Summary

When it comes to Denver multifamily development, we've all heard the buzzwords before: "high-density", "transit-oriented", and "live-work-play".

With Denver taking steps to ensure that these components are integrated into the lifestyle of the region, it's now time to ask about the effects. What kind of amenities are going to give owners the edge when it comes to attracting the young professionals streaming into the city? Where are the hottest submarkets to develop both inside and outside the metro Denver limits? What kind of cap rates can we expect to see within such a robust rental and condo market? And are there any factors threaten to derail the whole thing?

Join our team of all star panelists as we delve into these questions and others. As usual, expect plenty of networking and great food both before and after the panels in what promises to be an exciting Bisnow event!
