As a director of development at United Properties, Megan is responsible for identifying and pursuing

new industrial development opportunities. She leads a variety of development team efforts, including

site selection and market analysis, financial feasibility and underwriting, entitlement and due diligence,

and manages leasing and construction management teams for all new industrial development projects.

Megan is actively involved in acquisition, development and dispositions of all industrial assets.

Past Experience

Megan worked with the Denver team as a commercial development manager, development associate

and before that a development intern while completing her undergraduate degree. She also has

commercial retail development experience through a previous internship.

Professional and Community Involvement

Megan is an active member of the University of Colorado Real Estate Center Young Alumni group serving

as the Membership Chair for the Board, NAIOP Developing Leaders Colorado Chapter member, and is a

member of NAIOP Developing Leaders Forum XIII.

Education

Megan received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado Boulder Leeds School of Business

with an emphasis in operations management. She also holds a real estate certificate from the University

of Colorado Real Estate Center. While at the University of Colorado, Megan was involved in the Real

Estate Center where she was selected to compete in the ICSC Sherman Miller Competition representing

CU in the fall of 2015 and went on to earn a spot on the 2016 USC Case Competition team.

Randall C. (Randy) Hertel joined Majestic Realty Co. in 1988 and currently serves as Executive Vice President and as a member of the Board of Directors.

Overseeing Majestic’s Denver/Aurora-area offices, Randy played a lead role in developing the 1,500-acre Majestic Commercenter in Aurora, Colo., as well as premier industrial parks in California and Utah.

Named to The Denver Business Journal’s “Who’s Who in Industrial Real Estate” since 1997, Randy sits on the board of the Aurora Economic Development Council and The Children’s Hospital Colorado.

He attended Rice University in Houston on an athletic scholarship where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business.

Chris Alcorn is the President of Alcorn Construction and a design-build professional with local and national general contractor/developer experience. Chris founded Alcorn Construction in 2008 with his wife, Amy, and since then has built it into a construction company with regional significance in the commercial office, light industrial, retail, multi-family, and senior living markets. Chris’ resume includes the construction of over 7 million square feet of new, remodel, and tenant finish space, including the award-winning Parc Santa Fe industrial campus, the 50-acre former Samsonite Campus that is now Mile High Industrial Park, the 400,000 sf Harvest Junction power center, and tenant finish projects for tenants such as Kaiser Permanente, Pepsi, Alterra Mountain Company, and CSG International. Before starting his career, Chris earned a Bachelor of Architecture and a Masters of Construction Management, both from Virginia Tech. Chris lives in Lakewood, Colorado with Amy and their four kids and enjoys time with family and playing almost any sport, but especially soccer and off-road triathlon. Chris is most proud of having built Alcorn Construction into a place where great people love to work and, in turn, customers are delighted, an accomplishment reinforced by the company’s being awarded a Denver Business Journal Best Places to Work award three years in a row from 2019-2021.

Paul Schneider facilitates commercial real estate transactions in the Denver regional

marketplace. Paul identifies with buyers, sellers, and financial intermediaries on all levels

ranging from local owner-operators to institutional investors. Paul finds the most valuable

experience in brokerage to be establishing relationships with entrepreneurial thinkers, and

he finds the most gratifying experience to be making mutually beneficial matches among

them.

For the past 15 years Paul has been recognized by the Denver Business Journal to be among

commercial real estate’s “Heavy Hitters.” Prior to joining Pinnacle in 2006 Paul held positions

with two of the nation’s leading financial advisory firms. With a unique ability to underwrite a

transaction coupled with a passion for sales and marketing, Paul will continue to be one of

the top brokers in the Denver Metro Area.

John Comunale is the President, Founder, and Managing Partner of Comunale Properties and its affiliates, Rectangle Investment Management and Sprink Construction, which together make up a vertically integrated real estate investment, development, and construction platform with more than forty assets across six states. John oversees all strategic planning, capital raising and deployment, and asset management functions. Prior to founding the firm, he began his career in investment banking, focusing on the hospitality industry. John holds a BSBA degree in Real Estate from the University of Denver. He is the founder and president of the Comunale Cancer Foundation, a director of NAIOP Colorado, and a member of the Advisory Board for the University of Denver School of Real Estate and Construction Management. Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, and is an avid skier and mountain biker.

Andrea Karp serves as head of due diligence at Black Creek Group. Ms. Karp has also served as the Senior Vice President of Real Estate of IPT since January 2014 and previously for IIT from August 2010 to November 2015.

From 2006 to 2007, Ms. Karp was Vice President of Fremont Investment & Loan, a California-based bank where she was responsible for originating commercial loans.

From 1997 through 2006, Ms. Karp served as First Vice President of ProLogis. In this capacity, Ms. Karp was responsible for overseeing the Asset Services team, which handled all due diligence and underwriting activities of the corporate mergers, joint ventures, financings, acquisitions and dispositions with activity levels in excess of $6 billion per year.

Ms. Karp holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Colorado. Ms. Karp is a member of both CREW and NAIOP.

Bryant Mazzetti, AIA, has 15 years of architectural experience in the commercial real estate industry. Bryant has managed millions of square feet with projects that include everything from tenant improvements, speculative housing and office developments, to large scale logistical and manufacturing parks, including one of the largest industrial facilities in the rocky mountain region. Bryant focuses specifically on the market factors and trends that make for successful developments. Well-versed in commercial growth trends Bryant aids clients in managing strategic decisions for projects ranging from initial cost and feasibility to exit strategy implementation. These efforts help clients realize their potential with a balanced project budget approach and high quality marketable design.

Jeff serves as Principal of ARCO/Murray’s Denver-based operations, which supports the larger ARCO organization that eclipsed $2B in Revenue in 2020 and became the nation’s largest Industrial Builder. He is responsible for all aspects of the design-build process from personnel recruiting to construction execution. Jeff is focused on providing value in several product types, including Industrial, Multifamily, Entertainment Retail, Self-Storage, and others. He is a fierce believer in the design-build methodology and is focused on contributing to his customers’ success through delivering speed-to-market and the lowest cost solution in every instance. Jeff comes from a structural engineering background, where he worked in the industry in Chicago after receiving a M.S. in Structural Engineering from the University of Illinois and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Northwestern University.
