant Advisory Services (TAS) division as Vice President in Denver. Preston’s approach provides turnkey real estate solutions to companies of all sizes. Services include strategic planning, relocation analysis, new lease negation, renewal lease negation, lease restructures, investment or use acquisition/disposition, development projects and related assignments that may be required by occupiers of space.Prior to joining Transwestern, Preston was with Cassidy Turley where he represented tenants in their facility requirements in the Greater Denver Area. Preston also spent several years with Mohr Partners where he led multi-location corporate accounts and represented tenants locally in the Greater Denver Area. Prior to his career in tenant representation, Preston worked in land development and commercial real estate appraisal. Over the past two years, Preston has completed transactions on behalf of his occupier clients in excess 215,000 square feet and $36 million of consideration. Preston received a Bachelor of Business Administration with dual major in Finance and Real Estate from Baylor University. Preston is a licensed real estate agent in Colorado and Texas.
