Bill joined Trammell Crow Company in March, 2006. Bill oversees the Company's development and investment activities in Colorado. Projects include industrial, office, retail, residential and health care related uses.

Bill also serves as CEO of the Denver Convention Center Hotel Authority, the non-profit corporation that financed, designed, constructed, furnished and now owns the $285 million, 1100-room Hyatt Convention Center Hotel which was completed in December 2005. Bill currently oversees Hyatt's operations on behalf of the Authority.

Bill is an expert in the planning, developing and managing of urban real estate. A native of Denver, he has more than 30 years of experience in both the public and private sectors of urban real estate.

Bill formed Mosher Sullivan Development Partners in 2003. Projects included the Hyatt and build-to-suit offices, including the new 315,000 SF Denver Newspaper Agency building in Downtown Denver. Bill previously was an owner, President and COO of Mile High Development (MHD). At MHD, he managed nearly $500 million in real estate projects, including the Wellington E. Webb Municipal Office Building, the Cultural Center Parking Garage and the first University Physicians, Inc. build-to-suit project at the Fitzsimons Health Sciences Center.

Bill served as President of the Downtown Denver Partnership (DDP) from 1990-1999. At the Partnership he helped guide Downtown Denver’s rebirth in the 1990s by advocating, planning, managing, promoting and developing central Denver, including forming the Business Improvement District (BID) and initiating a downtown housing development strategy culminating in redevelopment plans for the Central Platte Valley.

Prior to his association with the DDP, Bill served as the Executive Director of the Downtown Development Corporation (DDC) and the Industrial Development Authority (IDA) in Tucson, Arizona. Under his direction, more than $75 million in private investment dollars were attracted to DDC projects, including office, retail, parking facilities and more than 1,000 new housing units. He also managed the IDA’s issuance of more than $500 million in industrial revenue bonds for various commercial and residential projects in the City of Tucson.

CJ joined Prime West in 2020 and currently serves as Vice President of Development

and Development Manager. CJ assumes a finance-focused role with the firm. His

primary responsibilities include financial modeling and project budgeting for Prime West

development projects. He also oversees the execution of the firm’s development

projects working alongside Prime West’s internal team and third-party architects,

engineers, and general contractors throughout the construction process.

Previously, CJ served as development manager of a family-owned real estate

investment company and held numerous positions at Unison Group, a Nashville based

consulting company. Prior to Unison, CJ served as an Analyst in KeyBank’s Corporate

& Institutional Bank where he developed business strategies through financial modeling,

valuation services, and peer benchmarking.

CJ currently serves on the Board of Directors for NAIOP, Colorado and is Chair of the

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee. He is an active member of the Downtown

Denver Partnership currently serving on the City Build steering committee. CJ is also

involved with the Leeds School of Business and the CU Real Estate center serving as a

mentor to students of diverse backgrounds. CJ is a native Coloradoan and his hobbies

include spending time with family, traveling, and scuba diving. Education: University of

Jill Jennings Golich serves as Deputy Director for Denver Community Planning and Development where she oversees the areas of policy, regulation and development. Previously she served as Director for Community and Economic Development for Adams County. During her time as director for Adams County, the department became the first to pass new oil and gas regulations as a result of SB19-181, and led the work to update light industrial zone districts to be more in keeping with the vision expressed in the County’s comprehensive plan. Prior to Adams County, Jill served as Interim Executive Director and Deputy Director for Denver’s Community Planning and Development department where she oversaw passage of the 2016 Denver Building and Fire Code, partnered with Colorado Village Collaborative to bring tiny home villages to Denver, and was co-manager for the city for the Broadway Station redevelopment. She previously served as Director of Campus Planning and Campus Planner for the Auraria Higher Education Center and began her career in the private sector. Jill has a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Washington.

