Why You Should Attend This DFW Hospitality Summit:

What We'll Cover:

  • What's actually driving DFW's hotel demand right now, from FIFA World Cup energy to a rising tourism and events calendar, and how much runway that demand has left once the tournament wraps.

  • The capital and risk behind DFW's biggest hotel transactions, including the airport board's $193M move to bring the Terminal C Hyatt Regency under direct public oversight and the Stockyards' $160M two-hotel resort bet, even after its second phase was shelved.

  • What's actually rising across DFW's #1 hotel construction pipeline, from dual-branded towers in downtown Dallas to upscale expansion in Plano and Frisco, and why nearly half of that pipeline is being built upscale to meet incoming corporate travel.

  • How demand, capital and construction are converging to shape DFW's next hotel cycle, from World Cup-driven momentum to the mega-deals and building booms betting on what comes after the final whistle.

How You'll Do More Business: Join Bisnow for a data-driven look at what's powering DFW's hotel market: the demand fueling it, the deals financing it, and the construction pipeline racing to keep up. This event connects hotel performance to the capital markets and development activity behind it, unpacking the forces behind DFW's hotel demand, the risk and structure behind its largest transactions, and where the region's #1-ranked construction pipeline is actually rising. Bisnow brings together the developers, operators, investors and public stakeholders shaping DFW hospitality to break down what's driving demand today, what's changing hands, and what's being built next.
