Stephen provides the leadership and overall management of The Woodmont Company, known for commercial real estate development nationwide. He directs both the strategic planning and operational aspects of the company, including the corporate vision and strategy, understanding of specific needs of external clients, providing top-notch market knowledge, investment securing capabilities, negotiation, and consulting expertise.

Stephen has been instrumental in the direction and growth of the organization, which has grown from 1 employee to our current employee base of over 100 professionals. He also chairs the company’s advisory committee.

Tony Creme

Tony Creme serves as Senior Vice President of Hillwood, the developer of AllianceTexas. A member of

the marketing and development team, Creme leads the planning and implementation of the industrial

building program, the largest component of the 26,000-acre AllianceTexas project. He also works with

new and existing corporate residents to understand their operational needs in order to provide the

most effective solution for their distribution center and logistics requirements.

Originally from Syracuse, New York, Tony moved to Dallas in 1994 to attend Southern Methodist

University. During the summers of 1996 and 1997, he served as an intern with Hillwood at the

AllianceTexas project. Immediately upon graduating from SMU in 1998, Tony joined Hillwood full-time

in the marketing department, with a focus on industrial and office leasing. His role has since expanded

to include involvement in all facets of AllianceTexas, with a focus on industrial development and land

planning. Creme now lives in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife and children.

During the past 21 years, Creme has been a key player in the growth of AllianceTexas. During his tenure,

the development has grown from less than 50 companies to more than 500. He has worked with

leading corporations such as Bridgestone/Firestone, Coca-Cola, XPO Logistics, Martin Brower, Stanley

Black & Decker, The Home Depot, and UPS. In addition, he developed Hillwood’s largest speculative

building in the AllianceTexas development’s 30-year history at over 1 million square feet, as well as the

first build-to-suit office facility at Circle T Ranch for Chrysler Financial Services. Creme also led the

headquarters site selection and development for Galderma Laboratories, Heritage Bag Company and

Progressive Waste Solutions, formerly IESI, at AllianceTexas.

John Vick

President

Walton International

John Vick is Regional President, South Region for Walton Development and Management (USA), Inc. John is responsible for managing Walton’s operations in Texas where he oversees more than 25,000 acres of land and over 12 future master-planned communities. He manages the entitlement process for residential, commercial and industrial projects, including both new master plans and existing developments, collaborates with agencies, governments, landowners and stakeholders, and participates in the land acquisition process. Prior to joining Walton’s Texas team, John was the Regional President of the East where he kicked off Walton’s first U.S. development projects.

Andy Taft

Downtown Fort Worth, Inc.

Andy is a native of Tampa, Florida and graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Marketing. He began his career in commercial real estate with the Florida Commercial Development Association and then joined Grubb & Ellis of Florida as a commercial real estate salesman in the downtown Tampa market. In 1992, he joined the Tampa Downtown Partnership as its Director of Marketing and Business Development.

Andy served Shreveport, Louisiana’s Downtown Development Authority for six years as its Executive Director and while there was instrumental in relocating City Hall back to downtown, created a new public parking management program and authored the downtown strategic plan. Andy was Chairman of the United Way of NW Louisiana in 2001. Andy was also the President of Downtown Shreveport Unlimited and the Downtown Shreveport Development Corporation.

Andy joined Downtown Fort Worth, Inc. (Texas) as President in 2003. DFWI is Fort Worth’s downtown advocacy organization and it manages the downtown planning process, two Public Improvement Districts, the downtown Tax Increment Finance District, two city parks, the MAIN ST. Fort Worth Arts Festival and Parade of Lights. DFWI recently developed the JFK Tribute in Fort Worth and is currently working renovate and reopen Heritage Plaza. Andy is a past Chairman of the International Downtown Association, President of the Rotary Club of Fort Worth and serves on the Board of the National Civic League.

Paul Paine

South Fort Worth

Paul served in the US Navy for over 26 years. Commanded a F-14 Tomcat

Squadron, spent three years in the pentagon, and was the Commanding Officer

of Naval Air Station Fort Worth, Carswell Field from 2002 to 2004.

Paul joined Fort Worth South, Inc. (FWSI) as President in 2005. FWSI is a private

non-profit organization responsible for leading the strategic plan and management

of the policies, programs, and initiatives for the economic revitalization of the Near

Southside of Fort Worth that includes the Fort Worth Medical District. Paul also

administers the Tax Increment Finance (TIF) District #4 for the City of Fort Worth

that is used for public improvements associated with new developments

throughout the Near Southside.

Paul has been married to his wife Carmel for 35 years. They have two children

Emily and Robert.

David M. Ambrose is the president of The Ambrose Appraisal Company which has offices in Houston and Dallas, Texas. Mr. Ambrose received the MAI designation in 3 years from entering the profession. He holds a MBA Degree from Baylor University and is an approved instructor for the International Right-of-Way Association. Mr. Ambrose's experience includes the valuation of all types of commercial and residential properties. He has testified as an expert witness regarding property value on numerous occasions in various courts of law.
