Paul co-founded Hyde Development in 2012 with his father, Mac, to redevelop brownfield sites into new, sustainable, and quality buildings. Prior to launching Hyde Development, Paul co-founded Real Estate Recycling in 1995 to develop contaminated property in MN and WI.

Paul is responsible for leading the company’s current development projects and acquisitions.

Sean oversees Class-A Institutional Industrial Development within CO and the Mountain West at Broe

Real Estate Group. He works closely with the Development and Construction Management teams during

due diligence to identify issues early and incorporate best practices into the process during entitlement

and master planning. Additionally, he is responsible for identifying speculative industrial development

opportunities within the Mountain States Region, and works closely with executive management to

drive land closings through full project stabilization.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

Experience

Prior to joining Broe, Sean brings 10+ years of experience in the Commercial Development industry with

a multi asset national pursuit focus. His career spans roles from staff accountant and acquisition analyst

managing the portfolio cash flow and project underwriting, to vice president responsible for delivering

industrial assets on time and on budget. While based in Chicago, but actively involved in multiple

projects in 10 plus states, he has developed over 9 million square-feet at an estimated cost of $800

million worth of institutional class A industrial, medical office, and mixed-use retail sectors. In recent

years Sean has been actively managing the construction of a 1.1 million square foot, 2 phased, 68-acre

industrial park in SE Wisconsin. While also spearheading a mountain state industrial expansion pursuit,

specific to Denver, Phoenix, and Salt Lake City. He holds a Certified Public Accounting license and a Real

Estate Brokers license, both in Illinois.

Education

Mr. Flanagan graduated with a BS of Business Management and Accounting from the Metropolitan State

University of Denver in 2008 and 2011, and an MS in Real Estate Development and Finance from DePaul

University at Chicago in 2018.

Richard Burrow is a leading expert in the design of mission-critical data centers nationwide. Throughout his 30-year career, he has provided engineering expertise on over 100 million square feet of space across the United States. Burrow has served as the Principal in Charge for numerous large-scale data center projects for Equinix, a global leader in data center and colocation services. Burrow's deep understanding of data center infrastructure, power and cooling systems, and industry best practices has made him a sought-after resource in the data center development.

Megan joined the Prime West team in January of 2022 as Vice President of Industrial Development and is spearheading the company’s expansion into the industrial development sector. She is responsible for identifying and pursuing industrial development opportunities including site selection, contract negotiation, financial analysis, market feasibility, entitlements, project execution and lease-up.

Prior to joining Prime West, Megan served as Vice President with United Properties focusing on growing the local industrial development platform, where she was directly involved in over 1M SF of industrial product developed and stabilized during her 7-year tenure with the firm. She was also responsible for sourcing and entitling one of the company’s largest industrial development opportunities.

Megan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Operations Management from University of Colorado-Boulder and also received a Real Estate Certificate. Megan is actively involved in the local NAIOP chapter and is involved at the national level through the National Forums program. She is also a member of the ULI Colorado Office and Industrial Product Council.

In her free time, Megan loves to spend as much time in the mountains as possible and enjoys hiking, skiing and camping with her family, including her husband, Harry and yellow lab, Archie.

Courtney is responsible for the industrial development and acquisitions for Hines in Colorado and Arizona. In these two markets she is charged with the sourcing, development, financing, leasing and disposition of developments and acquisitions of industrial and logistics projects.

Since joining Hines in 2019, Courtney has grown the industrial presence in Colorado from zero to 1.5M square feet of industrial space across 8 buildings with future phases of land totaling more than 170 acres either owned or under exclusivity. Courtney is also responsible for signing the firms largest single-building industrial development in Arizona totaling more than 1.25M square feet. Prior to joining Hines, Courtney was a Development Manager at United Properties in their Denver office. Courtney facilitated projects of all product types in her time at United Properties – industrial, office, retail, and senior housing – concluding with ground up development of more than 2.5M sq. ft. of office and industrial product, acquisitions and dispositions exceeding $150M, and assisting the financing team in closing on loans totaling nearly $220M.

Courtney is an active member of NAIOP Colorado, currently serving on its Board of Directors. She graduated from the University of Colorado with a BS in Business Administration; Marketing Emphasis and Real Estate Certificate.

Cadie serves as Vice President of Investments & Development leading Confluent’s Office & Industrial platforms. Cadie has more than 13 years of institutional real estate experience ranging in asset management, acquisitions, and development.

Previously, Cadie was a vice president in Bow River Capital’s Real Estate Group. In this role, she was responsible for originating, structuring and managing real estate investments within the firm’s portfolios. Prior to joining Bow River Capital, she worked for EverWest Real Estate Investors as Director of Asset Management for the Mountain Region managing office and industrial product throughout Colorado, Utah, Texas, and Missouri.

Cadie started her career at AEW Capital Management in Boston where she rose to the title of Assistant Vice President. She worked as part of the Direct Investment team and her portfolio consisted of office, industrial and retail buildings located in several major markets throughout the U.S. including Boston, New York, New Jersey, Washington D.C., Atlanta, and Dallas.

Cadie holds a M.S. in Real Estate Construction Management and a BSBA from the University of Denver where she played all four years on the Division I Women’s Soccer team. She is a member of NAIOP and ULI and is one of the 2024 Program Moderator for the ULI Partnership Forum.

Bryant Mazzetti, AIA, has 15 years of architectural experience in the commercial real estate industry. Bryant has managed millions of square feet with projects that include everything from tenant improvements, speculative housing and office developments, to large scale logistical and manufacturing parks, including one of the largest industrial facilities in the rocky mountain region. Bryant focuses specifically on the market factors and trends that make for successful developments. Well-versed in commercial growth trends Bryant aids clients in managing strategic decisions for projects ranging from initial cost and feasibility to exit strategy implementation. These efforts help clients realize their potential with a balanced project budget approach and high quality marketable design.

Dan Feagans is the vice president of Brinkmann Constructors’ Denver office, and has more than two decades of construction management experience. Dan is responsible for all aspects of the performance and the day-to-day operations of the Denver office, and his experience allows him to better appreciate the importance of client advocacy, a Brinkmann Core Value. This includes setting strategic initiatives and execution of our company wide goals and objectives. He works directly with clients to ensure that their projects are given the attention that they deserve while safeguarding that it will be delivered on time and on budget.

Dan received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Missouri-Rolla (now known as Missouri University of Science & Technology). He is a LEED Accredited Professional, has undergone extensive OSHA safety training, and is ICC 2012 certified.

Chad Lembeck, founding president, started Next Step Energy Solutions in 2011. NSES has retrofitted over 65 MM sqft to LED lighting. Under his leadership NSES has received the Xcel Energy Efficiency Partner Award six years in a row (17’-18’-19’-20'-21’-22'). In 2018, Chad was recognized by the Denver Business Journal’s Who’s Who in Energy. Chad Lembeck started his professional career in the Colorado Rockies Baseball Organization in 2007. Colorado native, Lembeck, graduated from Rice University in Houston, TX. Outside of the office, Chad can be found spending time with his wife and coaching sports teams for their three young boys.
