Lauren leads the Tenant Solutions team in Dallas, bringing over a decade of experience at ARCO/Murray. She oversees operational consistency and drives design-build strategy across Texas and nationwide. Lauren began her career with ARCO/Murray as a Project Manager, was promoted to Director of Accounts, and now serves in her current leadership role. Her work has earned multiple recognitions, including ENR’s 2025 Top 20 Under 40, ENR Texas & Southeast Top Young Professional, Dallas Business Journal’s 2024 Women in Business honoree, and recognition as one of the Top Women in Real Estate. She is also a graduate of TREC’s Associate Leadership Council Class of 2022.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys playing sports, traveling, and spending time at the lake with her husband and daughter.

Amber Rao is Vice President and Senior Mortgage Banker with KeyBank Real Estate Capital in Dallas,

Texas. Amber provides clients with financing options through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS, Life

Companies and Debt Funds across a variety of multifamily asset types to include conventional, student

housing, manufactured housing and affordable housing. Over the last 17 years, Amber has been directly

involved in loan production totaling over $2.5 Billion.

Amber is an active member of The Real Estate Council, Commercial Real Estate Women and holds the

Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Amber was a founding member of the

Mortgage Bankers Association MPact Advisory Committee and is the current Chair of the Mortgage

Bankers Association CREF DE&I Council. Amber has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration

from John Carroll University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas with concentrations in

Finance and Real Estate.

Susan Arledge, SIOR, currently serves as a Senior Managing Director in the company’s Dallas office. Arledge has over three decades of experience advising corporate clients on location decision-making, having worked with notable companies to identify and establish real estate locations including headquarters sites, distribution/e-commerce and manufacturing centers, customer support/shared service centers, back office and tech support operations.

Susan specializes in securing real estate locations for clients globally, focusing on a proprietary Total Cost Analysis model that identifies all labor costs, transportation costs, incentive opportunities, and real estate costs. She focuses on finding locations that reduce attrition, increase productivity and allow clients to remain competitive by finding a labor force that meets their unique needs.

Arledge has received numerous professional honors throughout her career. She was the recipient of the prestigious “Stemmons Service Award,” given annually to a Dallas commercial broker that best represents the industry’s standards for business success and community service. Arledge has served as President of the SIOR North Texas Chapter, the Board of Directors for the American Heart Association and as Chair of the Go Red for Women Luncheon in Dallas. She maintains the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation and has been honored as one of the Dallas Business Journal’s “Heavy Hitters.” Arledge is a frequent speaker and author whose insights are often highlighted in publications including D CEO, D Magazine and Bisnow.

Prior to joining Newmark, Arledge served as Executive Managing Director at Dallas-based commercial real estate firm ESRP. Arledge’s prior experience included being the Managing Principal for Cresa Dallas and The Staubach Company.

As Senior Vice President of Investments and Build to Suits for

Billingsley Company, Marijke Lantz Flowers is responsible for the

office build to suit transactions and major leases. Additionally, Ms.

Lantz leads the acquisitions of investment properties for Billingsley

Company.

Mrs. Flowers has 25 years of experience in commercial real estate

including asset management from acquisition to disposition. Before

joining Billingsley, she was Senior Vice President and Acquisitions

Officer at Valencia Capital Management and before that Managing

Director responsible for the Asset Services Group for Cushman &

Wakefield in Dallas. This role included project leasing, property

management and facility management for more than 19 million

square feet with properties located throughout the U.S.

Prior to her time with Cushman & Wakefield, Mrs. Flowers was a

Vice President at the Archon Group (a Goldman Sachs Company)

and was responsible for the dispositions and operations of the

commercial asset management group. This included more than 180

commercial assets located throughout the United States totaling

over 32 million square feet and dispositions totaling more than 2.5

billion.

Mrs. Flowers earned her Bachelor of Arts from Western State

College in 1982. She graduated with honors from the University of

Dallas with a Masters of Business Administration in 1985.

Pam Donaldson serves as Vice President of Strategic Partner Relationships at Gordon Highlander, where she partners with the South Texas team to strengthen client relationships, cultivate strategic partnerships, and stay closely connected to the evolving commercial real estate and construction markets.

With nearly three decades of experience in commercial construction, Pam has served in a variety of leadership roles spanning project management, preconstruction, sales, community development, and trade partner relations. Her career has been built around one core belief: strong relationships are the foundation of successful projects, strong companies, and thriving communities.

