Ryan Evanich joined Stream Realty Partners in 2008 and serves as Vice President. He is responsible for executing transactions on approximately 3.4 million square feet of office product, representing both institutional and private clients. In addition, Evanich identifies strategic opportunities for his clients, including acquisition, disposition and development opportunities. In his career, Evanich has executed over 300 real estate transactions including landlord and tenant representation, investment sales and development. He has been recognized as a Dallas Business Journal “Heavy Hitter” and was a recipient of the prestigious Dallas Business Journal “Rookie of the Year” award in 2009.

Robert is the Director of Investor Relations for Milestone, a U.S. investment management company with several real estate private equity vehicles including Milestone Apartments REIT (TSX: MST.UN), the largest U.S. multifamily REIT listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange with an equity market capitalization of ~C$1.5 billion and total assets under management of ~US$2.5 billion. Prior to joining Milestone in 2013, Robert was a member of the Shelton Group investor relations team since 2007 where he served as an account manager for private and public companies of varying equity market capitalizations and industry types. Before joining the Shelton Group, Robert was an associate for FXCM, Inc. (NYSE: FXCM), where he managed relationships with the company’s clients, including coaching traders on the fundamental and technical factors affecting the FX market. Before joining FXCM, Robert was a licensed personal financial representative for Washington Mutual Financial Services, now part of Chase, where he assisted clients with their brokerage and banking needs. Robert held NASD Series 3, 6 and 63 licenses while at FXCM and Washington Mutual. Robert’s investor relations and capital markets experience has equipped him with valuable expertise for developing comprehensive and strategic investor relations programs. Robert graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington, where he earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s of Business Administration degrees. Robert is on the board of the National Investor Relations Institute Dallas chapter.

Sayres has closed several multi-acreage commercial land sale transactions on the Dallas North Tollroad, and he is currently handling project leasing for several other developments such as Stonebrook Business Park, Frisco Bridges Place, and Headquarters I & II. Sayres places a major emphasis on developing relationships, synergy, and client service. His focus today is in real estate along the Dallas North Tollroad From 190 to US 380 now referred to as the “5 billion dollar mile”. He has also done work in the hospitality sector, and medical projects such as an expansion for Scottish Rite hospital and Heady Investments is developing a new medical office building for Baylor near the intersection of Preston Road and George Bush Freeway. Sayres plans on continuing his path to develop Class A projects, and working to give his clients the best possible locations, amenities, and first class identity to help them flourish and to set them up for success.

Kevin Mackey joined TIG in 2012 and serves as Principal and Director of Brokerage Services for TIG. Kevin has developed a program for training and mentoring TIG’s current and future brokerage and representation talent. Kevin is responsible for managing, organizing and developing system-wide seamless delivery of TIG’s professional services. His role includes responsibility for establishing a program for continuously improving the level of service and the overall operation and delivery mechanism of TIG’s brokerage platform with its combined experience of over 100 years of professional service. In his role, Kevin is a member of the TIG Strategic Leadership Team. Kevin draws on a decade of experience in real estate and continues to leverage his extensive industry relationships through his participation in BOMA International, NTCAR and other professional organizations to help make TIG a regional powerhouse. Kevin is also directly responsible for working with the TIG business development team in increasing the profitability of the firm through improving relationships with existing clients, networking locally, regionally and nationally to develop and secure new relationships and opportunities. Kevin is a principal member of NAIOP and an active member in NTCAR. Kevin holds a Brokerage License in the State of Texas. George began his career with Billingsley Company in 2007 as a leasing agent at The Austin Ranch Apartment Development and proceeded to move to the corporate office where he served as multifamily financial analyst and later asset manager. In 2010 George moved to the industrial asset class where he served as Vice President of Industrial Leasing. George was promoted to Partner in 2012 and now serves in an administrative role in which he is responsible for portfolio management, development, leasing, and financing. George earned his BA from Dallas Baptist University and his Master of Science in Management Degree from Southern Methodist University and he is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization.

As Vice President of Real Estate Development in the South Central Region, Paul is responsible for building relationships and sourcing development opportunities in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and focusing on office, industrial, corporate build-to- suit and mixed use, as sites and customers dictate. He has extensive development experience throughout the Dallas area, with a focus on large, high-profile development projects. As one who is deeply embedded in the community in which he works, Paul brings unparalleled market knowledge, product experience and connections in his region. He specializes in relationship-driven, tenant-driven development opportunities, and seeks to partner with customers in finding the real estate solutions that will build their businesses and help them achieve their objectives. He is creative and attentive to detail, bringing the full- spectrum knowledge of development and deals that helps customers get their projects done right.

Evan joined GFF as an architect in 2005 and was named President in 2018. He has over 17 years of experience in architecture and planning, and was named as one of the Dallas Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 in 2013 as well as one of the “Top 20 Under 40 in Architecture, Engineering and Construction” by ENR Texas & Louisiana in 2011. His experience includes managing complex residential, retail, and mixed-use projects through design and construction phases, as well as planning for large-scale retail lifestyle and power centers, office and institutional projects. Evan takes a collaborative approach to design with an emphasis on meeting project goals and exceeding client expectations. He has a strong interest in sustainable design, smart growth, and New Urbanist principles, and is a frequent speaker on these topics at ULI, AIA, TREC and other design and commercial real estate related events. Evan’s high level of community engagement allows him to contribute meaningfully to zoning change efforts in the Dallas area, where land use regulations are often not aligned with best practices in walkable urban design and quality placemaking. Evan is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Architecture degree, including extended studies in Western Europe and Central Mexico. He is an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), The Real Estate Council (TREC) and Chaired the 2017 Associate Leadership Council (ALC) leadership development program. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Trinity Commons Foundation, as Secretary for the City of Dallas North Oak Cliff Municipal Management District Board and as Chair of the City of Dallas Downtown TIF Reinvestment Zone 11, and is a member of the RZ 5 board. Additionally, Evan is involved with the North Texas Chapter of Urban Land Institute (ULI). He was the founding member and is a former President of the Henderson Neighborhood Association.
