His nearly 20 years of institutional experience in commercial real estate includes acquisitions, dispositions, development, asset management, and leasing. He has a passion for Industrial real estate and has held positions at some of the industry’s most prominent institutions. Prior to joining Evergreen, Brian was a VP, Investment Officer for Prologis, the world’s largest owner of Industrial Real Estate, leading its capital deployment efforts in Denver and Phoenix. Brian has also held positions at Opus Development Company, the Black Creek Group, Lauth Group Inc, and a previous stint at Prologis in its Strategic Capital group.

Matthew Bruns is Director for the Rocky Mountain Region. In this role, Matthew supports the development team on formulating asset strategies and evaluating projects from both financial and non-financial perspectives. This includes conducting due diligence on prospective projects throughout the growing region.

Matthew joined Rockefeller Group with more than six years of real estate experience, both on the development side and mortgage financing side. Prior to joining the company, he worked for Brookfield Properties in Washington, D.C. as Associate, Office Development, Asset Management and Leasing. At Brookfield, he oversaw more than 900,000 square feet of development projects in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast, creating development strategies through market analysis. He also managed a 1.7 million-square-foot portfolio and coordinated more than $5MM of construction projects. Matthew has also worked for Rialto Mortgage Finance in New York City as a Senior Analyst for Fixed and Floating Rate Debt Financing. In this role, he underwrote more than $1 billon of permanent and floating rate loans across multiple asset classes including retail, multifamily, hotel and industrial.

Mr. Bruns earned his bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.

Mr. Smith is a principal at Colliers International and works primarily in the company’s Investment and Leasing divisions. T.J. is widely recognized as a leader in the brokerage community. He provides a full range of services to his clients, including but not limited to: acquisition and disposition services, tenant representation, landlord representation, strategic planning and scheduling, market information and product consultation, negotiation support, analysis of offers and identifying comparables.

In recent years, T.J. has completed over 1,000 transactions consisting of more than 12 million square feet with an estimated transaction volume in excess of $1 billion.

Approximately 80% of Mr. Smith’s business is Investment Sales and Landlord Representation with individual owners and large institutional investors. T.J. currently leads and manages a four person transaction team which handles over 100 properties equaling 4 million square feet of projects for sale or lease.

Heidi is a Colorado manufacturing industry evangelist, bringing her partnership expertise to public-private collaborations. She is a founding board member for Northern Colorado Manufacturers (NoCO) and has organized several women in manufacturing professional development and networking events. Heidi developed the Colorado Center of Excellence for Additive Manufacturing with Lockheed Martin, Ball Aerospace, and Colorado School of Mines. She conceived a research center for additive manufacturing and worked with leaders at Mines, OEDIT, and Manufacturer’s Edge to establish the ADAPT Center in 2016.

In 2020 Heidi worked with other manufacturers for the Colorado Manufacturer’s COVID Task Force to help address health and safety issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic and helped Colorado businesses retain an estimated 5000 jobs.

Brad Cushard is based in Denver, CO where he is responsible for the Mountain Region at Logistics Property Company. He brings over 15 years of development experience and a passion for all aspects of real estate.

Prior to Logistics Property Company, Brad worked on industrial development and commercial acquisitions with an end-value of 175 million dollars. He was Co-Founder at Silver Point Development, and served as Partner and Principal at Central Development in Denver, CO.

Brad also worked on retail leasing and land sales, while simultaneously building a residential real estate portfolio at a real estate firm in Sacramento, CA.

In addition, Brad also practiced law in the areas of insurance defense litigation, commercial litigation and various real estate transaction matters.

Prior to joining Brinkmann, Yuriy spent more than a decade leading economic development initiatives in the Denver metro area. During that time, he partnered with companies across aerospace, advanced manufacturing, logistics, cold storage, food and beverage, and healthcare, helping evaluate sites, navigate entitlements, and see complex development projects go vertical.

Yuriy's experience offers a unique perspective on the full lifecycle of development, allowing him to help clients move from concept to completion with clarity and confidence. His understanding of infrastructure planning, fiscal modeling, and collaborative project strategy has contributed to numerous successful developments throughout the region.