Pam is deeply engaged in the commercial real estate and construction industries. She currently serves on the CREW Austin Executive Board as Secretary and is active on the Career Development/UCREW and Membership Committees. She is also a founding board member and Past President of APWC Texas, where she continues to support the organization’s growth and mission to empower women in construction.

Dee is a Principal with CLA’s Real Estate Group, is the Real Estate Leader for Texas, and the Dallas Office Tax Leader. Dee has more than 18 years of experience providing tax and consulting services to privately held businesses and their owners. Dee focuses primarily on serving real estate developers and operators, private equity funds, construction contractors and their families.

Dee graduated from Baylor University in 2003 and started her career in public accounting at a small local CPA firm, CPWR, LLP, which had a client focus in construction. For the next 13 years she gained a wide range of valuable experience in assurance, tax, general ledger management and consulting. Dee now focuses her practice as a tax specialist.

In 2016, CPWR, LLP joined CLA and Dee and her team became a part of the CLA family. Dee has worked with many of her clients for her entire 18 year career.

Annmarie De La Vega is the Executive Vice President and Chief Brand Officer of De La Vega Development and oversees all business operations, strategies and applications of the De La Vega brand and its various developments. Mrs. De La Vega’s vision and leadership positions the company for success in brand marketing, engagement, design and community relations. Her attention to detail, passion for people and creative approach – combined with her background in consumer insights, sales and marketing – gives her a unique perspective in creating meaningful experiences for the company’s mixed-use developments.

Prior to joining De La Vega, Mrs. De La Vega spent more than 10 years alongside global leaders in the premium drinks industry, specifically DIAGEO and Pernod Ricard. Her extensive background working with celebrated lifestyle brands and national retailers, such as 7-Eleven, Albertsons-Safeway Co., Walgreens, Sprouts Farmers Market and Brinker International, has given her a deep understanding of what motivates retailers, food and beverage operators, and hospitality end-users.

Mrs. De La Vega remains focused on destinations that speak to people and cut through the noise, fostering a deeper human connection.

In addition to her EVP and Chief Brand Officer duties, Mrs. De La Vega also steers De La Vega Development’s philanthropic mission, with special attention to providing a positive impact on the various communities in which the company develops. A Dallas native, she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Christian University.

Ms. Payne specializes in on-and-off airport real estate development, investor and tenant relations, public-private partnerships, project management, finance, business development, and marketing. She has led and supported commercial, industrial and mixed-use management and development teams, including PG Development, LAZ Parking, and Lincoln Property Company. Andrea has 7 years of professional experience in commercial, industrial, and mixed-use real estate. Additionally, she has 6 years of international marketing, communications, and education experience in South Korea and China. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas with a major in Finance.

Her recent role includes airport development projects and consultation, public sector communications and negotiations, tenant communication, development proforma analysis and project budgets, project management databases and operating processes, management of commercial assets, in addition to the preparation of contracts, market strategies, and market research.

Maggie Parker is the Managing Partner and founder of Innovan Neighborhoods, a community-oriented development and consulting firm bringing over 10 years of experience in community development finance and lending, real estate development, and capacity building. In partnership with Matthews Southwest, Innovan Neighborhoods partners with nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and neighborhood associations to implement their vision. Innovan works to build and strengthen neighborhoods in concert with community stakeholders, from joint ventures for affordable single-family homes to leading phased, master-planning development strategies in transitioning neighborhoods.

Since inception in 2019, Innovan has a $100 million pipeline of affordable housing and small business-anchored development totaling 360+ units. Innovan has also helped community partners position and/or secure over $15 million of investments for revitalization across DFW.

Most recently, Maggie launched the Community Developers Roundtable, a collective network and capacity-building initiative for established, diverse non-profit and for-profit community oriented real estate developers. The first-of-its-kind initiative supports the creation of more affordable housing and accelerated revitalization in underserved communities in Dallas. In collaboration with BCL of Texas, with funding support from JPMorgan Chase, Innovan has raised more than $1.3M for the CDR to provide critical resources for existing organizations to continue leading affordable housing and community-based commercial real estate projects.

