  • How North Texas health systems are weighing self-development, joint ventures, retrofits, and first-to-market plays as they decide where and how to expand across a fast-growing region.

  • What it actually takes to deliver a billion-dollar hospital project on schedule — phasing construction around live operations, sequencing multi-year timelines, and building the teams behind the region's largest megacampuses.

  • Why institutional capital can't get enough of DFW medical office buildings, and how investors are sourcing, underwriting, and closing deals in a market where supply still can't keep pace with population growth.
