Summary

  1. Collin County reached the 1 million-population mark this past year and shows no sign of slowing down. Where will future transplants to the county and along the 121-Corridor live, work and play?
  2. What transit systems or transportation hubs will foster redevelopment or new development in the Corridor?
  3. From a Warren Buffett Berkshire Hathaway development in The Colony to the future Monarch City in Allen, how are developers capturing time and place to woo residents, retail tenants and offices to suburbs within reach of the Corridor?
  4. What will cities like Allen, Frisco, McKinney, Little Elm, The Colony, Carrollton and Lewisville look like 10 years from now?
  5. What cities near the Corridor offer redevelopment or value-add possibilities for investors and developers?
