Summary
As Southeast Suburban continues to boom, some are asking:
1) How will developers secure construction loans as banks continue to tighten their loan regulations?
2) Can the light rail expansion relieve the pressure for parking space development?
3) What will Western Union's new headquarters mean for the One Belleview Station development?
4) Will Centennial's retail resurge with new multifamily and office tenants? What are the latest retail tenants to move in?
5) Who are the next major players to break out, buy in and build up Denver's Southeast Suburban market?