Maggie is also active throughout the community, serving on several Boards and community organizations including Vice Chair of the Board of Metro Dallas Homeless Alliance, Texas Mezzanine Fund Board, YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas Foundation Board, and the Alpha Xi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

Rachael Turin serves on the Capital Markets Team at The Rainier Companies and brings a diverse 10-year background in Commercial Real Estate. Rachael’s primary responsibility is the execution of all Rainier-led equity investment mandates with the firm's domestic and international partners ranging from high-net-worth families to private and public investment companies. Rachael has previously held positions with Meridian Realty Advisors where she was responsible for maintaining capital market relationships, and most recently served as a Director and led business development for a full service commercial interior design firm in DFW. Rachael is an active member of the DFW Real Estate Community which includes serving on the Board of Directors for CoreNet Global- North Texas, Ladies in Commercial Real Estate, and she is also a member of the Associate Leadership Council Class of 2021 through The Real Estate Council (TREC). She holds her active salesperson license with the Texas Real Estate Commission.

Emily is an proven leader with a strong record of individual and corporate client satisfaction. Her expertise lies in creating innovative solutions using efficient communication and collaboration and ensuring the product vision is realized through excellence in execution. Emily recently joined HP Engineering and has lent her expertise to design firms in the AEC industry for more than 6 years. She has proven experience with project management, design, analysis, construction, quality assurance, and quality control with educational, municipal, industrial government, and corporate clients. She is an active member in the community, lending her time as a Co-Chair for CREW Dallas and as a member of ASHRAE. Emily holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Kansas State University.

Natalia Prescott is an Associate Vice President at TIG Real Estate Services, Inc., a leading commercial real estate and property management firm that has been in business for over 25 years. Since joining TIG in October 2016, she has leased and brokered over 220,000 SF with a value of over $10 million in transactions.

Natalia specializes in investment sales, landlord and tenant representation as well as seller and buyer representation. Her geographic focus includes Dallas, Arlington, and Grand Prairie but has also encompassed deals in Haltom City, Fort Worth, Farmers Branch, and Lancaster.

Natalia’s success in brokerage can be attributed to her diverse local market knowledge, uncompromised integrity, diligence, superior marketing strategies and her commitment to exceptional customer service. One of her latest accomplishments includes netting one of her clients over 40% on an investment within one year of purchasing.

Aarohi is the Principal and Studio Director of OTJ Architects Dallas office. She is an experienced architect who has led the planning, design, and delivery of complex mixed-use and office building projects across the United States, South America, and the Middle East. Armed with an investigative mindset, Aarohi works in partnership with her clients from the onset of each project to gain an in-depth understanding of stakeholder objectives, which she then translates into exacting design solutions that marry strategy, aesthetics, and buildability. Aarohi is also noted for her ability to bridge the gap between budgetary and schedule imperatives without compromise to design integrity. Aarohi is committed to contributing and giving back to our industry, she is actively involved in AIA Dallas’ Women in Architecture network, she also serves as the Director of Network’s on the AIA Dallas board and as the Director of Member Services on the Board of CREW ( Commercial Real Estate Women ) Dallas.

I am an Associate Principal with CallisonRTKL’s Healthcare studio in Dallas with over 14 years of experience in planning and design of healthcare interiors. My deep understanding of the built environment and focus on human centered design is reflected through my conversational style and thoughtful approach to design solutions that positively impact people and their communities.

I have influenced projects through research, implementation of Evidence Based Design and Human Centered Design best practices as well as my expertise in project management, client relations, technical review and consultant coordination. My experiences include but are not limited to, mental and behavioral health facilities, military medical clinics, cancer centers, pharmacies, women’s specialty units, pharmacies, and medical office buildings.

Within the office, I served as a Design Advocate which supports the Design Leadership Council to promote design initiatives and innovation as well as chaired the firm-wide “Spark Week” design conference for Dallas. I am now the committee chair for our firmwide Women in Leadership focusing on creating stronger networks and Design Fellow within the Dallas office.

My passion for local community efforts, sustainability and education has lead to leadership opportunities within IIDA as Director for the Dallas City Center and VP of Communications for the TX OK Chapter Board, Co-founder of ZeroLandfill Dallas and Chairperson on the Advisory Board for Wade College. I am actively engaged in my local community supporting my neighborhood association on their board as the communications chair.

