Micah Hart

COO

Rebees Management Company

Micah Hart serves as Chief Operating Officer for Rebees Management Company, a

hospitality-driven real estate firm managing a portfolio of mixed-use properties across

Houston and Dallas, properties like Sugarland Town Square, Rice Village, Greenstreet,

and Autry Park.

Micah brings a rare combination of large-scale operational expertise and genuine

hospitality conviction to everything he builds. Before joining Rebees, he served as

Senior Vice President and National Director of Property Operations for Parkway +

Midway, where he oversaw a $3 billion AUM portfolio spanning mixed-use, commercial

office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and non-profit facility management.

At Rebees, Micah leads the operational transformation of the company — building the

teams, systems, and culture needed to deliver property management that goes well

beyond the transactional. He operates from a simple belief: that the most valuable real

estate isn't defined by square footage or amenities, but by the community it nurtures

and the lasting experiences it creates.

Micah is driven by the conviction that mixed-use real estate, done right, becomes more

than a place to work or shop — it becomes an address people are proud to call their

own.

Vice President of Construction & Facilities | Highmark

Multifamily Real Estate Executive | Construction & Capital Improvements | Asset Preservation | Strategic Leadership

Darryl Wayne Manco Jr. is an accomplished multifamily real estate executive with more than 18 years of experience in construction, facilities management, capital improvements, and asset preservation. As the incoming Vice President of Construction & Facilities at Highmark, Darryl brings a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and financial aspects of real estate operations, with a career built on operational excellence, strategic leadership, and delivering measurable results.

Beginning his career in the skilled trades, Darryl developed an extensive technical foundation in mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems before advancing through progressively senior leadership positions into the executive ranks. This unique career progression has shaped his leadership philosophy, allowing him to bridge the gap between frontline operations, construction execution, and institutional asset management.

His experience spans Class A, B, and C multifamily communities, including high-rise, mid-rise, garden-style, affordable housing, new construction, and large-scale renovation and repositioning projects. Throughout his career, he has led regional and multistate operations, directed multidisciplinary teams, overseen complex capital improvement programs, and developed strategies to enhance asset performance while protecting long-term investment value.

Darryl’s expertise encompasses construction management, capital expenditure planning, property due diligence, financial oversight, contract negotiations, risk management, procurement, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiencies. His approach emphasizes disciplined capital deployment, strategic cost management, accountability, and aligning construction and facilities operations with ownership objectives and net operating income performance.

Beyond his executive responsibilities, Darryl is a passionate advocate for workforce development, technical education, and cultivating the next generation of industry leaders. He has been instrumental in developing training initiatives, strengthening operational standards, and implementing scalable processes designed to improve efficiency, accountability, and performance across multifamily portfolios.

What distinguishes Darryl is his ability to combine hands-on technical knowledge with executive-level strategy. Having worked his way from the field to the boardroom, he brings a practical, results-driven perspective to leadership, understanding that successful real estate operations require both technical excellence and sound business decisions.

As an industry speaker, Darryl shares insights on leadership development, construction and capital strategy, operational transformation, asset preservation, and the evolving role of facilities management in multifamily real estate. His perspective is grounded in real-world experience, a commitment to developing people, and the belief that strong leadership and operational discipline are essential to building sustainable, high-performing organizations.

Why You should attend this dfw property management summit

How multifamily operators are standardizing service delivery and resident experience across rapidly expanding portfolios, from national platforms managing tens of thousands of units to DFW-specific teams absorbing major new acquisitions, and what it takes to keep performance consistent as platforms scale.

  • What it takes to build and retain frontline multifamily talent in a tight labor market, including career pathways, training programs, and how operators are structuring regional leadership to support onsite teams across Texas and beyond.

  • How Class A office and industrial property managers are protecting NOI and tenant experience as insurance, utility and payroll costs rise, and what budgeting and operational frameworks are working in a higher-expense environment.

  • How commercial property teams are using technology, workflow efficiency and preventive maintenance strategies to improve response times and portfolio-wide visibility across office, industrial and mixed-use assets.

  • How owner-operators and third-party managers alike are aligning execution with ownership goals across both residential and commercial platforms, and what differentiates the operators winning new management assignments in today’s market.

How You’ll Do More Business: Join Bisnow for a closer look at how DFW’s property management leaders are scaling operations, retaining talent and protecting performance across both the region’s fast-growing multifamily sector and its stabilizing office and industrial markets.