Laci Knowles is a managing director of the Special District Group and works with clients to structure deals at all phases of the development cycle, with significant experience in financing the earliest phases of development. Laci is an expert in debt obligations secured by complex revenue streams, including tax increment financing, revenue sharing arrangements between special districts and local governments and various other financing mechanisms unique to development. Prior to joining D.A. Davidson & Co. in 2017, she practiced as a public finance attorney in Colorado, serving as disclosure counsel both to issuers and underwriters and specializing in disclosure in connection with nonrated special district financings. Laci holds a JD degree from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law, a master's degree from the University of Denver’s Korbel School for International Studies and a bachelor's degree from the University of Arkansas.

Morgan provides strategic leadership for the Rocky Mountain district. She began her career at Milender White in the Arvada office in 2010, and just five years later, she was selected to lead the Southern California office as Construction Executive. Morgan was instrumental in the growth of Milender White in the region. She drives results through consistency, process, honesty, and clear communication. Morgan values a solution focused and team-based approach to construction. She received her bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Florida and earned her master’s degree in construction engineering & management from the University of Colorado Boulder. Morgan lives in Golden, CO with her husband and two daughters.”

Evan is the Head of Sales at InvestNext and joined the team in 2021 after a 10-year career with Marriott International. Evan held several positions of leadership in both sales and operations, leading property success at brands including The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Under Evan’s leadership, the business was able to record record-level sales and growth through creating a positive team environment that strives to build lasting customer relationships. Evan currently resides in Denver, Colorado. In his spare time, Evan enjoys everything outdoors, but has a passion for golf, cycling, and traveling.

Bernard Hurley is a key commercial real estate developer in the River North Art District (RiNo) in Denver, Colorado, and the founder and CEO of Menalto Development, LLC. He is also the Founder and Owner of Family Environmental Compliance Services, a full-service, environmental consulting firm with offices in Denver and Puerto Rico. Established in 1998, Menalto Development, LLC started with the purchase of an empty warehouse in Denver’s historically industrial neighborhood and has grown into what is now a seven-acre assemblage of the city’s’ most valuable real-estate.

Mr. Jacobson is a career real estate professional with a passion for creating high-quality mixed-use neighborhoods that serve and enhance the lives of their tenants, residents and surrounding communities. Prior to joining Westside, Mr. Jacobson held positions with publicly traded and privately held homebuilders including Division President and General Counsel and served as a Principal of Colorado-based real estate investment firms with projects in Castle Rock, Aurora, Parker, Longmont, Thornton, Commerce City and Berthoud. In his previous roles, Mr. Jacobson has personally managed the acquisition, financing, entitlement, horizontal development and disposition of more than 4,000 acres of land with a value in excess of $1 Billion. In addition to horizontal development and entitlements, Mr. Jacobson has also overseen the vertical development of more than 2,000 multifamily rental units, 5,000 single-family residences and 1,500 multifamily for-sale units. Mr. Jacobson received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law, and is a member of the Colorado bar. Mr. Jacobson served on the Building Committee of Temple Sinai in Denver, CO, effecting a $6MM campus expansion. Later, Mr. Jacobson served on the Executive Committee and then as President of Temple Sinai. Currently, Mr. Jacobson is on the Board of Directors of the Douglas County Community Foundation. Since 2005, Clem Rinehart has been a proud participant in the growth of Denver. Having grown up in New York City, Clem’s career has always been focused on the urban Denver market, both as a broker and infill developer. After coming to Colorado in the late ‘90s to attend CU Boulder and work as a fly fishing guide, Clem made the transition to real estate. Starting as a residential broker focused on downtown, he began to pursue real estate development coming out of the 2008 downturn, purchasing sites and participating in the development of multifamily projects in Sloan’s Lake, LoHi, RiNo, and most recently, Arvada. Having started TreeHouse Real Estate in 2011, he has been involved in the development of condos, apartments, and townhomes both for rent and for sale, Clem has experience across the multifamily spectrum. TreeHouse Real Estate is currently developing 48 for-rent townhomes a half mile west of Olde Town Arvada.