Since graduating cum laude from Texas Tech University and beginning her career with AP, Maureen Durbin has made strides within the company and the industry by overcoming industry norms, taking on a leadership role at a young age, and driving efforts to push the company forward financially and culturally. Durbin began her career as the only female in an entry-level role with Adolfson & Peterson’s operations team, working on project sites for schools, offices, multifamily housing and senior living.

She quickly rose through the ranks, eventually being appointed director of project operations for Texas and becoming a member of AP’s executive regional leadership team at just 29 years old. Recently, Durbin’s role has expanded and she now helps lead and assist the firm’s Arizona and Minnesota operational groups.

Durbin has been a leader in AP’s efforts to build a diverse workforce. She is an active member of the hiring team which interviews operational candidates, enabling her to bring her unique perspective into a homogenous industry.

She also has a proven track record of contributing to AP’s overall success. Durbin held a lead role in developing project staffing processes and trackers that improved project-specific profitability and reduced operational overhead by 60 percent.

During her eight-year tenure on AP’s CMaP national committee, Durbin has helped create and define SOPs and key and compensating controls, assisted in software development, and ensured the adoption of best practices throughout the company. The committee has also improved the company’s internal compliance rating by 70 percent and helped the company grow from $500 million to $1 billion in revenue

Aarica Mims joined KDC in 2021 to oversee the company’s leasing activities. Her responsibilities include developing and implementing leasing strategies, focusing on corporate build-to-suit projects and marketing KDC’s strategic land sites. She also sources new development and acquisition opportunities.

Before joining KDC, Mims worked for Granite Properties in Plano, TX. In this role, she managed leasing operations for a multimillion-square-foot portfolio of Class A/AA office and mixed-use projects. Additionally, Mims was actively involved in the design, development, implementation, and leasing of speculative office properties in Plano, Uptown, downtown Dallas, and Southlake.

She has worked with national and international clients, including Fannie Mae, Alkami Technology, The Coca-Cola Company and Health Care Service Corporation/Blue Cross Blue Shield.

While attending East Central University in Oklahoma, Mims interned for The Staubach Company and Cushman & Wakefield. After graduating with a BSBA in Finance, she joined Peloton Commercial Real Estate’s agency leasing group and became senior vice president. In her time with Peloton, she leased multiple high-profile office and industrial buildings throughout DFW, working with clients including the Billingsley Company, Invesco, Primera Companies, Dalfen Commercial and ECOM Real Estate.

Mims serves on the board of the NAIOP North Texas Chapter and has received the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. She is also a member of The Real Estate Council and is a corporate council member with Klyde Warren Park. In the community, she is a committee member of the Cattle Baron’s Ball and is active with Armstrong Elementary’s Parent-Teacher Association.

Mims lives in Dallas with her husband and two sons.

Allison Johnston Frizzo is the Managing Director of Hart Commercial, a commercial brokerage company based in Dallas, Texas. Allison and her team provide brokerage services for all asset classes. Allison specializes in office leasing and has spent her 10+ year career in commercial real estate focused on leasing prominent properties in Dallas. Allison’s strengths include consulting in design, business development, construction management and creating innovative ideas for repositioning assets and marketing spaces. Mrs. Frizzo comes to Hart Commercial from Gaedeke Group where she was Vice President of the Real Estate Division for Texas focused on leasing over 1.8 million square feet of Class A/AA office projects. Prior to Gaedeke, Allison was a Vice President with JLL’s Agency Leasing Group and Spire Realty Group as a Leasing Associate. Allison is a current Board member of TREC and past board member of NTCAR, TREC Executive Board, TREC ALC Class of 2018, CREW, Urban Armadillos, Big Brothers Big Sisters and 4word Dallas Board. She founded Ladies in CRE, which has grown to over 700 members and provides business networking, mentorship and philanthropic opportunities for women in commercial real estate in the Dallas area. In 2019, Allison received the prestigious NTCAR Young Citizen Award and was recognized as a D CEO Power Broker in 2019, 2020 & 2021. Ashley Curry is a Senior Vice President within JLL’s Dallas Agency Leasing team, where she is responsible for the successful leasing and marketing of commercial office properties, client relationship management, and new business development. Ashley provides an innovative approach to deal-making and marketing to strategically position her clients and their real estate assets for success.

Since joining JLL eight years ago as an Analyst, Ashley has grown her career to a Senior Vice President with completed lease transactions totaling over $400 million in value and approximately 3 million square feet.

