One Bethany West

One Bethany West is the third building located within the One Bethany at Watters Creek office development in Allen, Texas. Opening this summer, One Bethany West is an 8-story, 200,000 square foot Class A multi-tenant office building served by rich tenant amenities and up to 5 per 1,000 parking. Amenities in the building include a flexible conferencing center, tenant lounge, outdoor amenity space, golf simulator, and fitness center with locker rooms and showers. The building is one of the only five buildings in North Texas to receive a Platinum Wired Certification. The building is currently pre-leased with anchor tenant Highlands Residential Mortgage occupying their new headquarters in November.

One Bethany at Watters Creek is a 1,000,000 square foot, multi-building, Class A office development in Allen, Texas. Located within walking distance of a diverse mix of shops, restaurants and high-quality apartments in the Watters Creek mixed-use development, as well as the new Delta by Marriott Hotel and Convention Center, Kaizen has already completed two buildings within One Bethany that are nearly full and totaling over 300,000 square feet. Additional office development sites are available and capable of accommodating an additional 600,000 square feet space in a mix of multi-tenant Class A office buildings and single-tenant build-to-suit Class A office buildings designed to meet the needs of larger tenants in a campus environment.

2020 has been a year for the books, not just for our company but for our entire industry. As cities start to reopen and life and businesses stabilize, Bisnow will be returning to live events. Live events have been the cornerstone of our business from our founding in 2005, as we’ve grown from three annual conferences to over 360 live events across 49 markets. As a welcome back to Bisnow’s live events, our first event in each market will offer a ticket price of $49, the same cost as when Bisnow began 15 years ago.

 

Our events are going to look different going forward. We feel it is our responsibility to go above and beyond to create a safe environment for all our attendees. Below are the steps we will be taking to keep you safe so you can focus on doing more business.

 

- We will adhere to all US / CDC / State Government regulations for event capacities.

- Masks will be required for the entire program and provided on-site if needed. Security guards will be on-site to enforce mask use.

- Temperatures will be taken on-site via a touchless thermometer. Attendees with temperatures above 99.9 degrees will not be admitted.

- We will cap attendance at 100 people including all staff.

- The event will be pre-register only, no walk-ins allowed or onsite ticket sales.

- We will use disposable name badge stickers.

- An abundance of hand sanitizer will be available for all attendees.

- Social distancing will be enforced during the program and networking.

- We will not serve hot breakfast, but coffee and light breakfast will be provided.

- Track and trace will be put in place for all attendees.
