David Glasser

DAVID C. GLASSER is a highly acclaimed film and television producer and founder of the a global entertainment company, 101 Studios. He serves as co-owner and CEO of 101, and is committed to producing and distributing impactful, high-quality storytelling across film and television. Before founding 101 Studios, Glasser has overseen production, marketing, and distribution for worldwide films, garnering a total of 195 Academy Award (including Best Picture seven years in a row) and Golden Globe nominations; 40 wins for titles including, but not limited to, INGLORIOUS BASTERDS (2009), THE KING'S SPEECH (2011), SILVER LININGS PLAYBOOK (2012), THE ARTISTS (2012) and DJANGO UNCHAINED (2012). Under Glasser’s leadership, 101 Studios has redefined prestige entertainment, building some of the most successful and culturally resonant franchises in modern television. He served as producer on the record-breaking hit show YELLOWSTONE, which drew 12.1 million viewers during the penultimate episode of the final season, as well as the acclaimed prequels, 1883 and 1923, and spinoffs, MARSHALS and DUTTON RANCH. 1923 made history as the biggest original premiere in Paramount+ history with a 146% increase in viewership from Season 1 to Season 2, while MARSHALS premiered with 26.5 million viewers, making the show CBS’ #1 new broadcast series across multiplatform viewers. Glasser’s producing slate also includes global successes such as LANDMAN, which attracted 35 million viewers during its series debut; TULSA KING, with 13.6 million households watching the entirety of its second season; LIONESS, whose Season 2 premiere drew 12.4 million global viewers; and MOBLAND, whose trailer garnered over 11.2 million views within a single day—underscoring 101 Studios’ ability to capture and sustain global audience attention across platforms. Additional credits include MAYOR OF KINGSTOWN, LAWMEN: BASS REEVES, THE AGENCY, and the critically acclaimed limited series GEORGE & TAMMY. Expanding the studio’s footprint even further, Glasser is producing a robust slate of upcoming projects, including THE MURDER OF JONBENÉT RAMSEY (working title) starring Melissa McCarthy and Clive Owen and FRISCO KING starring Samuel L. Jackson. Christopher Goff

As Senior Managing Director, Head of Capital Formation, Christopher Goff oversees all capital raising for Crescent’s GP Invitation Funds and deal-by-deal syndications. Mr. Goff is focused on optimizing the firm’s equity relationships, overall corporate strategy and portfolio construction. Previously, Christopher spent three years managing hotel acquisitions and developments across all hospitality product types ranging from select-service to luxury full-service hotels. Based in Fort Worth, Mr. Goff joined Crescent Real Estate LLC in 2020 as Director, Investments. Mr. Goff is a Member of Investment Committee and Senior Management Committee. Prior to joining Crescent, Mr. Goff worked for Castle Hill Partners, a real estate private equity firm focused on the development of long duration master planned communities and targeted real estate investments requiring complex repositioning or debt resolutions. Additionally, Mr. Goff worked for CAVU Venture Partners, a consumer-focused venture capital firm with offices in New York, Austin and Los Angeles. Mr. Goff spent six years in New York City as an Associate at WM Capital Partners focused on distressed debt investments and special situations loan originations across all commercial real estate asset classes, and at Smith & Associates where he focused on international account management and supply chain analytics in the semiconductor industry. Mr. Goff graduated summa cum laude from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics where he was a University Honors Scholar and earned the NYU Founder’s Day Award and Wallace Gobetz Memorial Award in recognition of graduating number one in his class. Mr. Goff also graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Master of Business Administration concentrating in Private Equity and Real Estate Finance where he was recognized as one of Poets & Quants: 100 Best & Brightest MBAs globally. Christopher Goff remains active in his community and with the University of Texas Real Estate Center. He runs marathons as a fundraiser for numerous charities, including Shatterproof, Guide Dogs UK, and Home Base.

Robert Allen

Robert Allen is President & CEO of the Fort Worth Economic Development Partnership (Fort Worth EDP), a premier economic development organization committed to positioning Fort Worth as the most vibrant and sustainable city in the United States. In this role, he leads organizational strategy, drives financial and operational performance, and provides strategic board engagement in support of business attraction and job growth for the Fort Worth region. Fort Worth EDP was recently honored with the Mac Conway Award for Excellence in Economic Development by Site Selection magazine, recognizing its success in attracting investment and driving growth. Robert joined the Fort Worth EDP at the organization’s formation in 2023, and has since been directly involved in several transformative economic development projects in Fort Worth including, the Embraer’s $70 million investment in new facilities at AllianceTexas, the launch of a new, 51- acre UTA-West Campus in Fort Worth, Bell’s more than $600 million Future Long Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) project, and Wistron’s $761 million AI manufacturing facilities at AllianceTexas. Prior to being named President & CEO, Robert served as Deputy Chief of Staff to Texas Governor Greg Abbott, and most recently served as President and CEO of the Texas Economic Development Corporation (TxEDC). During his six years leading TxEDC, Robert spearheaded initiatives that advanced the organization’s mission to market Texas as the best state for business, including major international business missions to Japan, India, and Europe. His organization’s efforts have helped catapult Texas to a record-breaking number of Governor’s Cups as awarded by Site Selection Magazine. Robert is involved civically in the community and currently serves on the boards of Visit Fort Worth and The Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth. A fifth-generation Texan, Robert earned a bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin. He and his wife, Rachel, have two children.

Howard Altshuler

Howard brings more than 30 years of experience in accounting, audit and assurance, including more than two decades at a Big Four accounting firm. He has served as the lead client service partner to a number of public and private real estate companies ranging in size from $10 million to $13 billion in assets. Howard has experience with all major real estate classes, including office, multifamily, industrial, retail and hotels. Howard also has worked with property managers, land developers and construction companies. In addition to real estate operators and developers, Howard also has extensive experience working with funds, including real estate and other private equity funds, as well as with portfolio companies. He has assisted clients with fund formation, structuring, ongoing accounting and reporting. Howard has assisted clients with strategic operating and financial decisions regarding company formation, market analysis, tax structuring and planning, accounting systems, financing, investor relations, compliance and financial reporting. He has extensive experience working with REITs, partnerships and LLCs. He has also advised companies regarding SEC accounting and reporting standards, business combinations, valuation, consolidation, stock compensation, leasing and sales, internal controls, compliance and corporate governance. Howard also has international experience, having worked for four years in Shanghai, PRC, where he served multinational clients who invested in Chinese real estate. While there, he served as the lead partner for a United States IPO of a local Chinese real estate company. Howard is an active member and has held leadership roles in several industry organizations, including the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth (REC of FW). He has served his community as a board member for the Dallas Mayor’s Committee for the Employment of People with Disabilities and the Arts District Friends, as well as a mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters in Irving. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Houston.
