Bob Mohr serves as founder and chairman of Mohr Capital, a privately held commercial real estate

investment firm based in Dallas, Texas.

Prior to founding Mohr Capital, the Indiana native formed Mohr Partners – a global corporate real

estate advisory firm – in 1986, amid Dallas’ great economic and real estate downturn.

As chairman and CEO, Mohr leveraged tech advancements to provide corporate tenants with integrated

real estate solutions until selling the firm in 2017. Upon sale, the firm served occupier clients in over 70

countries through 18 offices across the U.S. and three international alliances.

In 2000, he founded Mohr Capital, leveraging his amassed capital and national network of industry

relationships to acquire, develop, and value enhance corporate office, industrial and retail properties.

Since its inception, the firm has completed more than $2.5 billion in transactions.

Mohr teaches certification classes for the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals,

lectures at Career College Association events and speaks at industry events across the country. He

also volunteers with several charities, including Jonathan’s Place and the St. Anthony School in

south Dallas.

Lucy Burns began her career at Lehman Brothers in New York City where she worked in Private Client Services. From there she transitioned into real estate as the head of investments for Groupe Arnault in the United States. In 2006 Lucy joined The Ratkovich Company in Los Angeles where she managed the renovation of a 500,000 square foot high rise on Wilshire Boulevard. The role involved oversight and management of the complete replacement of the building’s central plant, asbestos abatement, common area upgrades and a $5 million lobby renovation. Mrs. Burns also handled lease negotiation, asset positioning, partnership relationships, and property management. n 2008 Lucy entered the family real estate business, where she manages Billingsley Company’s office and single-family property portfolios. “It is a thrill as a parent to see your child as a talent. But better than that is to have them come join your team as a leader focused on creating a significant company for the next 50 years,” remarked Lucy Billingsley, Partner and Co-founder. “Now I have to really start delivering results because I have to live up to a higher standard.” Lucy has her Master’s of Science in Real Estate Development from olumbia University and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Davidson College. She is on the Board of Directors for Downtown Dallas, Inc. and 2 TIF Boards, and is a member of the Associate Council of the McCombs School of Business Real Estate Finance and Investment Council.

Mr. Hodges has more than 25 years of industry experience with expansive knowledge of the real estate market and practical application of the construction process. Over the course of his career, Mr. Hodges served as a Project Engineer then Project Manager for multiple construction projects across Texas. For more than 15 years, he held the position of Senior Vice President at general contracting/construction management firms where his focus was on growing the client base and providing executive management of ongoing operations. He joined Cadence McShane Construction Company in late September 2012 and assumed the role of President on October 1, 2012. He is responsible for the overall leadership of the company’s operations, the strategic growth of the firm, and maintaining a reputation for top-quality performance and safety.

Mr. Hodges is committed to creating unsurpassed customer loyalty. Clients return to Cadence McShane for quality but also for the customer experience. His goal is for Cadence McShane to become a trusted business partner by understanding our customer’s business needs, being their advocate during the entire project delivery process, and exceeding their expectations. Glenn S. Lickstein has been a member of the Gaedeke Group senior management team since the firm was founded. Prior to his involvement with Gaedeke Group, Mr. Lickstein was responsible for the treasury and accounting functions of Performance Properties, LLC. He also provided investor reporting, risk management, and other services for SHL Management Company's portfolio of over 10,000 apartment units and 2 million square feet of office space. Mr. Lickstein has a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Gar Herring serves as President and CEO of The MGHerring Group, a Dallas, Texas - based developer of regional shopping centers and mixed-use projects in the United States and Mexico. Over the past 35 years the company has developed more than 30 regional shopping centers, primarily regional enclosed malls, comprising more than 25 million square feet of retail space.

Prior to joining The MGHerring Group in 2004, Gar worked at Donahue Schriber in Newport Beach, California, developing and acquiring neighborhood shopping centers in California and Nevada. Previous real estate experience also includes positions with Guaranty Bank, The DeBartolo Corporation and The Staubach Company. This extensive background in real estate development, acquisition, leasing and financing provides the unique skillset required in his current role, where he is responsible for all aspects of development and operations of MGHerring properties and projects, as well as leading an in-house team that includes leasing, financing, construction management, architectural services, tenant coordination, asset management, marketing and operations.

Bill joined Granite in 1993 and is the Chief Investment Officer overseeing all investment activity—acquisitions, dispositions and financial structuring. Prior to joining Granite, Bill was with Financial Resource Management, Inc. (Nations Bank). Bill serves as a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks and past board member of The Real Estate Council. He is also an alumnus of The Real Estate Council's Associate Leadership Council.

Bill received his bachelor's degree from Southern Methodist University and his MBA from Texas Christian University.

Ryan Newberry is the Chief Financial Officer of Milestone Apartments REIT and is responsible for overall financial management of the REIT, including capital sourcing and allocation, corporate accounting and financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, enterprise risk management, treasury management, investor relations, internal controls and audit and tax coordination for Milestone. Mr. Newberry serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Milestone Apartments REIT.

Before joining Milestone, Mr. Newberry served as Assistant Vice President, Finance at the Republic Group, where he managed Treasury, Risk Management and Financial Analysis, Reinsurance accounting, and other specific projects including investment allocation planning and M&A evaluations. Prior to his tenure at the Republic Group Mr. Newberry was with KPMG, LLP for over 9 years assisting clients with numerous accounting and business matters primarily related to fair value measurement, real estate, insurance, securitizations, hedge accounting, asset purchases and business combinations.

Colin Cross

Colin Cross is a Vice President at Hunt Mortgage Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hunt Companies. Mr. Cross originates Hunt Mortgage Group’s full range of debt product for multifamily and other commercial assets nationwide, and has expertise in all Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS and bridge loan executions. During his time at Hunt, Mr. Cross and his Dallas originations team have originated more than $650 million in various debt products, and received recognition as the firm’s top production team in 2013. Mr. Cross’ loan structuring and underwriting skills mirror the firm’s reputation for working with clients to find creative solutions to all their financing needs. Prior to joining Hunt Mortgage Group in 2012, Mr. Cross began his career working at Walker & Dunlop, Inc. in their Originations and Underwriting groups in Bethesda, MD. While at Walker & Dunlop he underwrote, structured and negotiated deal terms to successfully originate more than $1 billion in senior agency debt. Mr. Cross earned a Bachelor of Science degree in communications from the University of Texas, Austin.