Travis is an integral part of the Capstone West land team. He joined Capstone after five years with one of the world’s largest commercial real estate firms, where he focused on sales of multifamily development land and existing multifamily assets. As a commercial real estate broker, Travis has participated in over $500 million in successful transactions totaling over 4,000 apartment units. Before entering brokerage, Travis spent five years working in title insurance and 1031 exchange services. With a breadth of real estate experience, attention to detail, and an open mind, Travis is equipped to handle the most challenging land transactions.

In addition to representing sellers and buyers of development land, Travis assists clients with specific research projects and feasibility analysis. By combining real-time market knowledge and comprehensive underwriting capabilities, Travis helps clients set expectations and determine the optimal strategy for achieving their investment goals.

On a personal note, Travis was born and raised in Atlanta, GA and is an avid fan of the Braves, Falcons, Hawks and UGA. When he’s not in the office, he enjoys fly-fishing, disc golf, snowboarding, live music, spending time with friends, and traveling the world with his wife.

Rebecca Stone (Becky) has been with OZ Architecture since 1998, a 150-person design firm based in Denver, CO. She leads the company’s Hospitality practice, which is widely known and respected, having worked on nearly every prominent ski resort in the U.S. and many notable urban boutique hotels and restaurants across the nation.

The projects Becky has led, in the course of her career, reflect her guiding principle — designing dynamic environments that enrich communities and set the highest of standards. Her extensive experience has also given her a unique and inherent understanding of the best way to create a sense of place — whether in an

urban setting, the mountains, or by the sea. In addition to her work with clients, Becky always takes time to serve as a mentor to OZ staff.

Becky received a Bachelor of Architecture from Iowa State University in 1993 and a Master of Architecture from Cornell University in 1995. She holds an architectural license in more than 28 states and is an active member on several national industry councils and boards, including co-chairing the Colorado ULI Impact Awards and the AIA Design of Excellence Awards.

Mr. Ruff first founded Triumph Real Estate Corporation (TREC) in Denver, Colorado in 1998 following nine years of experience with other firms. During the 2000’s, TREC targeted primarily value-add and core-plus office and industrial acquisitions and ground-up development projects both for investment and for corporate build-to-suit. In 2013, Mr. Ruff saw an opportunity to create a national investment platform exclusively dedicated to industrial distribution buildings to take advantage of opportunities arising from the then-emerging e-commerce industry. After seeing significant early success, he formed Triumph Capital Group (TCG) in 2016 to brand and scale the platform for rapid growth.

Mr. Ruff’s responsibilities as CEO include the evolution and execution of the vision & economic analysis, overseeing the firm’s acquisition, development, asset management, capital formation, and property management activities.

Prior to TREC, Mr. Ruff was Asset Manager and Development Associate at Pacifica Holding Company, a boutique investment and development firm that grew into Denver’s largest commercial landlord before selling its $500 million portfolio in the late-1990’s.

Mr. Ruff and his wife Barb have raised two daughters and currently reside in Parker, CO. He is passionate about service to others and is an Ordained Deacon in the Catholic Diocese of Colorado Springs, currently assigned to Ave Maria Parish in Parker. He also has extensive experience in charitable activities and has recently formed a new non-profit service organization called the Charitable Facilities Foundation (www.charitablefacilities.org)

Prior to founding InvestNext, Kevin worked as a program manager at a technology consulting firm. In this role, he was exposed to a wide variety of technologies and was closely involved in implementing CRM, ERP and other business-critical systems, for customers across a broad range of industries.

It was his time working at the student career network, Handshake, that sparked his enduring passion for product development. As employee #2 at the dorm room-founded startup, he had the privilege of contributing to early product development and growth efforts, leading up to the company’s initial round of funding. Handshake is currently valued at $1.5 billion and it is the leading college-to-career recruiting platform in the nation.