Yuriy holds degrees in Economics and Finance from the University of Colorado Denver.

management experience to Avison Young, dating back to her start in commercial real

estate in 1990. Consistently a top producer in Denver commercial real estate, Dawn

brings energy and a singular focus on the industrial brokerage service line where she

specializes in owner/user assets (buy/sell), tenant representation (leasing), investment

sales, and development. With her construction and engineering experience, Dawn

understands and appreciates the unique operational and logistical needs of her

industrial clients and provides them realistic solutions to their real estate challenges.

She represents a diverse range of owner/occupiers, developers, and investors with a

client base ranging from small local businesses, regional companies, national firms,

and large national investors.

Dawn joined Avison Young in 2015 as a Principal. She has been consistently recognized

John Comunale is the President, Founder, and Managing Partner of Comunale Properties and its affiliates, Rectangle Investment Management and Sprink Construction, which together make up a vertically integrated real estate investment, development, and construction platform with more than forty assets across six states. John oversees all strategic planning, capital raising and deployment, and asset management functions. Prior to founding the firm, he began his career in investment banking, focusing on the hospitality industry. John holds a BSBA degree in Real Estate from the University of Denver. He is the founder and president of the Comunale Cancer Foundation, a director of NAIOP Colorado, and a member of the Advisory Board for the University of Denver School of Real Estate and Construction Management. Adam Teplitzky is a principal at JAGreen Development, where he helps drive the firm’s long-term vision,

capital strategy, and development platform. Since joining JAG in 2018, Adam has led efforts across long-

range capital planning, business development, and strategic partnerships. He is jointly responsible for

overseeing entitlement and development activities, while helping guide the company’s corporate strategy

and growth across complex industrial and commercial real estate projects.

Adam brings deep expertise across real estate investment, capital markets, and development, with a

career spanning advisory, principal investing, and operating roles. Prior to joining JAG, he served as Chief

Operating Officer and Head of Business Development at DSN Group Inc., where he helped scale a

vertically integrated development and construction platform and drive new investment opportunities.

Earlier, Adam was a Vice President at Hawkins Way Capital, a real estate private equity fund, focusing on

sourcing, underwriting, and executing real estate equity investments and capital markets transactions.

Adam began his career at Houlihan Lokey in the firm’s Los Angeles office, where he advised on real

estate financings, M&A, restructurings, and distressed transactions. His experience includes capital

raises for large-scale developments, strategic advisory on portfolio sales exceeding $1 billion, and

involvement in complex real estate restructuring matters.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Science with distinction in accounting, finance, and legal studies from the

Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses. Outside

of work, he enjoys golf, fitness, hiking, travel, and spending time with his family.

Cadie serves as Vice President of Investments & Development leading Confluent’s Office & Industrial platforms. Cadie has more than 13 years of institutional real estate experience ranging in asset management, acquisitions, and development.

Previously, Cadie was a vice president in Bow River Capital’s Real Estate Group. In this role, she was responsible for originating, structuring and managing real estate investments within the firm’s portfolios. Prior to joining Bow River Capital, she worked for EverWest Real Estate Investors as Director of Asset Management for the Mountain Region managing office and industrial product throughout Colorado, Utah, Texas, and Missouri.

Cadie started her career at AEW Capital Management in Boston where she rose to the title of Assistant Vice President. She worked as part of the Direct Investment team and her portfolio consisted of office, industrial and retail buildings located in several major markets throughout the U.S. including Boston, New York, New Jersey, Washington D.C., Atlanta, and Dallas.

Cadie holds a M.S. in Real Estate Construction Management and a BSBA from the University of Denver where she played all four years on the Division I Women’s Soccer team. She is a member of NAIOP and ULI and is one of the 2024 Program Moderator for the ULI Partnership Forum.

Brandon Jenkins serves as the Regional Partner, Colorado for St. John Properties, Inc., a national commercial real estate development and investment firm. Jenkins leads a team responsible for over 1 million square feet of flex and office space across the Denver metro area.

In his role, Jenkins manages all aspects of St. John Properties’ Colorado office and portfolio, ensuring operational excellence and profitability. He is responsible for hiring and supervising a multidisciplinary team of professionals in acquisitions, development, architectural design, construction, leasing, property management, and maintenance.

Jenkins participates in professional real estate, development, and related organizations to enhance networking and visibility for St. John Properties. He has frequently been featured as an expert panelist at Bisnow Denver events.
