Tami Door is the CEO of Q Factor, and the former CEO of the Downtown Denver Partnership. She joined the Partnership in 2005 after serving as executive vice president of the Detroit Regional Chamber of Commerce, the nation’s largest regional chamber, and as vice president of a five state division of NBD-First Chicago. She is the co-founder of Denver Startup Week and The Commons on Champa. Tami is a recognized leader for her innovative approach to convening, collaborating and innovating to build a strong City. She is the incoming Chairman of the International Downtown Association.

As President and Chief Executive Officer, Ray Pittman provides overall

leadership of the McWhinney team and oversees the development and

execution of the company’s strategic business plans. With more than

three decades of experience in the real estate industry, Ray is primarily

responsible for the strategic growth of the company, leading McWhinney’s

transformation into a world-class development and investment firm, while

creating unprecedented long-term value and opportunity for investors,

associates, and the communities in which McWhinney operates.

Prior to McWhinney, Ray served in multiple senior leadership roles

with CBRE, including as Global Chief Client Officer overseeing account

management and client experience programs, and as President and CEO of CBRE’s Pacific Region managing more than 2,500 employees in 22 offices

across Australia and New Zealand. Before CBRE, he served as Senior Vice

President of Catellus Development Corporation in Colorado, where he led

some of the state’s largest and most notable development projects.

Ray is a visionary and collaborative leader with extensive experience in

real estate development, asset and property management, corporate

strategy, mergers and acquisitions, client solutions and transactions. He

is passionate about McWhinney’s vision to create a legacy of sustainable

growth through the development of great culture, great people, great projects, and great communities.

Bahman Shafa is the CEO and entrepreneurial spirit behind the Focus Group of Companies. With over 30 years experience in real estate acquisition and development, Bahman has grown Focus from a humble street cart into a multi-faceted group specializing in retail, ecommerce, self-storage, flexible workspaces, parking systems, real estate investment, development and property management.

Bahman’s passion for real estate has seen him become an architect of emerging neighborhoods, contributing to the culture and history of premier Downtown Denver locations. Bahman’s portfolio has won accolades such as the 2019 Mayor’s Design Award and he serves the Denver community on the Downtown Business Improvement District Board.

Dimple's rise to principal has been in the works since she started with MBH in 2003. As a licensed architect and a LEED accredited professional with a penchant for business development, she plays a critical role in the firm's leadership. Aside from exhibiting unparalleled proficiency in her work, she is one of three prominent women of MBH to establish the Women in the Workplace committee with the intention of creating a safe forum for all employees to discuss the biases and trials of daily life. With her acumen in client relations, she set the stage for MBH's introduction into the realm of luxury retail. Consequently, Dimple is now the Principal in charge of the Luxury Retail Studio. Dimple holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the L.S. Raheja School of Architecture in India.

David Haltom is a commercial real estate executive and serves as Vice President of Patrinely

Group, a national investment, development and management firm focused on Class A

commercial office, multifamily, industrial, and data centers. David is responsible for all

development in the company’s Rocky Mountain region from origination through execution.

He has over 17 years of U.S. and international experience in development and design for

multifamily, office, industrial, and hotel/condo. David received a B.A. from Yale

University and a Master of Architecture from Glasgow School of Art in Scotland.

Cyndi is a Managing Director at RCLCO Fund Advisors (RFA) focused on portfolio management and strategy execution on behalf of institutional investors. Previously, Cyndi was a partner and executive vice president at Etkin Johnson and oversaw the management and financial performance for the company’s Colorado portfolio. Other experience includes real estate acquisitions, financing, restructurings, and asset management at CenterSquare Investment Management, Buchanan Street Partners, and Clarion Partners. Outside of RFA, Cyndi is a member of the Urban Land Institute – Small Scale Development Product Council and the Chairman of the CU Real Estate Center International Advisory Board. She attended the University of Wisconsin, where she received a BBA, Real Estate and Urban Land Economics, and the University of Colorado, where she received an MBA and MS, Finance.

Jason graduated from Michigan State University before working for several manufacturers, mortgage lenders and international government contractors, where he led business development and capital raise efforts. His experience and personality have earned him a vast network of capital providers and clients, which led to the co-founding of PlattPointe Capital. Jason splits time on business development and capital advisory for his ever-growing book of clients. Jason focuses on private debt and special situation lending but is adept in all areas of commercial real estate finance. He regularly speaks at conferences and presents on CRE capital markets to law firms and banks demystifying the world of CRE private debt and equity.

As part of the firm’s Litigation and Health Law Practice Groups, Ms. Harden represents individuals and businesses, large and small, in resolving disputes and in all aspects of litigation and trial. Although a significant portion of Ms. Harden’s practice focuses on representation of physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals, as well as hospitals and other health care entities, she represents many businesses from various sectors. Acting in an inside counsel role, she oversees litigation throughout the United States for a large publicly traded company.

Ms. Harden also serves as outside general counsel for several small businesses in the Denver Metropolitan area. Beyond litigation, she serves as a trusted advisor to many clients on a wide variety of topics. She strives to provide common sense solutions for difficult problems. Ms. Harden assists clients with audits and investigations on issues including data security (including pre-breach evaluations and post-breach investigations and audits) and has counseled clients facing private claims arising from data-related issues. She has a strong focus on HIPAA, including Meaningful Use compliance and audits. Finally, she maintains a very active practice representing health care providers before licensing boards, including the Board of Medical Examiners, the Board of Nursing and other credentialing entities, including administrative law hearings on licensing issues.

Ms. Harden has a background in nursing and worked for several years as a nurse-paralegal in complex health litigation prior to attending the University Of Colorado School Of Law. This background allows her to bring a unique perspective and expertise to her practice.