Ashley joined JLL from Lockheed Martin Aeronautics where she spent five years as a Contract Negotiator. While at Lockheed Martin, her responsibilities included cost analysis and negotiations with foreign and domestic suppliers for the F-35, F-22, F-16, and C-130 platforms. She traveled abroad to work with suppliers in England, The Netherlands, and Australia. During her tenure at Lockheed, she completed negotiations with suppliers totaling over $750 million dollars.

During her time on the Agency Leasing team, she has earned the Rising Star award, Gold Baton for Teamwork award, and has been recognized as a Top Achiever (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021).

Ashley attended Texas Tech University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. While attending Texas Tech, she was a member of Alpha Phi sorority. She is a member of the The Real Estate Council (TREC) Associate Leadership Council Class of 2019, TREC Young Guns, and Ladies in CRE. She is a licensed real estate sales professional in Texas.

Elizabeth Herman Fulton joined CBRE’s Urban Group in 2016 working closely with Jack Gosnell. Now a Vice President, she focuses on adaptive re-use and redevelopment in the greater downtown area. Elizabeth brings a millennial mindset to the team and faces challenges presented by mixed-use developments with creativity. Elizabeth also works with a number of clients on site selection. In recognition of her exceptional work in these areas, in 2018 she won CBRE’s national RISE-ing Star Award, presented annually to an associate or senior associate who has demonstrated tremendous growth, development, and potential within the company.

While at CBRE, Elizabeth has been instrumental in projects such as ATT’s International HQ, The Union, The Epic, The Adolphus Hotel, The Atelier, and the Midtown Muse. She has worked with ownership groups such as RED Development, Rockbridge Capital, ZOM, PegasusAblon, ICI Investments, University of North Texas, Cawley Partners, Forest City, Stoneleigh Companies, and Granite Properties.

Elizabeth graduated with honors from SMU’s Folsom Institute for Real Estate in 2016. She remains actively involved with the Folsom Institute, contributing to educational programs for current students. Elizabeth is also a leader in the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, sitting on their Board of Directors, and was honored as a semifinalist for their prestigious Young Citizen’s Award in 2019 and 2021. She is an active member of both the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Texas Real Estate Council (TREC). Elizabeth participated in the TREC Associate Leadership Council (ALC) Class of 2021, one of thirty awarded a position in this highly competitive professional development program.

Molly MacEwan began at Vision Commercial in January 2016 while completing her MBA at the University of Texas at Arlington. Molly is the lead agent on several of Vision’s largest and most high profile listings including a Retail REIT and a Medical REIT. She has worked in tenant representation, industrial, retail and office sales and leasing. She was Vision Agent of the Year in 2018 and recently was named one of Greater Fort Worth’s Top Commercial Realtors of 2019.

MacEwan graduated from Baylor University in 2010. She worked for several years as a TV news producer in Waco and DFW where she honed her communication skills and learned to work on a deadline. MacEwan returned to school for an MBA, graduating from UTA in August 2016.

Sarah Ozanne is a Senior Vice President for Stream Realty Partners’ Dallas / Fort Worth Industrial

platform. Sarah joined Stream in 2015 and is responsible for business development and execution of

industrial transactions, including project leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, development services, and

tenant representation. To date, she has executed a transaction volume of over $1 billion in market value

and over 26 million square feet.

Prior to joining Stream, Sarah spent eight years at Goldman Sachs, working in investment and asset

management. While there, Sarah’s responsibilities included oversight of the firm’s hospitality platform

of over 300 hotel properties across three investment vehicles and included acquisitions, capital planning

and strategic repositioning, and dispositions.

Sarah graduated Summa Cum Laude from Wake Forest University. She is an alumna of TREC’s Associate

Leadership Council and serves on its Steering Committee, a board member of Dallas CASA’s Children

Council, and lives in Dallas with her husband and four sons.

Tanja McAleavey joined Younger Partners in November 2013. She is responsible for the leasing/tenant representation of office, industrial, and retail properties in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex.

Tanja’s marketing background along with her motivated and energetic personality sets her clients up for success. Tanja is a native of the Fort Worth Metroplex. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Art in Graphic Design from Texas Christian University where she was also a member of the TCU Track and Field & Cross Country Team.
